The Set: Ultra Sun (SM5S)

ウルトラサン・ウルトラムーン (Ultra Sun / Ultra Moon, SM5) is an expansion pack released in Japan on December 8, 2017, with 66 cards in the main numbering. This card carries the SM5S code, the Ultra Sun half. Bulbapedia’s list of Japanese expansions (as of September 15, 2026) pairs the set with the English set Ultra Prism, which the official pokemon.com page dates February 2, 2018 with “over 150 cards”. The number 073 is seven above the 66-card count.

Bulbapedia’s release note states that the card was included as a regular card, a full-art card and a secret Rainbow Rare in Ultra Prism, first released in the Japanese Ultra Sun expansion, each with artwork by 5ban Graphics. It adds that a new print with different artwork by the same artist was one of three cards in the Evolution Celebration Tins from September 21, 2018, and that in Japan this print was released as an SM-P promotional card, one of five possible prizes players could redeem for 8 Play Points at participating 2019 Champion’s League venues.

Those promo details belong to the SM-P 268 row, not to the HR. The English rarity names in the table are Bulbapedia’s wording, not the Japanese rarity codes.

Game Text From the Regular Print’s Database Page

The HR has no database page, so the game text comes from the database page of the regular print of the same card name, Leafeon GX 012/066 (card ID 34394, illustrator 5ban Graphics). Bulbapedia files the HR under the same card page.

The card is a Stage 1 Pokémon (1 進化) with HP 200 and the grass type. Its weakness is fire ×2, it has no resistance, and its retreat cost is 2. It follows the Pokémon-GX rule: when it is knocked out, the opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

The database page for the regular print links an evolution block that names イーブイ and its evolutions, including リーフィア and リーフィアex. The HR’s own text is not on a database page.

What a PSA 10 of This Print Shows

• Number 073/066. The regular RR is 012/066 and the full-art SR is 067/066; the SM8b SSR is 206/150 and the promo is 268/SM-P. Each is a different product.
• Set code SM5S. The denominator 066 marks Ultra Sun.
• Rarity code HR. The listing name states HR.
• Grade wording. The listing name begins “PSA10”; other grades are different products.
