📦 General information
- All orders are shipped directly from Japan.
- International shipments are handled primarily via FedEx. Alternative carriers may be used depending on destination or availability.
- Unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies, product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, GST, or any other local import taxes.
- Where DDP does not apply, applicable duties and taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are collected by the carrier prior to or at the time of delivery. Failure to pay may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned. In such cases, the order will be treated as cancelled and a refund issued after deduction of any duties incurred, return shipping costs, and applicable cancellation fees.
✅ DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Where DDP applies, all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional payment is required upon delivery.
- DDP applicability depends on the destination country, order value, and shipping conditions at the time of dispatch.
- When FedEx operates under DDP terms, additional service fees — including duty/tax advancement fees and customs clearance handling charges — may be applied by FedEx and are reflected in the shipping rate shown at checkout.
- The final duty amount may vary based on customs classification, declared value, applicable exchange rates, and FedEx operational policies.
