One confirmed Leader card in four years of the game. Six other printings worth knowing. And a brand-new Super Rare arriving this week in the newest set.
Usopp’s card pool in the One Piece Card Game is smaller and more concentrated than most of his crewmates — a single Leader number, a handful of Character cards spread across the game’s early and mid sets, and one Event card built entirely around his sniper gimmick. That makes him one of the more straightforward Straw Hats to track: there’s no sprawling list of parallels to sort through, just a short, confirmed roster.
This guide walks through every Usopp printing we verified directly against the card database, card number by card number, including the new OP17-080 Super Rare debuting in -The World’s Strongest Warriors- [OP-17], which releases in Japan on August 22, 2026.
Usopp’s only confirmed Leader card is OP10-042 from -Royal Blood- [OP-10], a Blue/Black Leader built around the Dressrosa character type. The newest Usopp print is OP17-080, a Super Rare debuting in -The World’s Strongest Warriors- [OP-17] booster box, currently listed at ¥28,000 (pre-order, ships on or after August 24). We don’t hold Usopp singles as standing stock — source specific prints through 빠른 주문.
Card numbers, rarities, colors, and effect summaries below are sourced from individual card pages on onepiece.limitlesstcg.com, checked card by card. Official card artwork is linked from Bandai’s asia-en.onepiece-cardgame.com database where a public image is currently available.
Every Confirmed Usopp Printing
Six Usopp printings were individually verified for this guide, spanning the game’s launch starter deck through the upcoming OP-17 set:
| # | 카드 | Type / Rarity | Set | Color / Stats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | ST01-002 | Character, Common | -Straw Hat Crew- [ST-01] | Red / Cost 2 / Power 2000 |
| 2 | OP01-004 | Character, Rare | -Romance Dawn- [OP-01] | Red / Cost 2 / Power 3000 |
| 3 | OP03-041 | Character, Super Rare | -Pillars of Strength- [OP-03] | Blue / Cost 4 / Power 5000 / Rush |
| 4 | OP10-042 | Leader | -Royal Blood- [OP-10] | Blue/Black / Power 5000 / Life 4 |
| 5 | EB02-022 | Character, Rare | -Anime 25th Collection- [EB-02] | Blue / Cost 4 / Power 5000 |
| 6 | OP17-080 | Character, Super Rare | -The World’s Strongest Warriors- [OP-17] | Black / Cost 2 / Power 2000 |
Unlike crewmates with two or three Leader numbers and a long tail of tournament-only parallels, Usopp’s confirmed roster is compact: one Leader, four Character cards at Common through Super Rare, and the new OP17-080. A short list of additional Uncommon, Rare, and Event-slot Usopp cards rounds out the game’s full card list — covered in the “Other Confirmed Prints” section below.
Read across the table and a pattern shows up: Usopp’s rarity climbs steadily from set to set rather than jumping straight to a chase-tier print. ST01-002 opens at Common in the game’s original starter deck, OP01-004 steps up to Rare in the launch booster, OP03-041 reaches Super Rare two sets later, and EB02-022 settles back at Rare in a themed collection release. OP10-042 is the one outlier — a Leader-slot card rather than a Character, and the only print carrying his name at that card type. OP17-080 picks the climb back up at Super Rare, making it the highest Character-card rarity Usopp has been printed at since OP03-041.
Usopp’s Leader Card: OP10-042 (Royal Blood)
![Usopp Leader, OP10-042, -Royal Blood- [OP-10]](https://samuraiswordtokyo.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/img_usopp_op10-042_182fcf16e56f-1.webp)
Usopp has exactly one confirmed Leader number in the official card database: OP10-042, a Blue/Black Leader from -Royal Blood- [OP-10], a set released in 2025. It carries 5000 power and a Life value of 4.
The card’s effect is built around the Dressrosa character type: it raises the cost of Dressrosa-type characters by 1, and when one of your own Dressrosa characters is removed from the field, you may draw a card under the effect’s stated condition. That makes OP10-042 a dedicated Dressrosa-arc Leader rather than a generic Straw Hat build — a deck built around it leans on cards sharing the Dressrosa type rather than the wider Straw Hat Crew type.
An Alt Art version of OP10-042 exists, along with a further Alt Art print distributed through Bandai’s Misc. Promos channel. For a full rundown of what else the Royal Blood set carries, see our OP-10 best cards guide. Key Character Rares
Below the Leader slot, four Character cards make up Usopp’s core confirmed lineup, running from the game’s very first starter deck through last year’s Anime 25th Collection.
ST01-002, from the game’s original -Straw Hat Crew- [ST-01] starter deck, is a Red Common at cost 2 and 2000 power. Its effect lets you pay Don!!x2 to shut down an opposing Blocker with 5000 power or more — a starter-deck staple rather than a chase print. It has also been reprinted in the Premium Card Collection -25th Edition- and Premium Card Collection -FILM RED Edition- collector sets.
OP01-004, a Red Rare from -Romance Dawn- [OP-01], sits at cost 2 with 3000 power. Once per turn, if your opponent activates an Event card during their own turn, you may pay Don!!x1 to draw a card. It also exists as a Prize Cards Alt Art — a tournament-distributed version — and as a separate print in the English-language 1st Anniversary Set.
OP01-004’s Prize Cards Alt Art was a tournament-only distribution rather than retail packaging, and the English-language 1st Anniversary Set print is a separate release from the Japanese OP-01 original. If your copy came from a sealed Romance Dawn booster, you’re holding the standard Rare.
OP03-041, a Blue Super Rare from -Pillars of Strength- [OP-03], is a cost 4, 5000-power Character with the Rush keyword, meaning it can attack the turn it’s played. When it deals battle damage to a Life card, you may pay Don!!x1 to trash the top 7 cards of your deck. An Alt Art version of this card is also confirmed.
EB02-022, a Blue Rare from -Anime 25th Collection- [EB-02], costs 4 for 5000 power. On play, under the card’s stated condition, it lets you deploy a lower-power character straight from your hand. An Alt Art version exists for this print as well.
New in OP-17: OP17-080
Usopp’s newest confirmed print is OP17-080, a Black Character card at Super Rare rarity, appearing in -The World’s Strongest Warriors- [OP-17], which releases in Japan on August 22, 2026. At cost 2 and 2000 power, it gains an extra 3000 power whenever your opponent has a character on the field with cost 12 or higher. On play, it lets you look at the top 3 cards of your deck and add a card with the Elbaph character type to your hand — tying the card directly into OP-17’s Elbaph arc theme.
OP-17 releases in Japan on August 22, 2026, and the set’s official card images — including OP17-080 — aren’t published on Bandai’s card database yet as of this guide. We’ll add the artwork once it’s live.
OP17-080 is the highest rarity Usopp has received outside his Leader card. If you’re picking up sealed product to chase it, our pre-order listing is below. New to Japanese booster boxes generally? Our One Piece booster box buying guide covers how sealed product, allocation, and pre-orders work.
Other Confirmed Prints
Beyond the six cards detailed above, Usopp appears under a further handful of confirmed card numbers in the official database: OP16-043 (Uncommon, -The Time of Battle- [OP-16]), OP15-024 (Rare), OP04-003 (Uncommon, -Kingdoms of Intrigue- [OP-04]), and OP02-028 (Common, -Paramount War- [OP-02]). These weren’t individually pulled for full spec detail in this pass, but they’re genuine Usopp numbers if you’re matching a card in hand against the checklist above.
Usopp also has one confirmed Event card: OP03-054, “Usopp’s Rubber Band of Doom!!!,” from -Pillars of Strength- [OP-03] — a non-Leader, non-Character card that plays for a one-time effect rather than staying on the field. The name is a direct nod to Usopp’s slingshot-and-rubber-band combat style from the manga and anime.
If you’re building a deck around OP10-042 specifically, these supplemental numbers are worth checking against your collection before you go shopping: OP16-043 and OP04-003 are both Uncommons; we haven’t verified their full specs. OP15-024 is a step up in rarity that’s easy to miss if you’re not cross-referencing set checklists directly against the card database.
