In English there is one set and one card list. In Japan the same launch is divided across two boxes, so the V Pokémon are split between them: Zacian V is printed in Sword and Zamazenta V in Shield. That split is the practical difference for a buyer, and the 16 English Ultra Rare cards fall 8 and 8 across the two.

The Build & Battle Box page describes its packs as four 10-card boosters. A Japanese pack holds 5 cards, so a pack is not the same unit on the two sides, and pack counts alone do not compare the products.

The two sides also number their cards differently. Japanese cards run on a /060 base, so the full-art SR cards read 061/060 to 068/060. English cards run on a /202 base per pokemon-tcg-data, since the pokemon.com page prints no denominator. Matching a card by name is safe; matching by number needs the tables that follow.

16 English Ultra Rare Cards and Their Japanese Prints
Limitless lists the Japanese prints of each English card as a JP print of the same card. For all 16 Ultra Rare cards there are two Japanese prints in the paired set: a main-set RR card (an R or U card for the Trainers) and a full-art SR card numbered 061 or higher. In each row the SR card carries the same illustrator credit as the English card.
