Pokémon Sets With God Packs: What the Official Pages Say

Pokémon sets with god packs are not named on the official Pokémon Card Game pages for 30th Celebration (M6a) or MEGA Dream ex (M2a). Neither page mentions god packs. What the pages do publish is each pack’s stated contents, release date and price, summarised below.

Updated November 7, 2026

If you want a sealed Japanese Pokémon product that is available now, the unsealed 30th Celebration booster box (Japanese) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) is listed as a related set. It is a different product from any set with god packs, and it is shown here only as a related set.

Do Official Pokémon Pages Name Any Pokémon Sets With God Packs?

No. The official pages for 30th Celebration (M6a) and MEGA Dream ex (M2a) do not mention god packs, and the pages for Classic and Starter Set ex do not mention them either.

That is the direct answer to the search “Pokémon sets with god packs”: the official pages in these sources give no list of such sets. They give something more useful for planning a purchase: the name of each product in English and Japanese, its set code, its release date, its price per pack and the stated contents of a pack. The first table above puts those facts side by side for the two Mega-series sets.

The pages come from two official Pokémon Card Game sites. The 30th Celebration page sits on the dedicated 30th anniversary site, and the other four pages sit on the main pokemon-card.com site. Where a statement in this article comes from one of them, the link is placed next to it so you can check it yourself.

Which Official Pokémon Pages Does This Article Cover?

This article covers five official pages: the 30th Celebration page, the MEGA Dream ex page, a support notice about MEGA Dream ex, the Classic page and the Starter Set ex page. None of the five mentions god packs.

The practical reading is simple. If a forum post, video title or marketplace listing says a set “has god packs”, none of these pages backs that claim. Use the pages as the reference for what each product officially contains.

What Does a 30th Celebration (M6a) Pack Contain According to the Official Page?

Each 30th Celebration (M6a) pack contains 6 Kira cards, 1 basic Energy card and 1 Pikachu card, and the Kira cards are randomly inserted. The pack costs 360 yen including tax.

The official page for the Japanese pack lists these elements:

• 6 Kira 张/包, randomly inserted.
• 1 basic Energy card in every pack, with special YOSHIROTTEN designs covering all 8 types.
• 1 Pikachu card per pack, stated as always included.
• Pikachu Kira cards: 30 variants, each by a different artist.
• Futuristic Rare (FUR): Mew ex No. 135 and Mewtwo ex No. 134, illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN.
• Special reprints Nos. 136-165: 30 cards from past sets in 30th anniversary versions, including Pikachu 136, Charizard 137 and Mew VMAX 163. The page states these cannot be used in the current Standard format.

The page says the product is released worldwide at the same time, on September 16, 2026. It also lists related products: a Premium Deck Set featuring Espeon and Umbreon (September 16, 2026, 6,200 yen), a FUTURISTIC BOX (September 16, 2026, 27,500 yen), and a Card Set (October 16, 2026, 1,200 yen).

For the god pack question, the point is what the page leaves out. It lists the pack contents above and does not mention god packs or any special pack configuration.

What Does the MEGA Dream ex Official Page Say About Its Packs?

The MEGA Dream ex (M2a) official page states that a pack holds 10 cards, randomly inserted, and it does not mention god packs. The page also gives no box or pack configuration.

The product is a Mega 高级包 priced at 550 yen including tax, released on November 28, 2025. The page introduces a new rarity called MA (Mega Attack Rare), used for Mega Evolution Pokémon in special artwork. It names MA cards including Mega Charizard X ex, Mega Lucario ex and Mega Gardevoir ex. The card numbers shown run from 001 to 193.

Compared with 30th Celebration, the two pages give different amounts of pack detail. The 30th Celebration page states the number of Kira cards, the Energy card and the Pikachu card in each pack. The MEGA Dream ex page states the 10 张/包 and the card number range, and leaves the box and pack configuration out. If you want to understand what the ex and MA markings mean on a card, see our article What Does ex Mean on Pokémon Cards? ex, EX, ex★ and MA Explained.

What Did the Official Notice About MEGA Dream ex Say?

The official notice dated December 5, 2025 reports a surface-finishing error in some cards of MEGA Dream ex, with only some production runs affected. It states there is no gameplay problem.

All the affected cards are MA cards. The notice lists ten: Mega Charizard X ex, Mega Froslass ex, Mega Eelektross ex, Mega Gardevoir ex, Mega Diancie ex, Mega Lucario ex, Mega Hawlucha ex, Mega Gengar ex, Mega Scrafty ex and Mega Dragonite ex. To check a specific card, read the official notice 005318.

Replacement is handled through the Pokémon Card Support Desk web form, under the option for single-card exchange requests. The notice concerns the finish of those cards and does not describe any pack configuration.

What Do the Classic and Starter Set ex Pages List?

The Classic and Starter Set ex pages list the contents of each product and do not mention rarities or god packs. Both are described as sets of fixed items such as decks and accessories.

Classic is sold in Japanese, English, Korean and Traditional Chinese. The Starter Set ex line has three versions: Sprigatito & Lucario ex, Fuecoco & Ampharos ex, and Quaxly & Mimikyu ex. The Starter Set page lists one random promo card pack in each set.

How Should You Read a Claim About Pokémon Sets With God Packs?

Check it against the official product page. If the page does not state it, as with the pages covered here, the page cannot be cited as support for the claim.

A short checklist helps:

查看商品

1. Find the source. A Pokémon Card Game page or notice is an official source. A video, post or listing is not.
2. Check the stated pack contents. For M6a, the page states 6 Kira cards, 1 basic Energy card and 1 Pikachu card per pack. For M2a, it states 10 张/包.
3. Match the set code. Use the code (M6a, M2a) to find the right page, not a nickname.
4. Separate the card from the pack. The pages name rare cards and rarities: FUR Mew ex 135 and Mewtwo ex 134 in M6a, and the MA rarity in M2a. These are cards in the set list, and the pages do not describe them as a pack type.
5. Know the edition. The pages in this article describe Japanese products. The Classic page also lists English, Korean and Traditional Chinese versions.

What Can You Plan Around When a Page Does Not List God Packs?

You can plan around the facts the official pages print: pack contents, card numbers, prices and release dates.

• The Kira card count per pack in M6a: 6.
• The Energy card in M6a: 1 per pack, with YOSHIROTTEN designs for all 8 types.
• The Pikachu card in M6a: 1 per pack.
• The MA rarity in MEGA Dream ex and its card numbers: 001-193 shown.
• The price per pack: 360 yen for M6a, 550 yen for MEGA Dream ex, both including tax.

M6a also has special reprints Nos. 136-165, which are 30th anniversary versions of 30 cards from past sets. The official page states they cannot be used in the current Standard format, which matters if you plan to play them. Which Other Pokémon Sets Can You Buy While You Wait?

You can buy other Japanese Pokémon products now: listings from 30th Celebration, Inferno X and M5 (Abyss Eye). They are different sets, listed here as related sets and not as sets with god packs.

Our policy page notes that PSA graded cards may also be offered for sale through our other sales channels, so an item shown online may already be sold before our team locks the allocation for your online order. Once your payment has cleared, we secure the PSA graded card matching your order, even if additional sourcing is required. Dispatch may take longer in that situation, and we provide status updates whenever the schedule changes.

How Do Shipping and Payment Work for These Related Sets?

Our shipping policy offers two tracked FedEx options, and our payment page says all payments are made in Japanese yen. Both pages are linked below so you can read them in full.

配送

Our shipping policy sets out two options, both with a tracking number:

Transit times are estimates, and the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared. This handling window is also an estimate. Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so provide a physical address at checkout.

If dispatch is delayed, the policy says we will contact you by email as soon as practical with the revised estimate. For significant dispatch delays before handoff to FedEx, we may offer the option to wait or to cancel the order with a full refund. After handoff, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and destination-country authorities, and customs inspections, import procedures and carrier events may delay delivery.

Before the shipment is scheduled, you can update the shipping address yourself from My Account > Orders > the order. The destination country cannot be changed. You can check order status and tracking from your customer account or your shipping confirmation email.

付款

The payment methods page lists Wise bank transfer, PayPal, credit and debit cards through PayPal, and PayPal Pay Later. Any difference between the amount charged and the amount on your statement is determined by your payment provider or bank.

For Wise, an order without a screenshot is cancelled automatically if payment has not been received within 12 hours of placing it (3 hours if the order contains a pre-order item). With a screenshot, you upload it within 5 days and the order price is held for a total of 10 days. The screenshot option requires an account. SWIFT payments incur a JPY 611 receiving fee, so add JPY 611 to your order total if you pay by SWIFT.

What Should You Check Before Buying Because of a God Pack Claim?

Check the official product page first, then buy on what it lists: the pack count, the card numbers and the price per pack.

• Read the official page for the set code. Use M6a for 30th Celebration and M2a for MEGA Dream ex.
• Compare price per pack. M6a is 360 yen per pack and MEGA Dream ex is 550 yen per pack, both including tax, according to the official pages.
• Note the contents per pack. M6a states 6 Kira cards, 1 basic Energy card and 1 Pikachu card. MEGA Dream ex states 10 cards.
• Choose a named card if you want a specific card. A graded single card listing names the card and its number, such as the PSA10 MEGA Darkrai ex SAR [M5 114/081] listing in the table above.

Our Crasher Wake’s Passion SAR article is another card article on the site.
