Japanese TCG Store Samurai Sword

Wholesale

Wholesale RFQ

Request a wholesale quote for Japanese TCG products that need price, stock, or allocation confirmation.

Send the product name, SKU or JAN, quantity, destination country, payment preference, and deadline. We check availability, Japan market cost, allocation, and shipping assumptions before quoting.

What to request

Use this page when price, stock, allocation, or shipping must be confirmed before purchase.

For order support, delivery questions, or general help, use the Contact page. For bulk buying, sold-out demand, pre-order allocation, ASK pricing, or not-listed products, submit a structured RFQ here.

ASK

Market-priced items

Send product names, SKUs, JANs, or set codes when unit price changes quickly or depends on order size.

Sold out

Back-in-demand items

Tell us what you still need. We will check whether the item can be sourced again and whether the price still makes sense.

Pre-order

Upcoming releases

Request allocation for booster boxes, sealed cases, or recurring launch supply.

Not listed

Hard-to-source products

Use set codes, JANs, card names, screenshots, or notes when the item is not listed on the store.

Process

Send one structured RFQ and receive availability, pricing, and next steps.

This page is the RFQ entry point for B2B sourcing. You can send multiple products in one request, then our team replies with what can be quoted, how long it is valid, and how to proceed.

Add product details

Enter product name, SKU, JAN, set code, product link, or any identifier you have.

Set quantity and deadline

Tell us quantity, unit type, destination country, and when you need the shipment.

We check supply

We review stock, allocation, current Japan market cost, substitute options, and shipping assumptions.

Receive quote

We reply with pricing, availability, quote validity, payment option, and invoice path.

RFQ form

Build your wholesale quote request.

Add up to five product lines. For faster quoting, include the product name, SKU or JAN, quantity and unit type, destination country, delivery deadline, payment preference, budget or max unit price, and whether substitutes are acceptable.

FAQ

RFQ details

Can I request sold-out products?

Yes. A sold-out product request is treated as a sourcing check. We will confirm whether we can source it again and whether the current price still makes sense.

Can I request pre-order allocation?

Yes. Include the product name, expected release, quantity, destination country, and whether you need boxes or sealed cases.

Is stock reserved when I submit an RFQ?

No. Submitting an RFQ does not reserve inventory. Stock or allocation is confirmed only after our reply and agreed payment or invoice process.

How long is a quote valid?

Validity depends on market movement and supply. Fast-moving TCG quotes may be valid for a short period only, and we will state that in the reply.

Which payment methods can I request?

You can request Wise, PayPal invoice, or ask us to recommend the best method. PayPal invoice requests are reviewed separately and may include different terms.

Do you quote shipping and customs separately?

We can review destination country, carrier needs, and shipping assumptions. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the quote.
