The card text, per PokeBeach’s September 9, 2026 translation of the official database entry, reads:

Weakness is Fighting (×2), there is no listed Resistance, and retreat cost is 1 Energy. Like most of the thirty Pikachu in this subset, 024/103 carries its own distinct effect rather than sharing text with 017/103 or any other card in the run — none of the thirty comes close to the firepower of the set’s two Pikachu ex chase cards (SAR 126/127), which is expected, since the Pikachu-30 subset is a common-pull holofoil gimmick, not a chase-rarity block.
DOM: What’s Confirmed About the Illustrator
The illustrator credited on card 024/103 is DOM — Bulbapedia’s page title is the exact all-caps spelling “DOM” (the lowercase URL redirects to a 404). The page gives no full or legal name, no Japanese name and no birth year.
Per Bulbapedia, “DOM has illustrated 48 cards,” plus 15 cards appearing in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket. The first credited card was “Jolteon from the Japanese VMAX Climax subset, later included in the English Brilliant Stars expansion” (Brilliant Stars TG4). No non-card Pokémon work is stated. All 32 secret rares (104–135) have now been seen — the last five surfaced with release-day listings on SNKRDUNK, September 16, 2026 — but the AR/SAR/FUR block is still not in the official card database. AR and SAR illustrators remain unpublished (the two FUR cards, 134 and 135, are officially by YOSHIROTTEN).

Every pack of 30th CELEBRATION carries 1 of the 30 Pikachu and 1 YOSHIROTTEN Basic Energy card among six foil cards total, at ¥360 per pack. A box holds 20 packs for ¥7,200 tax-in MSRP.
PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown before release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate. The Pokémon Company has not published pull rates for this set.
On SNKRDUNK, the lowest asking price for a sealed M6a box went from ¥47,200 on September 1 to ¥28,200 on September 10 and ¥17,500 on release day, September 16, 2026 — still about 2.4× the ¥7,200 MSRP.
