The card text, per PokeBeach’s September 9, 2026 translation of the official database entry, carries a single attack:
- [L][C][C] Fighting Lightning — 20 damage. If your opponent’s Active Pokémon is a Pokémon ex, this attack does 80 more damage.
Weakness is Fighting (×2), there’s no listed Resistance, and retreat cost is 3 Energy, among the heaviest in the thirty-card subset. Against a Pokémon ex Active, the conditional bonus pushes Fighting Lightning to 100 damage, making 80 HP’s worth of survivability matter more than it would on a pure attacker.
Nurikabe: What Bulbapedia Confirms
Bulbapedia’s page for the illustrator gives the Japanese name 塗壁 (Nurikabe, also the name of a yōkai) and describes the credited artist simply as « an illustrator, » without stating whether the name is a pen name. The page names Nurikabe’s first Pokémon TCG card as Escavalier from the Brilliant Stars expansion. As of the page’s own count, Nurikabe has illustrated 26 cards for the TCG, plus 19 cards appearing in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket. The page also lists external links for the illustrator: a personal website, a Twitter account (@nurikabenuri), and a Pixiv profile.
Bulbapedia does not give a birth year, does not describe an art style, and does not list titled notable cards beyond the Escavalier debut — it has no statement about the 30th CELEBRATION set specifically. Nurikabe is credited on 26 TCG cards per Bulbapedia, and that’s the extent of the sourced career record.

Every pack of 30th CELEBRATION guarantees 1 of the 30 Pikachu and 1 YOSHIROTTEN Basic Energy card among six foil cards total, at ¥360 per pack; a box holds 20 packs for ¥7,200 tax-in MSRP. PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown before release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate. The Pokémon Company has not published pull rates for this set.
On SNKRDUNK, the lowest asking price for a sealed M6a box went from ¥47,200 on September 1 to ¥28,200 on September 10 and ¥17,500 on release day, September 16, 2026 — still about 2.4× the ¥7,200 MSRP. Singles from the subset are starting to show up too: Ken Sugimori’s 017/103 has a release-day lowest ask of ¥1,000 (15 listings, SNKRDUNK, September 16, 2026).
