    Problème de coordination entre Fedex et l’entrepôt de départ. Bordereau de transport transmis, mais pas le colis ! Malgré 3 mails très rapide suite commande, l’entreprise à mis plus de 15 jours à traiter mes demandes. Heureusement que FEDEX aussi a relancer, car j’ai du les appeler x2 (couts des appels télèphonique : 12€ + 2H d’attente coté Fedex..) Le service commercial me propose 1500Y de remise co… soit 8€ pour ce genre de soucis sur une commande à 2000€ taxes incluses… C’est un peu leger et peu correct en terme de geste co.. SINON les produits sont arrivés et le scélage et parfait comme d’habitude.

    the top of cover is look not in good status.

We inspect products and pack them securely before dispatch, but the cause of the reported condition cannot be determined from the review alone.     Ich hatte da höhere Erwartungen an sie.

    Item was fine. But we pre ordered months in advance and the item was not shipped out until a week after release.

The shipping terms for this preorder specified sequential dispatch on or after August 3, 2026; they did not guarantee dispatch on release day. We understand that the wait was disappointing after an early preorder. Please contact our support team with your order number if you would like the dispatch timeline reviewed.
