The Japanese name is ゲンガー&ミミッキュGX. In English it’s Gengar & Mimikyu GX, a Tag Team GX card printed at 240 HP and typed Psychic. The 103/095 print carries the printed rarity SR, distinguished from the set’s other SR by its full “Special Art” treatment — illustrated by Midori Harada, a different illustrator from every other print of this card.
103/095 sits in the secret-rare number range of SM9 Tag Bolt: the set’s base numbering runs to 095, so any card numbered above that — 102, 103, 113 — is a secret print rather than part of the main set run.

The regular print. Standard card frame, illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita — a different artist from the 102, 103 and 113 secrets. This is the version most commonly pulled from SM9 booster packs.
102/095, SR (Full Art)
A full-bleed art treatment illustrated by 5ban Graphics, carrying the same SR rarity code as 103/095 but a different artist and a different art style — edge-to-edge Full Art rather than the Special Art treatment. These two SRs are easy to mix up in a listing title; the illustrator credit is the reliable way to tell them apart.

The set-topping secret, illustrated by 5ban Graphics. We don’t have a verified image source for this print today, so we’re not including one here rather than substitute an unconfirmed picture. It sits above all three other prints in printed rarity code — HR outranks SR, which outranks RR.
The Set: SM9 Tag Bolt
SM9’s Japanese name is 摶張パック「タッグボルト「 — a main expansion pack (摶張パック) titled “Tag Bolt.” It released in Japan on 7 December 2018, part of the Sun & Moon-era SM-numbered run that also produced sets like SM3+ Shining Legends.
The set’s base numbering runs to 095 cards, with secret rares numbered above that base — 102/095, 103/095 and 113/095 all fall into that secret-rare range, alongside secrets for other Tag Team GX pairings printed in the same set (Latias & Latios GX at 105/095 and Pikachu & Zekrom GX at 100/095 among them).
Tag Bolt was one of several SM-era sets built around Tag Team GX cards — two-Pokemon cards with a shared attack pool and, in most cases, both a Full Art and a Special Art (or Rainbow) secret print. That’s exactly the pattern Gengar & Mimikyu GX follows: RR base print, SR Full Art, SR Special Art, HR Rainbow secret.
