Scraggy AR 116/103 is the 30th Celebration secret rare that puts a low-HP Basic with no ex tag in an unusual spot: a sagging-pants design that makes it one of the more recognisable Art Rares in the whole M6a lineup.
The official card list for 30th Celebration (M6a) was published by The Pokémon Company on 9 September 2026, and it confirmed Scraggy’s regular print at 078/103. Its Art Rare counterpart is 116/103, in the AR/SAR/FUR block at 104–135. Both the Scraggy AR and its regular twin have official images published.
Scraggy AR sits at 116/103 in 30th Celebration (M6a), part of a 20-card AR block running 104–123. The set has released worldwide.

What Is Scraggy AR 116/103?
Scraggy AR is a secret-rare Art Rare printing of the regular 078/103 Scraggy card in 30th Celebration, Japan’s Pokémon TCG set marking the franchise’s 30th anniversary. The official card list, published by The Pokémon Company on 9 September 2026, covers the main set 001–103, the Classic Collection 136–165 and the eight Basic Energy cards. The AR/SAR/FUR secret-rare block, numbered 104–135, is not part of that list — it is compiled from official promotional images and PokeBeach’s translated card list. Scraggy AR at 116/103 is one of the 20 AR cards in that block, and it has an official image published, so its existence and artwork treatment are confirmed.

AR and SAR illustrators are unpublished (the two FUR cards are by YOSHIROTTEN), so we cannot credit an artist for the AR treatment specifically. For the numbering of the AR, SAR, FUR and Classic slots, see our 30th Celebration secret-rare numbering guide.
Scraggy’s Card Details and Attacks
The AR printing at 116/103 shares its card text with the regular 078/103 Scraggy; only the artwork and rarity treatment differ.
| Attribute | Detail |
|---|---|
| Card name | Scraggy (JP: ズルッグ) |
| Regular print number | 078/103, illustrator Souichirou Gunjima |
| AR print number | 116/103, illustrator not published |
| Type / HP | Darkness / HP80 |
| Stage | Basic Pokémon |
| Weakness | Grass (×2) |
| Retreat | 2 |
Per PokeBeach’s translation, Scraggy carries two attacks: Nitpick — your opponent shuffles their hand into their deck and draws 4 cards — and Corkscrew Punch for [D][C], dealing 30 damage.
AR vs the Regular Print: What Actually Changes
The regular 078/103 print, illustrated by Souichirou Gunjima, uses a standard full-body Scraggy framed against a plain background typical of the main set’s C/U rarity cards. The AR 116/103 version keeps the same card text and stats but switches to the set’s Art Rare full-bleed treatment, extending the illustration past the card frame. That’s the entire confirmed difference — card text, HP, Weakness and Retreat are identical between the two, so the AR is purely a rarity and artwork upgrade of the same Pokémon rather than a stronger tournament card.
Look at the card number in the bottom corner. «078/103» is the regular print; «116/103» is the AR. The artwork framing is the visual tell once you know which number to expect.
Where 116 Sits in the AR Block
30th Celebration’s AR (Art Rare) block runs 104–123, 20 cards in total. Scraggy AR sits roughly in the middle of that run, alongside other Basic and Stage 1 Pokémon rather than the set’s ex cards, which instead get the Special Art Rare (SAR) treatment at 124–133.
| Rarity block | Numbers | Count |
|---|---|---|
| AR (Art Rare) | 104–123 | 20 |
| SAR (Special Art Rare) | 124–133 | 10 |
| FUR (Futuristic Rare) | 134–135 | 2 |
| Classic Collection | 136–165 | 30 |

Preguntas frecuentes
What rarity is Scraggy 116/103 in 30th Celebration?
AR (Art Rare). It’s part of the 20-card AR block numbered 104–123, compiled from official images and PokeBeach’s checklist — not in the official card list published by The Pokémon Company, which covers the main set, Classic Collection and Basic Energy only.
Is Scraggy AR different from the regular 078/103 print?
Only in rarity and artwork treatment. Card text, HP (80), Weakness (Grass ×2) and Retreat cost (2) are identical between the regular print and the AR. The AR uses the set’s full-bleed Art Rare frame; the regular print uses a standard bordered layout.
What attacks does Scraggy have?
Nitpick (your opponent shuffles their hand into their deck and draws 4 cards) and Corkscrew Punch for [D][C], dealing 30 damage — identical on both the regular and AR prints.
