The card is a Supporter, so the database shows no HP, type, weakness or retreat cost. Its text has two lines. The first reads, in the database’s Japanese, 自分のバトル場の「ロケット団のポケモン」を、ベンチの「ロケット団のポケモン」と入れ替える。その後、相手のベンチポケモンを1匹選び、バトルポケモンと入れ替える。 Rendered in English: switch your Active Team Rocket’s Pokémon with one of your Benched Team Rocket’s Pokémon, then choose 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon and switch it with their Active Pokémon. The second line is the standard Supporter rule that only one Supporter can be played per turn.

Bulbapedia states that the card was included as a regular card, a full art ultra rare card and a special illustration rare card in Destined Rivals, first released in the Japanese Glory of the Rocket Gang expansion. It credits akagi for the regular and full art prints and Krgc for the special illustration rare print. The page adds that a Cosmos Holofoil variant of the Destined Rivals regular print was available in the Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex Box from June 13, 2025.
For Japan, Bulbapedia describes the SV-P print as a reprint with new artwork by DOM, released as part of a collaboration between the Pokémon Card Game and Suntory’s BOSS Coffee brand.
