PSA’s top grade is GEM-MT 10; CGC Cards currently issues two top grades, Pristine 10 and Gem Mint 10. Both companies publish the same centering tolerance for their standard Gem Mint/PSA 10 tier — approximately 55/45 front, 75/25 back — though that shared number doesn’t make the two grades interchangeable. Every graded card we currently list, including the PSA10 MEGA Lopunny ex 114/080 SAR (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order), is a PSA 10.

PSA 的页面清楚说明了结构：“Grading is assessing the quality and condition of a trading card using PSA’s 10-point grading scale,” 以及 “If your cards pass authentication, PSA grades the condition of each card on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being best.” 最高分以下的命名等级 — MINT 9、NM-MT 8、NM 7、EX-MT 6、EX 5、VG-EX 4、VG 3、GOOD 2、FR 1.5、PR 1 — 出现在 PSA 网站上，不过本次核对中只有 GEM-MT 10 的定义取得了逐字直接引文；请把较低等级视为 PSA 公布的标签，而非已完整重新确认的标准。

评级盒、标签与子分
两家公司都没有像部分收藏者期待的那样，公布牌角、边缘、表面和居中的数字子分。PSA 的评级页面描述了 Express 档及以上送评时可选的书面 “Grader Notes that detail card defects” — 是一段说明，而不是数字。CGC 的外壳与标签页面描述的是单一的整体数字分，外加可选的签名分和 pedigree 备注，同样没有按类别公布的数字明细。
两者的差别在于评级盒本身。PSA 的页面写道：“PSA encapsulates each card in its own sonically sealed, tamper-evident case. The card’s grade and certification number are displayed on the PSA LightHouse™ label.”
CGC 的外壳围绕防伪特性打造，而不是只强调某一个安全封条：“The CGC Cards holder and label combine enhanced security features, crystal-clear optics and the most advanced archival materials… the sturdy, ultrasonically-welded case resists impacts and tampering… the CGC Cards label features microprinting, UV ink, holographic foil and a unique certification number and barcode… a QR code enables you to quickly look up a card and its images.” 评为 Pristine 10 的卡牌还有另一种专属标记：CGC 页面指出它 “provides a special Pristine 10 label, which identifies the card’s flawless condition.”

PSA 的 Gem Mint 10 标准：“The image must be centered on the card within a tolerance not to exceed approximately 55/45 percent on the front, and 75/25 percent on the reverse.” PSA 页面还附有一条居中说明：“At the grader’s sole discretion, a small variance may be permitted on occasion based on the card’s overall eye appeal.”
CGC 的 Gem Mint 10 等级公布了完全相同的数字 — “Centering is not to exceed approximately 55/45, and reverse centering is not to exceed 75/25” — 而 CGC 的 Pristine 10 则设定了更严格、更精确的要求：“The centering is 50/50, and the card has flawless color and registration.”
PSA 10 and CGC Gem Mint 10 publish the same centering tolerance. That’s a match in one published measurement — it isn’t a statement that the two grades are interchangeable. Grading philosophy, population, and how each label is received by buyers weren’t part of what we verified here.
