The booster packs inside stay factory-sealed; you’re still getting the same booster packs, in the same box count. Damaged Box pricing moves independently of the regular box listing and isn’t always cheaper. « No Shrink » is a separate listing name we use on some product pages for boxes sold without their original shrink wrap — beyond that naming, we don’t publish a broader definition of the term.
