Weakness is Fighting (×2), there’s no listed Resistance, and retreat cost is 3 Energy — the highest retreat cost of the Pikachu compared in this guide. At HP80, it’s also the bulkiest of the five, and its single attack is defensive rather than offensive: Nap costs one Colorless Energy to heal 30 damage from itself, a direct contrast with the set-opening Sugimori card’s damage-and-paralysis Thunder Shock. Each of the thirty Pikachu gets its own distinct attack or ability; none is a duplicate of another.

Where 021 Sits in the 30-Pikachu Subset
All thirty Pikachu cards share the same fireworks holofoil treatment and the same basic setup — different illustrator, different attack or ability, a Basic Pokémon slot around 50–80 HP — and 021 is the fifth card, four spots after the set-opening print. That opening card, 017/103, is illustrated by Ken Sugimori and, per PokeBeach’s coverage, recreates his own Pikachu artwork from the Jungle expansion; 021 follows it as 05/30.
PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown before release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate. We’re not converting that into odds for any individual number, including 021. The Pokémon Company has not published pull rates for this set.
