What are the key facts about the OP-13 set?
OP-13 is the third-anniversary booster set of the ONE PIECE CARD GAME, released in Japan on August 23, 2025. The table below gives the exact names and numbers, with the official page for each fact.

| Japanese booster box (our listing) | 24 packs, 144 cards (OP-13 Carrying on His Will Japanese One Piece Booster Box (actualización: agotado — pide reposición vía Quick Order)) |
If you want the sealed product rather than singles, the OP-13 Carrying on His Will Japanese booster box (actualización: agotado — pide reposición vía Quick Order) is the regular listing. It is described as brand new and sealed, and it is shipped from Tokyo by FedEx. A separate damaged-box listing also exists; the last sections explain how the two differ.

Which OP-13 leaders are in the set?
The set has six leaders, and the official English page lists all of them with their colours: Luffy, Ace, Roger, Sabo, Imu and Jewelry Bonney. Four of them are Red, and each of those four pairs Red with a second colour.
| Card number | Leader | Colour |
|---|---|---|
| OP13-001 | Monkey D. Luffy | Red/Green |
| OP13-002 | Portgas D. Ace | Red/Blue |
| OP13-003 | Gol D. Roger | Red/Purple |
| OP13-004 | Sabo | Red/Black |
| OP13-079 | Imu | Black |
| OP13-100 | Jewelry Bonney | Yellow |
These numbers and colours come from the official English OP-13 page, and the Japanese page lists the same six leaders. The rarity list on the Japanese page also shows «Leader 6» in its breakdown.
One note on counts: our own box listing says «8 Leader Cards», while the official rarity list says 6 Leaders. This guide follows the official list, because it names each card by number.
Which OP-13 leaders are new to the card game?
Gol D. Roger and Imu are the two new leaders: the official English page says both join the game with this set. The official Japanese news post says the same thing in other words, that Gol D. Roger debuts as a leader card and Imu appears in the card game for the first time.
That makes OP13-003 and OP13-079 the cards most collectors will look for first if they want the set’s «debut» leaders. Luffy, Ace, Sabo and Jewelry Bonney are not described as new characters by the official pages; OP-13 gives them leader cards in this set, numbered OP13-001, OP13-002, OP13-004 and OP13-100.
Gol D. Roger (OP13-003, Red/Purple)
Roger is the only leader in the set that pairs Red with Purple. The official news post lists him among the four designs of Official Card Sleeve 12, which released the same day as the set, August 23, 2025, at 880 yen tax included. The sleeve designs include Roger, Sabo and Monkey D. Luffy. If you collect by character, the sleeve and the leader card are two ways to own Roger from this release.
Imu (OP13-079, Black)
Imu is the only single-colour Black leader here, and it is a single-colour card alongside Jewelry Bonney, whose Yellow is also one colour. Imu is also in the news post’s list of sleeve designs for the set. The Five Elders cards (OP13-080, 083, 084, 089 and 091) are printed in the same set, with illustrations by Gege Akutami, but they are not leaders; the official lists show them as separate cards. They are covered in our Five Elders OP13 R-RP guide.
What do the four Red OP-13 leaders have in common?
All four Red leaders are pair-coloured: Luffy with Green, Ace with Blue, Roger with Purple and Sabo with Black. That gives four different second colours in one set, so a collector who wants every Red leader ends up owning cards for four different deck colours.
Three of the four are the Three Brothers. The official news post says the set marks the third anniversary and focuses on the three brothers Ace, Sabo and Luffy. Those three are the leaders numbered OP13-001, OP13-002 and OP13-004. Roger sits between them in the numbering, at OP13-003, as a Red leader of his own.
| Leader | Number | Second colour | Link to the set theme |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monkey D. Luffy | OP13-001 | Green | One of the Three Brothers |
| Portgas D. Ace | OP13-002 | Blue | One of the Three Brothers |
| Sabo | OP13-004 | Black | One of the Three Brothers |
| Gol D. Roger | OP13-003 | Purple | New leader in the game |
The theme comes from the official Japanese news post and the product’s own wording: our box listing describes the set as exploring the «Inherited Will» theme, with characters who carry on the dreams of those who came before them.
How should a collector choose among the OP-13 leaders?
Pick by what you collect. Choose Luffy, Ace and Sabo if you want the Three Brothers; choose Roger or Imu if you want the two debut leaders; choose Jewelry Bonney if you want the one Yellow leader. The official pages do not rank the leaders, so this is a collecting choice and not a power ranking.
| If you collect… | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The Three Brothers | OP13-001, OP13-002, OP13-004 | The set is built around Ace, Sabo and Luffy. |
| Debut leaders | OP13-003 Roger, OP13-079 Imu | Both join the game with this set. |
| Yellow | OP13-100 Jewelry Bonney | The only Yellow leader in the set. |
| Black | OP13-079 Imu, OP13-004 Sabo | Imu is Black; Sabo is Red/Black. |
The Black row shows how colours overlap: two different leaders touch Black, and the Red leaders touch Green, Blue, Purple and Black. A collector sorting by colour will find all four Red leaders in one pile and the other two in their own.
How do the Three Brothers cards connect to the OP-13 leaders?
The Three Brothers cards are OP13-118 Luffy, OP13-119 Ace and OP13-120 Sabo, and they are character cards in the same set as the three brother leaders. The Japanese official page says these three come with a super parallel, and that Ace also has a red super parallel.
The official English page says the Red Super Alt-Art is exclusive to this pack. It also lists errata for OP13-119 dated October 30, 2025, so anyone buying that card should read the official errata notice before playing it.

Our single-card guides go deeper on two of them: the Monkey D. Luffy OP13-118 guide and the Portgas D. Ace OP13-119 guide.

Special printings the official pages name
Besides the leaders, the official pages name several special printings in OP-13. They matter to leader collectors because they involve the same characters.
| Printing | What the official page says | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Three Brothers super parallel | OP13-118 Luffy, OP13-119 Ace, OP13-120 Sabo; Ace also has a red super parallel | Japanese page |
| Red Super Alt-Art | Exclusive to this pack | English page |
| Divine Departure | OP13-076 gold foil event Alt-Art | English page |
| WANTED Edition | 4 cards: OP09-118, OP13-118, OP13-119, OP13-120 | Japanese page |
| Character Edition | 6 cards: EB02-028, OP07-111, OP07-118, OP09-009, OP09-119, OP10-030 | Japanese page |
| Five Elders parallel | Original illustration by Gege Akutami | Official news |

How is the OP-13 set built around its leaders?
The Japanese set lists 132 card types plus one extra, with six of those types being leaders. The rarity breakdown below is from the Japanese official page and the Asia English page.
| Rarity | Number of cards |
|---|---|
| Leader | 6 |
| Common | 45 |
| Uncommon | 30 |
| Rare | 26 |
| Super Rare | 10 |
| Secret Rare | 3 |
| Especial | 10 |
| Special 3rd Anniversary | 2 |
Those figures add up to 132. The rarity names match the Asia English page. The Asia English page also notes that multiples of one card may appear and that a full set may be difficult to collect. The English global page lists the set as 133+1 card types, a different figure from the 132 plus 1 on the Japanese page; this guide uses the Japanese count for the Japanese edition.
Leaders are one of eight rarity groups, and only 6 of the 132 listed types are leaders. Even so, the official pages describe the pack contents as random, so the leader you want is not something any box guarantees. Our box listing says the same: individual card pulls are not guaranteed.
When did OP-13 release, and when are its leaders tournament legal?
The Japanese OP-13 released on August 23, 2025, and the English OP-13 released on November 7, 2025. For English-language play, the official English page says cards are tournament legal 7 days after the release date in your region, and legal from the pre-release date at a local game store.
| Edition | Release date | Pack price | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japonés | August 23, 2025 | 220 yen, tax included | Official news |
| English | November 7, 2025 | MSRP USD $4.99 | English page |
Other dated items in the official sources: a card text typo notice was posted on August 18, 2025, on the Japanese page; and the Premium Bandai lottery application ran from December 18 (Thursday) to December 24 (Wednesday), 2025. The English page lists errata for OP13-077 dated October 24, 2025, and for OP13-119 dated October 30, 2025. None of the errata notices in these sources concerns a leader card.
The full release story, including the English dates, is in our OP-13 release date article.
Where can I buy the OP-13 leaders from Japan?
The simplest route is the sealed Japanese booster box, which holds 24 packs of 6 cards, or 144 cards in total. Our OP-13 Carrying on His Will Japanese booster box (actualización: agotado — pide reposición vía Quick Order) is brand new and sealed and ships from Tokyo by FedEx. Because the packs are randomly assembled, a box gives you the set, not a chosen leader.
Regular box or damaged box?
Buy the regular box if the outer box condition matters to you. Consider the damaged-box listing only if you care about the cards and not the outer box. The OP-13 damaged box is discounted because of cosmetic damage to the outer box, such as dents or scratches, and its listing says the cards inside are unaffected.
Three conditions in that listing are worth reading before you order. Photos are samples, and the first image shows the regular product so you can identify the set. The item is sold as-is. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

For a wider look at the box, including chase cards and prices, read our OP-13 booster box buying guide and our Japanese box guide. The complete OP-13 guide covers the whole set.
How does shipping and payment work for an OP-13 order?
Orders ship from Tokyo by FedEx, with two service levels, and payment is in Japanese yen. The details below come from our shipping policy and payment methods page.
| Artículo | What the policy says |
|---|---|
| Standard shipping | FedEx International Connect Plus, with tracking; usually 3-7 business days after dispatch (an estimate, not a guarantee) |
| Expedited shipping | FedEx International Priority, with tracking; usually 2-5 business days after dispatch (an estimate, not a guarantee) |
| Shipping cost | Calculated at checkout from your delivery address |
| Handling time | Most orders ship within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared (an estimate, not a guarantee) |
| Minimum order | No minimum order amount or quantity |
| Dirección | FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; give a physical address |
| Payment currency | All payments are made in Japanese yen (JPY) |
| Cards | Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB through PayPal; which is offered depends on PayPal |
| Processing fee | 5% on PayPal and card payments; Wise bank transfer is the only method without it |
After an order is handed to FedEx, the policy says delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and destination-country authorities. Customs inspections, remote-area handling, peak-season congestion and weather may delay delivery. Delivery dates shown at checkout do not include our handling time or customs processing.
If you pay by Wise, the order is cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 12 hours without a screenshot upload. With a screenshot, upload it within 5 days. The screenshot option needs an account.
What should I check before ordering OP-13 leaders?
Check three things: which edition you are buying, whether you want a sealed box or a damaged box, and which official notices apply to the cards you plan to play. Our listings are the Japanese edition, so card text is Japanese.
- Edition. The Japanese set released on August 23, 2025; English OP-13 released on November 7, 2025, with a 4.99 USD pack MSRP on the official English page.
- Randomness. The box is a randomized product, and individual card pulls are not guaranteed.
- Errata. The official English page lists errata for OP13-119 and OP13-077. Read it before you play either card.
- Delivery. FedEx estimates start after dispatch. Add the handling window from the shipping policy when you plan around an event.
- Further reading. For chase cards in the set, see our OP-13 chase cards article.
