Your friend’s order must contain both a company name and a VAT number when payment is recorded. You receive 3,000 points and your friend receives 2,000 in total. If either detail is missing, standard rewards apply. Adding business details later does not change an existing reward.

Your friend must be making their first paid SST purchase. Their order needs at least ¥30,000 in products after discounts and any points used toward products. Shipping, taxes and fees do not count. They must sign in or create an SST account and enter your referral code at checkout. Each friend can qualify once; self-referrals and matching account or billing email addresses do not qualify. A previous paid purchase still counts if it was later cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation or a full refund reverses both rewards, including points already used. A reversal may leave a negative balance, which future points offset. Partial refunds and payment disputes are held for review. Reopening an order after its rewards were reversed does not restore those rewards.

Sign in or create an SST account, then enter your friend’s code in the Referral code field at checkout when placing your first qualifying order. It is separate from the coupon field. The first valid referral is saved to your account for 30 days; another code cannot replace it during that window. Keep the same account through checkout.
