    I ordered a sealed boosterbox. When the package arrived the boosterbox was already open see photos. I paid over EUR 200,- for one boosterbox. Will never order here again.

The review alone does not establish when or how the seal was affected. Please contact our support team privately with your order number and original unboxing video, referencing the photos already shared, so we can review the seal and packaging.

    Even if you receive a box in this condition, it is difficult to receive compensation. I recommend that other customers definitely record a video when opening the shipping box and do so.

    We received boxes that cannot be sold, but the company only told us that they are normal products.
    It’s really regrettable. Please be careful, as you may receive a box in this condition.
