2. Products and Orders
– All products listed on our website are authentic, factory-sealed Japanese trading card products unless otherwise stated.
– Product images are for illustrative purposes. As sealed products contain randomly packed cards, the actual contents may differ from images shown.
– Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include the product cost only. Shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are additional.
– There is no minimum order quantity. You may purchase as little as one unit of any in-stock product, including for wholesale and B2B orders, except where explicitly noted on the product page.
– Trading card products are subject to substantial market price volatility. Although such situations are uncommon, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order — including after order confirmation — when a pricing error has occurred, when the listed price has diverged materially from the current market rate before the order has shipped, when stock previously shown as available has been sold or damaged, or when fraud or abuse is suspected. In every case of a company-initiated cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded with no cancellation fee. We will notify the buyer by email when such a cancellation occurs.
– Pre-order items will ship on or after the release date indicated on the product page.
3. Payment
We accept PayPal and Wise only. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. For pre-orders, payment is collected at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
– All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan via FedEx with tracking and insurance.
– Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For details, see our Shipping Policy page.
– Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
– Stock levels are subject to fluctuation, and dispatch may occasionally be pushed back beyond the standard handling time. If your specific order is affected, we will contact you individually by email before the original dispatch deadline with a revised estimate and the option to wait or cancel for a full refund. 5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
