All coupons, discounts, and promotions issued by Samurai Sword Tokyo (“coupons”) are subject to these terms in addition to their individual conditions.
1. General Rules
- Each coupon has its own individual conditions, such as eligibility, minimum purchase amount, maximum discount, expiry date, and usage limits. Where individual conditions conflict with these terms, the individual conditions prevail.
- A coupon applies only when selected or entered at checkout. We do not apply coupons retroactively or refund the difference after an order has been placed (see Section 8 of our Return and Refund Policy).
- Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons unless expressly stated.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or balance, and cannot be transferred or resold.
2. “One Per Customer”
- Where a coupon is limited to one use per account or per person, “one person” includes the same individual, household, address, and payment method.
- Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent coupon usage limits or product purchase limits is prohibited.
3. Misuse
- If we identify use that violates these terms or a coupon’s individual conditions (including multiple accounts, resale, or use of improperly obtained codes), we may cancel the affected order, revoke the discount or charge the discounted amount, suspend the account, and refuse future orders.
- Where an order using a coupon is partially refunded or cancelled, the allocation or forfeiture of the discount is determined at our discretion.
4. Changes
- We may issue, modify, or discontinue coupons at any time. We will generally honor the conditions of issued coupons within their validity period, but may suspend a coupon without notice as an anti-fraud measure.
- Campaigns (giveaways, draws, etc.) may carry additional campaign-specific conditions.
