The ONE PIECE x ROUND1 Promotion Pack is a ten-design card novelty that ROUND1 Japan gives with collaboration-menu purchases, and the official PR TIMES release of July 1, 2026 sets the campaign period as July 18 to October 17, 2026 (planned).
Two days before the start, ROUND1 replaced its app-coupon plan with a lottery in 13 rounds, and the campaign page prints a card-shortage notice with a voucher system.
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.
ROUND1 Japan’s PR TIMES release (official, July 1, 2026) gives 10 designs, 1 random card per collaboration-menu item, a planned period of July 18 to October 17, 2026, and 159 stores: 100 in Japan and 59 in North America. The July 16 notice (official) turned the app coupon into a 13-round lottery. Our sealed pack is listed at ¥4,872 (~$32); the lowest single-pack ask on SNKRDUNK was ¥1,200 (~$8) on October 2, 2026.
The ROUND1 and PR TIMES facts, the official card database rows and the SNKRDUNK lowest asks all carry the date October 2, 2026.
Market figures are SNKRDUNK lowest asking prices as of October 2, 2026, never sold prices. Campaign facts are ROUND1’s and PR TIMES’s own wording, summarised in English.
What the ROUND1 Promotion Pack Is
The official name is ONE PIECEカードゲーム -ROUND1 プロモーションパック-. ROUND1 Japan’s PR TIMES release of July 1, 2026 describes it as one of the main features of ROUND1’s first collaboration with ONE PIECE held at the same time in Japan and the United States: ten completely original designs, given to buyers of the collaboration menu. The release adds that each card carries ROUND1-only artwork in which the characters join ROUND1 activities, with Luffy bowling and Zoro taking on billiards with three cues as the examples it names.
| Fact | Detail | Source and status |
|---|---|---|
| Designs | 10 (全10種), original ROUND1 designs | PR TIMES, July 1, 2026 (official) |
| Cards per purchase | 1 random card per collaboration-menu item; the design cannot be chosen | PR TIMES and the ROUND1 distribution-conditions PDF (official) |
| Qualifying menu | Arranged drinks, popcorn and drinks that come with a novelty | Distribution-conditions PDF (official) |
| Who may order | Customers using bowling, Spo-Cha, karaoke, billiards or darts | Distribution-conditions PDF (official) |
| Card route | 98 stores; two amusement-only stores, 町田ジョルナ店 and 調布駅前店 (Machida and Chofu Ekimae, rendering), sell no collaboration menu | Distribution-conditions PDF (official) |
| Availability | Some stores may not carry it; it ends when the quantity is reached | PR TIMES, July 1, 2026 (official) |
The release does not print the card names or numbers, the per-store allocation or the total print run. The same release lists other items in the campaign, such as a stamp rally at 12 stores and goods at selected stores, but only the cards are ONE PIECE Card Game items.
Our July 13 post on the ROUND1 promo cards describes the route as announced before the July 16 change.
Campaign Dates and Store Count
PR TIMES gives the period in one sentence: the campaign runs from July 18 to October 17, 2026, a schedule ROUND1 marks as planned (予定). The campaign page opens with the start time, 10:00 on July 18 at every store, and the coupon schedule ends with a round-13 window that closes on Saturday, October 17. No page prints an extension, so the end date stays a planned date.
| 상품 | Detail | Source and status |
|---|---|---|
| Start | Saturday, July 18, 2026, 10:00 at every store | ROUND1 campaign page (official) |
| End | October 17, 2026 (planned) | PR TIMES, July 1, 2026 (official) |
| Last coupon window | Friday, October 9 to Saturday, October 17 | ROUND1 notice of July 16, 2026 (official) |
| Stores | 100 in Japan and 59 in North America, 159 in total, same period and same concept | PR TIMES (official) |
| Card route in Japan | 98 stores | Distribution-conditions PDF (official) |
The North American program shares the period and the concept according to PR TIMES, while the card rules in ROUND1 Japan’s notices cover the Japanese stores.
The July 16 Rule Change: Coupons Became a Lottery
The distribution-conditions PDF, which the campaign page says was deleted after the rule change, said the cards required a coupon in the ROUND1 app and that each person would receive up to 5 coupons a day, issued every morning at 6:00. On July 16, 2026, ROUND1 Japan published a notice of apology and a change of rules. It gave the reason in its own words: very many customers had raised concerns, the company expected dangerous crowding right after the start, and it wanted to protect customers and neighbours. Coupons would therefore go only to winners of a lottery.
| Point | Before (distribution PDF) | After (July 16 notice) |
|---|---|---|
| Who receives coupons | All app members | Winners of an automatic draw among app members |
| 수량 | Up to 5 coupons per person per day, issued at 6:00 | Up to 5 coupons per winner for each usage window |
| Application | None | None; the draw is automatic |
| Odds and number of winners | Not applicable | Not published |
| Screenshot of a coupon | Not addressed in the PDF | Invalid |
| Buying without a coupon | Not addressed in the PDF | Allowed for the drink or food, but no card |
The campaign page’s question-and-answer section adds the practical rules. The coupon belongs to the winner personally, so transfer and proxy use are refused, one person may not use several accounts, and ID may be requested. A coupon is not a one-time win: a draw is held for each usage period, and a customer can win in several of the 13 rounds. For rounds after the first, the app registration must be completed by 23:59 on the day before the Tuesday draw. A holder of a winning coupon can make up to 5 coupon purchases a day, while the collaboration drinks and food without a coupon have no order limit.
ROUND1 states that the odds of winning cannot be disclosed. It adds that production of the cards is being increased so that they reach many customers during the campaign. The page also says the card is packed at random, that no exchange or complaint about duplicates is accepted, and that cards opened and found curled are not defective because the card specification makes them slightly bent.
An earlier notice dated July 14, 2026 set out a launch-day system with admission tickets, queueing on store premises from 8:00 and a draw at 9:00. The campaign page states that this document was deleted after the rule change, so it is history, not a current rule. The all-members coupon of 5 a day that it describes never ran.
The 13 Lottery Rounds
The July 16 notice prints a schedule of coupon periods. The first round was drawn on July 15 among members registered by 16:00 that day, with delivery from 13:00 on July 17. Every later round follows one weekly pattern: the draw on Tuesday, delivery of winning coupons on Thursday, and use from Friday to the Sunday of the following week. Round 13 is the exception and ends on Saturday, October 17.
| Round | Draw | Delivery | Usable |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Jul 15 (Wed) | Jul 17 (Fri), from 13:00 | Jul 18 (Sat) – Jul 26 (Sun) |
| 2 | Jul 21 (Tue) | Jul 23 (Thu) | Jul 24 (Fri) – Aug 2 (Sun) |
| 3 | Jul 28 (Tue) | Jul 30 (Thu) | Jul 31 (Fri) – Aug 9 (Sun) |
| 4 | Aug 4 (Tue) | Aug 6 (Thu) | Aug 7 (Fri) – Aug 16 (Sun) |
| 5 | Aug 11 (Tue) | Aug 13 (Thu) | Aug 14 (Fri) – Aug 23 (Sun) |
| 6 | Aug 18 (Tue) | Aug 20 (Thu) | Aug 21 (Fri) – Aug 30 (Sun) |
| 7 | Aug 25 (Tue) | Aug 27 (Thu) | Aug 28 (Fri) – Sep 6 (Sun) |
| 8 | Sep 1 (Tue) | Sep 3 (Thu) | Sep 4 (Fri) – Sep 13 (Sun) |
| 9 | Sep 8 (Tue) | Sep 10 (Thu) | Sep 11 (Fri) – Sep 20 (Sun) |
| 10 | Sep 15 (Tue) | Sep 17 (Thu) | Sep 18 (Fri) – Sep 27 (Sun) |
| 11 | Sep 22 (Tue) | Sep 24 (Thu) | Sep 25 (Fri) – Oct 4 (Sun) |
| 12 | Sep 29 (Tue) | Oct 1 (Thu) | Oct 2 (Fri) – Oct 11 (Sun) |
| 13 | Oct 6 (Tue) | Oct 8 (Thu) | Oct 9 (Fri) – Oct 17 (Sat) |
ROUND1 says the announcement that delivery of winning coupons is finished is made on its official X account, and that the content may change without notice. A winner holds 5 coupons per usage window, and each coupon buys one collaboration item and so one card. How many coupons were issued in each round is not published.
Card Shortage and Vouchers, Dated
The official pages describe the stock position of the cards in four dated steps. The campaign page carries the current notice, and the earlier documents explain the voucher system it relies on.
| 날짜 | Document | What it says |
|---|---|---|
| July 1, 2026 | PR TIMES release | The cards end when the quantity is reached; some stores may not carry them |
| July 14, 2026 | Launch-day notice (deleted after the rule change) | A store that runs out hands over a voucher to be exchanged for the novelty later; ROUND1 says it has prepared a sufficient quantity for the period |
| July 16, 2026 | Rule-change notice | If stock runs out, a voucher is handed over and exchanged for the card later |
| October 2, 2026 | Campaign page notice | Because the cards are out of stock, vouchers are handed over; the next card delivery is planned for late August to early October, a plan that may shift |
The voucher rules are the same in the distribution-conditions PDF and on the campaign page. A voucher needs the receipt from the day of purchase and can be exchanged only at the store that issued it. It becomes usable when that store’s X account posts the voucher numbers, and it stays valid for 30 days after the post. ROUND1 does not contact customers individually and does not ship vouchers or cards to homes, and a lost receipt cannot be reissued. One voucher is issued per card, so a group of four who order eight drinks receives eight vouchers and later collects eight cards with one receipt.
Nothing in the official pages says whether the planned late-August-to-early-October delivery has reached the stores. The notice says the planned dates are only a plan and may change, and the line is printed as the campaign page’s current text on October 2, 2026. The distribution-conditions PDF and the campaign page’s FAQ both say that stock questions, including by phone, are not answered.
The Ten Card Designs
The ten identities are reported, not official. SNKRDUNK’s product titles for the ROUND1 rows, dated October 2, 2026, carry the card numbers, and the same ten numbers appear in our July 13 post, which transcribed them from ROUND1’s lineup image. ROUND1’s own text pages do not print the lineup, because the lineup exists only as an image on the campaign page. The numbers match existing cards: the official database lists each of them as a base card of an existing product.
The images are the official database pictures of those base cards, shown as base prints, with the character names in rendering. The ROUND1 event-art prints are not in the database, so the artwork on the promotion cards differs from the pictures.
| # | Character (rendering) | Number | Rarity | Colour (rendering) | Cost | Power | Base product (official database) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Monkey D. Luffy | OP16-095 | R | Black (黒) | 2 | 2000 | OP-16 ブースターパック 決戦の刻 |
| 2 | Roronoa Zoro | PRB02-006 | R | Green (緑) | 4 | 4000 | PRB-02 ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST vol.2 |
ONE PIECE Heroines Edition |
Rarity, colour, cost and power are the base cards’ printed values, and all ten are CHARACTER cards of the Straw Hat Crew (rendering of 麦わらの一味). SNKRDUNK’s titles for the ROUND1 rows repeat the base rarity letters: R for Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and Brook, UC for Usopp and Chopper, and C for Nami, Robin, Franky and Jinbe. Our One Piece card rarity guide explains the letters, and the ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST guide and One Piece Heroines guide cover the products behind the Zoro and Robin base cards.
What the Official Card Database Lists
The official ONE PIECE Card Game database has a promotion-card series of 460 cards. As of October 2, 2026, none of its rows names ROUND1 or ラウンドワン in the acquisition information, and the series for limited-product cards has none either. The ROUND1 art prints are therefore not listed as cards of their own, and no official database number exists for them.
The base rows carry the database’s own parallel rows for five of the ten numbers: Zoro PRB02-006, Nami ST29-008, Sanji OP15-047, Franky ST21-011 and Jinbe ST29-005 each have a _p1 row. Those are the parallel prints of their own products, not the ROUND1 print, and a _p1 listing for one of these numbers should not be read as the ROUND1 card.
The practical consequence is that a ROUND1 card is identified by its card number together with the “ラウンドワン プロモーションパック” product name on the listing, not by the number alone. SNKRDUNK’s titles name the promotion pack in brackets after the number. Our One Piece card sets in order lists the booster sets behind the base numbers, and the One Piece card list links the live set pages.
The English-Version Sanji
SNKRDUNK carries one extra row beyond the ten Japanese-version rows: Sanji OP15-047 with the label 【英語版】, which means English version. It is titled as a ROUND1 Promotion Pack card, like the others. PR TIMES announced the campaign for 59 North American stores with the same period and concept, but no official page prints the North American card lineup or says which stores handed out an English-language card.
That makes the English Sanji a separate row to keep apart from the Japanese Sanji: the Japanese row is listed at a lowest ask of ¥1,000 (~$6) and the English-version row at ¥4,000 (~$26), both on October 2, 2026, and the English row has a single listing, which makes its figure weak. The rules described apply to the Japanese program, and the North American rules are not confirmed. A buyer who wants the Japanese ROUND1 card should confirm that the listing carries no 【英語版】 label.
SNKRDUNK Asks for Each Card
SNKRDUNK is a Japanese marketplace, and its figures are asking prices from sellers, not sales. Each card’s SNKRDUNK page gives two figures as of October 2, 2026: the lowest ask on the row across all conditions, and the lowest ask in the PSA 10 condition grid.
| Card (rendering) | Number | Lowest ask, card row (any condition) | Lowest PSA 10 ask |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monkey D. Luffy | OP16-095 | ¥4,300 (~$28) | ¥55,000 (~$357) |
| Roronoa Zoro | PRB02-006 | ¥2,100 (~$14) | ¥27,500 (~$179) |
| Nami | ST29-008 | ¥2,500 (~$16) | ¥39,000 (~$253) |
| Usopp | OP11-003 | ¥1,000 (~$6) | No PSA 10 listing |
| Sanji | OP15-047 | ¥1,000 (~$6) | No PSA 10 listing |
| Tony Tony Chopper | OP09-068 | ¥1,111 (~$7) | ¥49,999 (~$325) |
| Nico Robin | EB03-054 | ¥1,480 (~$10) | ¥25,000 (~$162) |
| Franky | ST21-011 | ¥1,000 (~$6) | No PSA 10 listing |
| Brook | OP11-056 | ¥1,000 (~$6) | No PSA 10 listing |
| Jinbe | ST29-005 | ¥1,700 (~$11) | No PSA 10 listing |
| Sanji, English version (weak: single seller) | OP15-047 | ¥4,000 (~$26) | No PSA 10 listing |
PSA 10 listings exist for five designs on that date: Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Chopper and Robin. The same grids show two slabs from another grading company, an ARS10+ Chopper at ¥39,800 (~$258) and an ARS10 Robin at ¥15,000 (~$97), and every figure is a seller’s asking price. These asks are a record of listings on one day. They are not a record of prices paid.
For the sealed pack, the lowest ask for a single pack on SNKRDUNK is ¥1,200 (~$8) as of October 2, 2026. Lots listed as 10 packs and 20 packs ask roughly ¥1,450 to ¥1,560 per pack on the same date, from ¥14,496 (~$94) for ten and ¥31,221 (~$203) for twenty.
Our Sealed Pack
The sealed pack, ONE PIECE x ROUND1 Promotion Pack Japanese 2026, is currently listed at ¥4,872 (~$32). It is a secondary-market item: ROUND1 itself distributes the cards only with collaboration-menu purchases and prohibits resale and transfer of the novelty in its notice. The SNKRDUNK ask for one pack on October 2, 2026 was ¥1,200 (~$8), and the two figures describe different marketplaces.

Each pack holds one card, and the design cannot be chosen, so buying packs is a way to open ROUND1 cards, not to select a design. Our guide to buying One Piece cards from Japan covers ordering and shipping from Tokyo in general.
Resale Rules and What Is Not Confirmed
ROUND1’s notices state the resale position without ambiguity: resale and transfer of the campaign novelty are strictly prohibited, listings on flea-market apps may be reported for removal, and bulk buying for resale is refused. The rules on personal coupons and one account per person serve the same end. No marketplace route for these cards is official.

자주 묻는 질문
What is the ONE PIECE ROUND1 Promotion Pack?
It is a set of 10 original-design ONE PIECE Card Game cards that ROUND1 Japan gives with collaboration-menu purchases. PR TIMES (official, July 1, 2026) states one random card per menu item, no choice of design, and an end when the quantity is reached. Some stores do not carry it.
When does the ROUND1 One Piece campaign run?
PR TIMES prints July 18 to October 17, 2026, marked as planned, across 100 Japanese and 59 North American stores. The campaign page confirms a 10:00 start on July 18, and the last coupon window ends Saturday, October 17. An extension is not confirmed.
How did the ROUND1 coupon lottery work?
ROUND1’s July 16 notice replaced the daily app coupon with an automatic draw among app members, held in 13 rounds. Winners receive 5 coupons per usage window. Odds and winner counts are not published, screenshots are invalid, and the coupon is personal. Buying without a coupon gives no card.
Which ten cards are in the ROUND1 Promotion Pack?
Reported by SNKRDUNK titles on October 2, 2026: Luffy OP16-095, Zoro PRB02-006, Nami ST29-008, Usopp OP11-003, Sanji OP15-047, Chopper OP09-068, Robin EB03-054, Franky ST21-011, Brook OP11-056 and Jinbe ST29-005. The official card database does not list the ROUND1 art prints, and ROUND1 prints no text lineup.
Can I choose which ROUND1 card I get?
No. ROUND1 states the card is random for each menu item and the design cannot be chosen, and it accepts no exchange or complaint about duplicates. The cards are packed at random. The campaign page also says opened cards cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
What happens when a ROUND1 store runs out of cards?
The store hands over a voucher instead. It needs the same-day receipt, works only at the issuing store, becomes valid when the store’s X account posts the voucher numbers, and expires 30 days after that post. The campaign page, on October 2, 2026, prints a shortage notice.
How much is the ROUND1 sealed pack from your store?
The sealed pack is currently listed at ¥4,872 (~$32). On SNKRDUNK the lowest ask for one pack was ¥1,200 (~$8) on October 2, 2026. The two figures are a listed price and a seller’s asking price, not a sold price.
What is the English-version Sanji?
SNKRDUNK carries a separate Sanji OP15-047 row labelled 【英語版】, English version, with a lowest ask of ¥4,000 (~$26) on October 2, 2026 and a single listing. PR TIMES announced a North American program, but which stores handed out English cards is not confirmed.
Are the ROUND1 card odds published?
No. ROUND1 and PR TIMES publish no odds per design, no print run and no per-store allocation. ROUND1 also says the odds of winning a coupon cannot be disclosed, and that it is increasing production to reach many customers. Any figure quoted elsewhere is not an official one.
