Happy to have at a nice and quick process from purchase to delivery, only issue I’ve had is with the box getting crushed and dented but over all a nice
    And quick turn around

    • Samurai Sword Tokyo 답변

Thank you for your review, Scott. We’re pleased that you were happy with our service, and we’re truly sorry your box arrived crushed and dented. We share your frustration and are deeply upset that it reached you in this condition.

We have already contacted FedEx urgently to report the damage and request an investigation. We understand how important the box’s condition is to collectors, and we take this seriously. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
