The short version: Samurai Points is our new loyalty program, live as of today. How Samurai Points Works
We built Samurai Points around one idea: it should feel like money, not like a puzzle. Every point is worth exactly ¥1, everywhere, always. Here is the whole system in one table:

Points Multiplier by Rank
Samurai Points plugs straight into the SST rank program. Your rank — shown in your account — sets the multiplier applied to every item’s base points rate:

Points are worked out item by item on the discounted price (shipping excluded). An item with a lower base rate earns proportionally less — for example 0.1% × 4 = 0.4% at Platinum. Each order’s total rounds down to whole points. Your current rank and progress are visible in your account.
Point Validity: 30 Days, Oldest First
The rule is simple and worth repeating, because it is the one thing you should plan around: points are valid for 30 days from the day you earn them.
- Every batch has its own clock. Points you earn on August 10 are valid through September 9; points you earn on August 20 are valid through September 19. Earning new points does not change the deadline of the points you already have.
- Oldest points are spent first. When you redeem, we automatically use the points closest to expiry, so nothing is wasted by accident.
- No extensions. When a batch reaches its 30th day, it expires — so the best strategy is simply to use your points on your next order.
- We will remind you. Before any points expire, we email you a heads-up — 7 days, 3 days, and 24 hours ahead — with the exact amount and date.
- Your full schedule is always visible. The Points page shows exactly how many points expire on which day.

Do my points expire?

Can I use points together with coupons and sale prices?

Do guest orders earn points?
Points need an account — guest orders do not earn them. Creating an account is free, takes a minute, and comes with 500 welcome points, so if you have been checking out as a guest, this is the day to switch.
