Naganadel has eleven Japanese prints in the official Pokemon Card Game database — two plain アーゴヨン cards, six アーゴヨンGX cards and three アーゴヨン&アクジキングGX (Naganadel & Guzzlord GX) cards — spread over six sets released between January 2018 and October 2019. Every number, rarity icon and illustrator credit below is as printed on the official pokemon-card.com detail pages, as of September 30, 2026.
The prints fall into three groups. The Tag Team card, Naganadel & Guzzlord GX, has an RR and two SRs in Alter Genesis (SM12). The single-Pokemon GX card has RR and SR or SSR versions in Ultra Force (SM5p), GX Ultra Shiny (SM8b) and Sky Legend (SM10b). The plain Naganadel appears in Super-Burst Impact (SM8) and Tag All Stars (SM12a).
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. Prices shown are our current listings in yen, with a USD figure at ¥154/USD, approximate.
Eleven Japanese Naganadel prints appear in the official database as of September 30, 2026, with five of them numbered above their set size: SM12 101/095 and 102/095, SM10b 058/054, SM8b 223/150 and SM5p 052/050. The PSA 10 Naganadel & Guzzlord GX listings are back orders: the RR 066/095 at ¥6,629 (~$43) and the SR 102/095 at ¥19,788 (~$128), plus a back order for the SR 101/095.
The list covers all eleven Naganadel rows in the official Japanese card database as of September 30, 2026, together with the thirteen English prints Limitless TCG lists for the name.
All 11 Japanese Naganadel Prints
The table follows release order. “Not listed” means no Naganadel product with that number is in our catalogue as of September 30, 2026; for those, sourcing requests go through 快速下单. The rarity column is the icon the database detail page shows. The SM12a card is the one row whose detail page has no rarity icon, so the table leaves it without a code rather than assigning one.
| Set | 编号 | 卡牌 | Rarity | Illustrator | Our listing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SM5p | 023/050 | Naganadel-GX | RR | 5ban Graphics | Not listed |

The Six Sets Behind the Prints
Release dates, pack types and main-set counts are from Bulbapedia’s list of Japanese expansions (as of September 15, 2026), which also gives the English pairing in the last column. The database code for the Ultra Force prints is SM5p; the printed denominator, 050, matches the 50-card main set that Bulbapedia’s list gives for SM5+ Ultra Force. A pairing at set level is not a card-by-card match.
| Set | Japanese name | Release | Type | Main-set cards | English set Bulbapedia pairs it with |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SM5p (SM5+ Ultra Force) | ウルトラフォース | 2018-01-19 | Enhanced expansion pack | 50 | Part of Forbidden Light |
| SM10b Sky Legend | スカイレジェンド | 2019-04-26 | Enhanced expansion pack | 54 | Parts of Hidden Fates and Unified Minds |
| SM12 Alter Genesis | オルタージェネシス | 2019-09-06 | Expansion pack | 95 | Cosmic Eclipse |
| SM12a Tag All Stars | TAG TEAM GX タッグオールスターズ | 2019-10-04 | High-class pack | 173 | No direct English equivalent |
The two high-class packs are GX Ultra Shiny and Tag All Stars. The official GX Ultra Shiny product page describes a 10-card pack at 500 yen plus tax, with one GX card confirmed per pack. For the contents of each set, see our live listing pages for GX Ultra Shiny, Alter Genesis and Tag All Stars, or the articles on the GX Ultra Shiny high-class pack, Alter Genesis, Tag All Stars and Ultra Force.
Alter Genesis (SM12): Naganadel & Guzzlord GX
Alter Genesis (SM12) is the set with the Tag Team card, アーゴヨン&アクジキングGX. The three prints are the RR at 066/095 and two SRs at 101/095 and 102/095, all numbered on the same card name. The two SR numbers sit above the printed set size of 095.
Naganadel & Guzzlord GX RR 066/095 — Mitsuhiro Arita
The regular double-rare print, credited to Mitsuhiro Arita, the only Naganadel credit for that illustrator. The Naganadel & Guzzlord GX RR (SM12 066/095) is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥6,629 (~$43) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. The process is explained in our guide to PSA 10 代寻卡.
Naganadel & Guzzlord GX SR 101/095 — 5ban Graphics

The first SR is credited to 5ban Graphics, one of five 5ban Graphics credits across the eleven prints. SM12 101/095 is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥9,180 (~$60).
Naganadel & Guzzlord GX SR 102/095 — Aya Kusube

The second SR is credited to Aya Kusube, the only Naganadel credit for that illustrator. Our PSA 10 listing for it carries the title “SR: SA” and is offered as a back order at ¥19,788 (~$128). The physical PSA 10 slab listing for the same card is sold out at the time of this update — restock requests go through 快速下单.
GX Ultra Shiny (SM8b): RR 052 and SSR 223
GX Ultra Shiny (SM8b) has two Naganadel-GX prints, both credited to 5ban Graphics: an RR at 052/150 and an SSR at 223/150. The SSR number, 223, sits above the printed set size of 150.
Naganadel-GX RR 052/150 — 5ban Graphics
The RR print is the regular-number card of the pair. No Naganadel-GX 052/150 product is listed in our catalogue as of September 30, 2026.
Naganadel-GX SSR 223/150 — 5ban Graphics

The SSR is the only Naganadel print with that rarity icon. No PSA 10 Naganadel-GX 223/150 product is listed in our catalogue as of September 30, 2026. For the set as a whole, see the GX Ultra Shiny high-class pack article.
Sky Legend (SM10b) and Ultra Force (SM5p)
Sky Legend (SM10b) and Ultra Force (SM5p) each have an RR and an SR of Naganadel-GX, with different illustrators in Sky Legend and the same one in Ultra Force.
Naganadel-GX SR 058/054 — ConceptLab (SM10b)

The Sky Legend SR is credited to ConceptLab and is numbered 058 in a 054-card main set. Its RR counterpart in the same set, 034/054, is credited to PLANETA Tsuji, so the two Sky Legend prints have two different illustrators. Neither has a product in our catalogue as of September 30, 2026.
Naganadel-GX SR 052/050 — 5ban Graphics (SM5p)

The Ultra Force SR is credited to 5ban Graphics, as is its RR, 023/050. Both Ultra Force prints are the earliest Naganadel cards in the list by release date, from January 2018, and neither has a product in our catalogue as of September 30, 2026.
The Two Plain Naganadel Cards
Two prints are the plain Naganadel rather than a GX card. Both are credited to Shin Nagasawa.
Naganadel R 048/095 (SM8 Super-Burst Impact)
The Super-Burst Impact print carries a Rare icon on its database page. Its number, 048, sits inside the printed set size of 095.
Naganadel 066/173 (SM12a Tag All Stars)
The Tag All Stars print, 066/173, is the last of the eleven by release date. Its detail page shows no rarity mark, which is why the tables show it without a code. The database detail pages carry the same kind of blank for regular cards in high-class packs. Note that SM12 also has a card numbered 066 (the Naganadel & Guzzlord GX RR, 066/095), so the set code and printed set size are the reliable identifiers: 066/095 for Alter Genesis, 066/173 for Tag All Stars.
Illustrators Across the Eleven Prints
Six illustrators are credited across the eleven prints, as printed in the database.
| Illustrator | Credits | Prints |
|---|---|---|
| 5ban Graphics | 5 | SM5p 023/050 RR and 052/050 SR; SM8b 052/150 RR and 223/150 SSR; SM12 101/095 SR |
| Shin Nagasawa | 2 | SM8 048/095 R; SM12a 066/173 |
| Mitsuhiro Arita | 1 | SM12 066/095 RR |
| Aya Kusube | 1 | SM12 102/095 SR |
| PLANETA Tsuji | 1 | SM10b 034/054 RR |
| ConceptLab | 1 | SM10b 058/054 SR |
5ban Graphics is credited on five of the eleven prints, across three different sets. Every Naganadel-GX in Ultra Force and GX Ultra Shiny is a 5ban Graphics card; the Sky Legend pair is credited to two other illustrators.
Reading the Numbers: Which Prints Sit Above the Set Size
A Japanese card number has two parts: the collector number and the printed set size. When the collector number is higher than the set size, the card sits in the higher-numbered range of that set. Our guide to reading Japanese Pokemon cards and the rarities explained article cover the codes in detail.
| Collector number | Printed set size | Number above set size? | |
|---|---|---|---|
| SM5p RR | 023 | 050 | No |
| SM5p SR | 052 | 050 | Yes |
| SM8 R | 048 | 095 | No |
| SM8b RR | 052 | 150 | No |
| SM8b SSR | 223 | 150 | Yes |
| SM10b RR | 034 | 054 | No |
| SM10b SR | 058 | 054 | Yes |
| SM12 RR | 066 | 095 | No |
| SM12 SR | 101 | 095 | Yes |
| SM12 SR | 102 | 095 | Yes |
| SM12a | 066 | 173 | No |
Five of the eleven prints sit above their set sizes; all five are SR or SSR. The other six are the RR cards, the Rare and the unmarked SM12a card.

| Forbidden Light (FLI) | 134 | Naganadel-GX | Rainbow Rare |

The English sets in the table line up with the Bulbapedia pairings in the sets table: Cosmic Eclipse for Alter Genesis, Lost Thunder for Super-Burst Impact, and Forbidden Light for part of Ultra Force. The two lists are not paired card by card, so they should not be read as one-to-one pairs. For the difference between the two markets, see our article on Japanese vs English Pokemon cards.

How many Naganadel cards are there in Japanese?
The official card database lists eleven Japanese Naganadel prints as of September 30, 2026: six Naganadel-GX, three Naganadel & Guzzlord GX and two plain Naganadel, spread across six sets from Ultra Force (SM5p) to Tag All Stars (SM12a). Five of the eleven are numbered above their printed set size.
Which Naganadel prints are SR or SSR?
The database shows four SR prints (SM5p 052/050, SM10b 058/054, SM12 101/095 and 102/095) and one SSR (SM8b 223/150). All five are numbered above their printed set sizes. The database does not rank them against each other. The SSR is the only Naganadel print with that rarity icon.
Who illustrated the Naganadel cards?
Six illustrators are credited: 5ban Graphics on five prints, Shin Nagasawa on two, and Mitsuhiro Arita, Aya Kusube, PLANETA Tsuji and ConceptLab on one each. 5ban Graphics is credited in SM5p, SM8b and SM12. Aya Kusube’s only credit is the SR 102/095.
When did the Naganadel cards release in Japan?
Ultra Force released on 2018-01-19, Super-Burst Impact on 2018-09-07 and GX Ultra Shiny on 2018-11-02, then Sky Legend on 2019-04-26, Alter Genesis on 2019-09-06 and Tag All Stars on 2019-10-04, per Bulbapedia’s list of Japanese expansions (as of September 15, 2026). Ultra Force is the earliest of the six and Tag All Stars the latest.
How much is a PSA 10 Naganadel & Guzzlord GX from Japan?
As of September 30, 2026, the PSA 10 Naganadel & Guzzlord GX listings are back orders: the RR 066/095 at ¥6,629 (~$43), the SR 101/095 at ¥9,180 (~$60) and the SR 102/095 at ¥19,788 (~$128). These are our listing prices.
Are there English Naganadel cards?
Yes. Limitless TCG lists thirteen English prints as of September 30, 2026, across Cosmic Eclipse, Hidden Fates, Unified Minds, Lost Thunder, Forbidden Light and a Sun & Moon Promos card. The English and Japanese prints are not paired card by card here.
Why does the SM12a Naganadel card show no rarity?
Its official detail page shows no rarity mark, so it is listed without a code rather than guessing one. The printed number is 066/173, and the card is credited to Shin Nagasawa, who also drew the Super-Burst Impact Rare. It is the only one of the eleven prints without a rarity icon.
