Quarter Century Secret Rare (QCSR) officially replaced Prismatic Secret Rare from Duelist Nexus to Alliance Insight — after which Prismatic Secret Rare returned as the OCG’s standard secret-rare foil, and remains the current finish on releases such as Limit Over Collection: The Rivals (LOCR). The dedicated QCSR showcase set is Quarter Century Art Collection.

|---|---|
| Normal / Normal Rare | No foil, or a plain foil card name only — the base finish. |
| Rare | Silver or black-foil letters on the card name. |
| Super Rare | Holofoil background behind the artwork. |
| Ultra Rare | Gold holofoil letters on the card name, combined with a holofoil background. |
| Ultimate Rare | Embossed gold holofoil texture running across the name, artwork and borders. |
| Secret Rare | Rainbow holographic letters on the card name. |
| Prismatic Secret Rare | A Secret Rare variant with a horizontal/vertical foil pattern and multiple speckled holofoil colours in the name (detailed below). |
| Quarter Century Secret Rare | A time-limited OCG variant of the Secret Rare foil with a champagne-gold speckled name and a 25th-anniversary watermark (detailed below). |
| Grand Master Rare | A serial-numbered top tier introduced with Limit Over Collection: The Heroes, applied to a fixed subset of a set’s Ultra Rares (detailed below). |
Quarter Century Secret Rare：
Prismatic Secret Rare and Quarter Century Secret Rare occupy the same “top OCG secret rare” slot at different points in time — they are not two rarities that coexist on the same set. Whichever one is printed on a given release depends purely on which month that set came out in Japan.
|---|---|---|
| April 2020 | Rise of the Duelist | The OCG’s “20th Secret Rare” finish is replaced by Prismatic Secret Rare. |
| February 2023 | Rarity Collection Quarter Century Edition | Quarter Century Secret Rare is introduced. |
| April 2023 – January 2025 | Duelist Nexus to Alliance Insight | Quarter Century Secret Rare officially replaces Prismatic Secret Rare as the OCG’s standard top secret-rare foil. |
| April 2025 | Special Blue-Eyes White Dragon ukiyo-e framed set | Quarter Century Secret Rare’s last confirmed Japanese appearance. |
| March 2025 onward | Deck-Build Pack: Justice Hunters and later, including LOCR | Prismatic Secret Rare returns as the OCG’s standard top secret-rare foil. |
Quarter Century Art Collection
Limit Over Collection: The Heroes，並於 2026 年 2 月 28 日在日本發售。
Grand Master Rare is a distinct rarity from a later, unrelated set — it is not a Quarter Century-era rarity, is not related to QCSR, and its serial-numbered treatment shouldn’t be confused with the champagne-gold QCSR foil described above.
LOCR Limit Over Collection: The Rivals 中，與其 Grand Master Rare 和 Secret Rare 版本並存。 LOCR Limit Over Collection: The Rivals

Limit Over Collection: The Heroes Limit Over Collection: The Rivals。
