Anniversary prices are already applied on the site: on each product page and in the Quick Order SALE tab you see the regular listed price struck through and the anniversary price next to it — on every eligible item the anniversary price sits roughly 8% under the regular price, with Sealed and No Shrink priced separately. The sale runs until Sunday, September 13 at 21:00 JST at the latest and ends earlier for any item that sells out. Pokémon only; pre-orders are not part of it.
One year of Samurai Sword
One year ago we opened samuraiswordtokyo.com to ship Japanese sealed boxes and PSA 10 cards from Tokyo to collectors and card shops around the world. Twelve months of orders, questions and feedback shaped how we pack, how we ship and how we answer — and the simplest way we could think of to say thank you is a sale on the products most of you came here for in the first place.
From September 11 to 13, the Pokémon booster boxes in our Tokyo warehouse carry anniversary prices: Mega Evolution sets, Scarlet & Violet boxes, the Sword & Shield boxes we still hold, older Sun & Moon boxes and the regional Pokémon Center special boxes — in Sealed and No Shrink condition where we stock both. Two things are deliberately outside the sale. Pre-order items (sets that have not shipped yet, such as the 30th Celebration products) keep their regular price. And once a box sells out during the sale, it will not be restocked at the anniversary price — the sale ends for that item at that moment, even if September 13 has not arrived.
How the anniversary pricing works
There is nothing to enter at checkout. The anniversary price is the price: on every eligible product page, and on every row of the Quick Order SALE tab, the regular listed price is shown struck through with the anniversary price beside it. On every eligible item that anniversary price sits roughly 8% below the regular price, and each condition is priced on its own, so a No Shrink box and a Sealed box of the same set each show their own anniversary price.
The prices in the list below are fetched live from our store every time this page loads, so the current price normally matches the product page; the struck-through figure is the regular price listed when this article was published (September 11, 2026). Prices and availability can change during the sale; the product page and your cart are the final word. If a box sells out, its price on this page switches to 售罄 and the card moves to the end of its section.
How to buy in three steps
- Open the SALE tab in Quick Order. This link lands you on our homepage with the SALE tab already selected. The eligible boxes are listed there with the anniversary price, the regular price struck through, and the quantity in stock.
- Type your quantities and press Checkout. Enter a number next to each box you want — Sealed or No Shrink, or both — and press the Checkout button at the bottom of the Quick Order panel. If you prefer product pages, every box in the list below links straight to its own page, where Add to cart works the same way.
- Pay by Wise bank transfer or PayPal. Both options are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when the payment clears. Orders made up of sale items only are scheduled to ship from Tokyo between September 14 and 16 by FedEx with tracking.

The sale list, by era
Each card shows the anniversary price for each condition we stock, with the regular listed price (as of September 11, 2026) struck through. Prices and availability are fetched live from the store when the page loads; the product page is the final word. Click a box name to open its product page, or a condition (Sealed / No Shrink) to jump straight to that option. The list reflects stock at the time of writing; anything that sells out drops to the end of its section as 售罄.

Shipping, payment and the fine print
- Shipping window. Orders that contain sale items only are scheduled to ship from Tokyo between Monday, September 14 and Wednesday, September 16, 2026, by FedEx with tracking. Orders that also include pre-order items or other products ship on their own schedule.
- Payment. Wise bank transfer or PayPal, selected at checkout. An order is confirmed when the payment clears.
- Scope. Anniversary prices apply to Pokémon products in stock, only while the item is in stock, and end on September 13 at 21:00 JST at the latest. Pre-order products are not part of the sale.
- Sold-out items. A box that sells out during the sale is not restocked at the anniversary price.
- Duties and taxes. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping cost for your destination is shown at checkout.
- No minimum. There is no minimum order amount; a single box is fine.
Everything in this sale is the same stock we ship to our regular collectors and store buyers, packed and shipped the same way as any other order — only the prices changed from September 11 to 13. Thank you for a first year we could not have had without you.
FAQ
When does the 1st Anniversary Sale end?
The sale ends on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 21:00 JST (12:00 UTC) at the latest. Each item can end earlier: once it sells out, its anniversary offer ends and it will not be restocked at the sale price.
What is included in the sale?
Sealed Pokémon products from our Tokyo stock: Japanese booster boxes from Sun & Moon through Mega Evolution, in Sealed and No Shrink condition, plus Pokémon Center special boxes. Pre-order items are not part of the sale. The definitive test is the product page: if the regular price is struck through with an anniversary price next to it, the item is in the sale.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Anniversary prices are already applied on the product pages and in the Quick Order SALE tab; the displayed anniversary price is the item price, and there is no minimum order amount. Shipping and any import duties are separate.
How big is the discount?
On every eligible item the anniversary price sits roughly 8% below the regular listed price, with each condition (Sealed or No Shrink) priced separately. What is the difference between Sealed and No Shrink boxes?
Sealed boxes keep the factory outer film around the box. No Shrink boxes come without that outer shrink wrap, but the booster packs inside are the same sealed Japanese packs. Each condition is priced separately, and each product page states which version you are buying.

How do I pay, and when is my order confirmed?
Checkout offers Wise bank transfer and PayPal. Your order is confirmed when the payment clears, and parcels ship from Tokyo by FedEx with tracking. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
An item I want is sold out. Will it come back at the sale price?
No. Once an item sells out during the sale it will not be restocked at the anniversary price. The live product page is the only reliable availability answer, so if a box you want is still in stock, order it rather than waiting.
Can I add pre-order items to the same order?
Pre-order items are not discounted. If your order includes pre-order items, it ships on its own schedule rather than in the September 14–16 window.
