Samurai Sword is our own store. Everything said about it is quoted or paraphrased from its live policy pages: shipping, payment methods, customs and import taxes and returns and refunds. Every other shop is described only by what its own site prints, as of September 30, 2026.
Pick a shop by the terms it publishes, not by a score. Sakuras Card Shop prints a 4.9/5 rating from 6906 reviews, Pokevault says it has been in business since 1997, and Samurai Sword ships Japanese sealed boxes from Tokyo at wholesale JPY prices with no minimum order, such as the M6 Storm Emeralda box (Sealed option) at ¥10,246 (~$67). Before paying anywhere, check the payment fee, the carrier, and whether duties are included.

|---|---|---|
| Sealed Japanese boxes shipped from Tokyo, wholesale JPY prices | Samurai Sword | “Listed prices are wholesale prices. Orders can be placed from one item.” |
| A large printed review count | Sakuras Card Shop | “Customers rate us 4.9/5 based on 6906 reviews.” |
| A long operating history | Pokevault | “PokeVault has been in business since 1997.” |
| A shop based in the United States | PokeNE | Omaha, NE 68130 printed on its pages |
| A card-finding request route | Cardotaku | A contact-form request naming the card, its condition and a budget |
SEALED, with the clear factory film still around the box, and NO SHRINK, the same unopened box without that film.”
|---|---|---|
| Products | Sealed boxes, singles, graded cards, accessories, and how each is labelled | Homepage, product pages, FAQ |
Accepted methods, currency, any processing fee | Payment or checkout page, FAQ |
Carrier, tracking, whether orders can be combined, address limits | Shipping policy page |
| Duties and taxes | Included at checkout or paid on delivery, by destination | Customs or import-tax page |
| Problems | Returns, cancellations, damage-claim requirements and deadlines | Returns and refund policy |

Pokevault
Samurai Sword —
Samurai Sword 是一家 B2B 風格的商店：其 Quick Order 頁面印有「This site is for B2B TCG buyers. Listed prices are wholesale prices. Orders can be placed from one item.」（本站面向 B2B TCG 買家。 Quick Order 的分頁包括 Pokemon、One Piece、Yu-Gi-Oh、Dragon Ball、DAMAGED BOX、CARTONS、PSA10 與 PSA back order，其中 Pokemon 子分頁有 All、Boxes、PSA10、Bulk、Special 與 Vintage。
|---|---|
| Minimum order | “There is no minimum order amount or quantity.” |
Available from ¥30,000 in product subtotal; member coupons require registration or login |
| Large orders | A VIP desk for single orders of ¥1,000,000 or more: message with what you want and how many |
| Business details | Company name, VAT / Tax ID, FedEx account number, EORI / importer ID and invoice notes are optional and can be saved to a profile for future Quick Order sessions |
| Invoices | Signed-in customers can view, print or download the invoice from My Account |
| Store rating | Home page widget: “4.9/5 Rated by 786 verified buyers” |
Samurai Sword：
|---|---|---|
| Wise bank transfer | No payment processing fee | Pay within 3 days of placing the order, with the reference format SST- followed by the order number; payments received via SWIFT incur a receiving fee of JPY 611, deducted before the funds reach the shop |
| PayPal | 5% processing fee | Completed immediately at checkout, using your PayPal balance or linked funding sources |
| Credit or debit card through PayPal | 5% processing fee | Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB; a PayPal account is usually not required for a card payment |
| PayPal Pay Later | 5% processing fee | Splits an eligible order into instalments; not available to buyers in Japan |
|---|---|
| Change of mind | Returns, exchanges and cancellations based on customer preference are not accepted |
| Cancelling an order | Only before the shipping date has been confirmed; a fee of 10% of the order total, including shipping, is deducted from the refund |
| Pre-orders | A 30% cancellation fee applies to an approved customer-requested cancellation before the shipping date is confirmed |
| Back orders | Not covered by the cancellation section; a back order cannot be cancelled or changed once placed |
| Damage, defect, missing or incorrect items | Must be supported by a single, continuous, unedited video; photographs alone are not sufficient for damage-related claims |
| Reporting deadline | Inform the shop within 7 days of receiving the goods; damage during transit is not covered |
| Business purchasers | A two-video arrangement (an inspection video by the purchaser and a pack-opening video by the end customer) is accepted |
| Refund timing | Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 10 business days, via the original payment method |

Sakuras Card Shop
截至 2026 年 9 月 30 日，Sakuras Card Shop 的首頁在 “Verified Reviews” 標籤下寫著 “Customers rate us 4.9/5 based on 6906 reviews”。
Pokevault
Pokevault 的首頁寫著 “PokeVault has been in business since 1997” 與 “We’ve shipped over 130,000 orders to happy Pokemon collectors all over the world.” 其首頁類別包括 Pokemon Plush Toys、Japanese Pokemon Cards、Pokemon TCG Accessories 與 Pokemon Figures，並寫著 “USA Customers: Look for the US flag! These items can be shipped to the United States.”
Plaza Japan
Cardotaku
它還設有歐盟進口頁面，其中包括 “EU orders: VAT is no longer charged at checkout. Import charges are paid on delivery.”
PokeNE
其 FAQ 標題包括 “Pre-Order Policy – When Do My Items Ship?” 與 “Local Delivery? Do You Have a Physical Store?”。
Buyee
Yahoo! Auctions
Ask whether the box is Sealed or No Shrink. Samurai Sword describes the first as the unopened box with its clear factory film and the second as the same unopened box without that film, with each booster pack still in its own factory seal. Its return and refund policy states that all items are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
|---|---|---|
| United States and US territories | DDP | “Import duties and taxes are included. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.” |
| All other countries | DAP (formerly DDU) | Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost; where charged, they are payable on delivery |

Samurai Sword
Samurai Sword
其 Quick Order 分頁包括 Pokemon、One Piece、Yu-Gi-Oh、Dragon Ball、DAMAGED BOX、CARTONS、PSA10 與 PSA back order，其中 Pokemon 子分頁有 All、Boxes、PSA10、Bulk、Special 與 Vintage。
