    Betreff: Order [ORDER NUMBER] – 30th CELEBRATION FUTURISTIC BOX: question about packaging

    Hello Samurai Sword team,

    I received my 30th CELEBRATION FUTURISTIC BOX (order [ORDER NUMBER]) today. Thank you for the quick shipping.

    Before opening it, I checked the packaging and noticed something I would like to clarify. On the bottom of the box, the clear outer film is held together with several pieces of clear adhesive tape rather than being heat-sealed. The round holographic seal on the lid edge also looks slightly wrinkled. I have attached photos of both.

    Since the product was listed as “Brand new, factory-packed”, could you please confirm the following:

    1. Is the taped film the original packaging as shipped by Pokémon Center Online?
    2. Could you send me photos of the bottom of another unit from your stock for comparison?
    3. Could you share the serial / QC inspection record for this specific box?

    I have not opened the box and will keep it sealed until I hear back from you.

      Thank you for explaining your concerns about the taped outer film and wrinkled seal. We cannot confirm the original packaging or the availability of a QC record from the review alone. Please contact our support team privately with your order number and refer to the photos you attached, so the packaging and your requests for comparison photos and inspection information can be checked. Please keep the box unopened while this is clarified.
