    Betreff: Order [ORDER NUMBER] – 30th CELEBRATION FUTURISTIC BOX: question about packaging

    Hello Samurai Sword team,

    I received my 30th CELEBRATION FUTURISTIC BOX (order [ORDER NUMBER]) today. Thank you for the quick shipping.

    Before opening it, I checked the packaging and noticed something I would like to clarify. On the bottom of the box, the clear outer film is held together with several pieces of clear adhesive tape rather than being heat-sealed. The round holographic seal on the lid edge also looks slightly wrinkled. I have attached photos of both.

    Since the product was listed as “Brand new, factory-packed”, could you please confirm the following:

    1. Is the taped film the original packaging as shipped by Pokémon Center Online?
    2. Could you send me photos of the bottom of another unit from your stock for comparison?
    3. Could you share the serial / QC inspection record for this specific box?

    I have not opened the box and will keep it sealed until I hear back from you.

    Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 boxes got minor damages but sometimes you can’t ignore. Again, no bubble wrap around the boxes, caused the box’s corners crushed. These are expensive stuff, they should know better how to ship them safely and securely!

    I ordered a sealed boosterbox. When the package arrived the boosterbox was already open see photos. I paid over EUR 200,- for one boosterbox. Will never order here again.

    Package arrived quickly with Fedex but I had to pay significant extra customs charges making the order very expensive. Be carefull !!

These charges are set by the destination authorities or carrier and are not collected by our store. FedEx or your local customs authority can provide a breakdown and explain how the charges were calculated.

    Even if you receive a box in this condition, it is difficult to receive compensation. I recommend that other customers definitely record a video when opening the shipping box and do so.
