The full conditions
- One use per account, per step. Three steps, so up to three orders.
- The minimum is the product subtotal — the value of the items in the cart, before shipping, before tax and before any discount. It is the number shown on the cart page.
- The delivery address has to be in Hong Kong SAR.
- One coupon per order. This one cannot be combined with another coupon code. You can still pay part of the order with points.
- The steps are used in order: Step 2 arrives once your Step 1 order is confirmed as paid, and Step 3 once your Step 2 order is confirmed as paid. We email you each time one lands.
- The campaign ends September 10, 2026 at 23:59 JST, and the Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 codes expire with it — anything you have not used by then is gone. HKSHIP2-4TH is the exception: it runs until October 11, 2026 at 23:59 JST.
- No account yet? Use the code as a guest — choose "Create account: Yes" at checkout and the account is created with the order. Every coupon in this campaign is held against that account.
- Using the first coupon before September 10 puts you on the list for a coupon you can use the day the Pokémon 30th Anniversary product goes on sale. Going on to the second and then the third upgrades the coupon you receive. The allocation is limited, and the exact terms are announced together with that release.
- Import duties and taxes may apply according to your own country’s rules.
The 30th Anniversary chest
What it is
A coupon you can use on the day the Pokémon 30th Anniversary product goes on sale. Use the first coupon of this campaign before September 10, 2026 at 23:59 JST and it is yours — bronze. Use the second as well and it is upgraded to silver, the third to gold. Each grade is a better coupon than the one below it.
What is not decided yet
What each chest takes off, and what it applies to, are announced together with the 30th Anniversary release. Those terms are not settled yet, so no figure is quoted here and none is promised. The allocation is limited.
What you have to do
Nothing beyond using the steps. When the release is announced the coupon is emailed to the account you used, at the grade you reached. There is nothing to claim, enter or watch for in the meantime.
One more coupon, and it is live
Accounts that have used Step 3 — HKSHIP2-MAX — receive HKSHIP2-4TH: half-price shipping on up to 10 orders of ¥100,000 or more, until October 11, 2026 at 23:59 JST (22:59 HKT in Hong Kong). It is put in your account automatically once your Step 3 order is confirmed as paid — there is nothing to claim, enter or watch for — and if that order is already paid, it is in your account today. It cannot be used on an order that includes the Pokémon 30th Anniversary product; order that on its own and the fourth coupon works normally on everything else.

Your first order, step by step
If you have not ordered from us before, this is the whole process. It is a normal checkout with one extra step: putting the coupon on the order.

Take the coupon
Two routes to the same coupon. Signed in: press the claim button for your region above and it is added to your account immediately. Not signed in: copy the Step 1 code above, enter it at checkout and choose "Create account: Yes" — the account is created with the order, and it costs nothing beyond an email address and a password.

Fill the cart
Add items until the product subtotal reaches the step you are aiming for. The cart page shows the subtotal that counts: the items only, before shipping and before tax.

Put the coupon on the order
If you claimed it, your coupons appear in the coupon list on the checkout page: select the step you want to use and there is nothing to type in. If you are checking out without an account, paste the Step 1 code into the coupon field instead, and set "Create account: Yes" — the code only applies with that selected.

Check the shipping line, then pay
The shipping row in the order summary should change the moment the coupon is applied. Confirm it reads what you expect before you pay. If it does not change, the conditions are not met yet — the checklist in the questions below covers every reason.
Ordered as a guest before? Create the account with the same email address you used on those orders. Your past orders are linked to the new account automatically, so your history and your order count stay intact.
What each step saves you
Shipping is worked out at checkout from your delivery address and what is in the cart, so the amount is different on every order. What each step does to that line is not — it is the same for everyone who qualifies.
There is no half-price rung on this ladder — the shipping line is gone from Step 1 onwards.

Questions
When does the campaign end?
September 10, 2026 at 23:59 JST (22:59 HKT in Hong Kong). The Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 codes stop working at that moment, and anything you have not used by then expires with the campaign — nothing is carried over.
The fourth coupon is the one exception, and it is deliberate. HKSHIP2-4TH runs for a month past the campaign, until October 11, 2026 at 23:59 JST (22:59 HKT in Hong Kong), so there is no rush to spend it before the campaign closes.
How many times can I use each step?
Once per account, per step. Used in order, the three steps cover three separate orders. A step that has been used cannot be used again, even if the campaign is still running.
Do I have to use them in order?
Yes. Step 2 is added to your account once your order using Step 1 is confirmed as paid, and Step 3 once your Step 2 order is confirmed as paid. If you pay by bank transfer, that means when the transfer is confirmed on our side rather than the moment you place the order. An email goes out each time a step lands, so you do not have to keep checking — and your coupons are always listed on your My Account page.
What is the 30th Anniversary chest, and when does it arrive?
It is a coupon you can use on the day the Pokémon 30th Anniversary product goes on sale, emailed to you when that release is announced. Using the first coupon in this campaign before September 10, 2026 at 23:59 JST earns the bronze chest; going on to the second upgrades it to silver and the third to gold, each one a better coupon than the last. What each grade takes off is announced together with the release — those terms are not settled yet, so no figure is promised here — and the allocation is limited. There is nothing to claim in the meantime.
The fourth coupon, which sits on top of the chests, is a separate one and it is live. Accounts that have used Step 3 — HKSHIP2-MAX — receive HKSHIP2-4TH: half-price shipping on up to 10 orders of ¥100,000 or more, until October 11, 2026 at 23:59 JST. It is put in your account automatically once your Step 3 order is confirmed as paid, there is nothing to claim, and it cannot be used on an order that includes the Pokémon 30th Anniversary product.
Which ladder is mine?
By the delivery address on the order — not by where you live, not by your billing address, and not by your IP address. The delivery address has to be in Hong Kong SAR. If you are shipping to a friend or a proxy, it is that address that counts.
Europe, the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and Korea each have an offer of their own, and every other destination we ship to is covered by the International ladder. Separately, a cart made up entirely of PSA 10 graded cards can use the PSA 10 ladder instead, wherever it is going.
Claim the one that matches your delivery country. The claim button does not check your address — checkout does, and a coupon simply will not apply to an order going somewhere its offer does not cover. Which countries are included?
The delivery address has to be in:
- Hong Kong SAR
Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan are not part of this ladder. The parcel has to be delivered inside Hong Kong for the coupon to apply.
Does the minimum include shipping?
No. The figure that counts is the product subtotal: the value of the items in the cart, before shipping, before tax and before any discount is applied. Adding a heavier parcel does not push you up a step, and shipping is not counted toward ¥200,000 either.
Will I still pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties and taxes may apply according to your own country’s rules. They are assessed by your local customs authority and this campaign does not change how they are handled. If you are unsure what applies where you live, check with your local customs office before ordering.
What is the PSA 10 ladder I keep seeing?
A separate ladder for carts made entirely of PSA 10 graded cards. It starts lower, at ¥150,000, and has no country limit, but a single non-PSA 10 item in the cart disqualifies it. If you are buying slabs only it is usually the better ladder; for mixed or sealed carts, use this one. Details are in the PSA 10 ladder.
Can I use it together with another coupon?
No — one coupon per order, so this cannot be stacked with another coupon code. Points you choose to spend on the order do still apply on top of it, and they show up in the order summary alongside the coupon.
What are points, exactly?
One point is worth ¥1 on a later order. Points are credited when your payment is confirmed, they can cover up to 20% of a later order’s total, and each batch expires 30 days after it is credited. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are taken back. Your balance and the expiry dates are on your My Account page.
I ordered as a guest before. Do I lose that history?
No. Create the account with the same email address you used on those orders and they are linked to the new account automatically, including the order count that decides your membership rank.
The coupon is missing, or will not apply

- Signed in: is it the account you claimed the coupon with? Checking out without one: is "Create account: Yes" selected?
- Is the product subtotal above the minimum, before shipping and tax?
- Is the delivery address in Hong Kong SAR?
- For Step 2 and Step 3: has the step before it been used?
- Have you already used that step once?
- For the Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 codes: is it still before September 10, 2026 at 23:59 JST? For HKSHIP2-4TH the deadline is October 11, 2026 at 23:59 JST instead.
