Weakness is Fighting (×2), there’s no listed Resistance, and retreat cost is 1 Energy. It’s a straightforward basic attacker, in line with most of the thirty Pikachu in this subset — each one gets its own attack (several of the other twenty-nine run support abilities or search effects instead), but none of them carries anything close to the firepower of the set’s two Pikachu ex chase cards.

Every pack of 30th CELEBRATION is guaranteed 1 of the 30 Pikachu and 1 YOSHIROTTEN Basic Energy card, among six foil cards total, at ¥360 per pack. A box holds 20 packs for ¥7,200 tax-in MSRP.
PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown ahead of release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate. The Pokémon Company has not published pull rates for this set, and we’re not converting that single opening into a percentage.
On the secondary market, SNKRDUNK’s lowest sealed-box asks (dated 11 September 2026) have moved sharply since the card list went public: the sealed box ask ran ¥47,200 on 1 September, ¥28,200 on 10 September and ¥23,599 on 11 September; the no-shrink box ask moved from ¥25,800 to ¥21,399 over the same window. Single cards from the set, including 017/103, have no live asks yet since nothing has been pulled from a released pack.
