No English Booster Box: What a Box Buyer Compares

Neither official page lists a Booster Box or Booster Display for Shrouded Fable. A buyer who wants a large block of Shrouded Fable packs therefore has three sealed English options with printed pack counts, and one Japanese alternative.

With no English price printed, the official pages support a narrower comparison: the English Elite Trainer Boxes are packaged with sleeves, Energy and promos, while the Japanese box and the English Booster Bundle are pack-only products. Bulbapedia’s list gives 5 Karten pro Pack for SV6a; the English pages print no cards-per-pack figure.

Which one suits a buyer depends on what is wanted: the English Elite Trainer Box for the Pecharunt promo and accessories, or the Japanese box for the Japanese prints Limitless matches below. How the Japanese Pairing Is Sourced

No official page states that an English set equals a Japanese set. The pairing rests on two attributed sources.

• Set level: Bulbapedia’s list of Japanese expansions (snapshot September 15, 2026) lists SV6a ナイトワンダラー (Night Wanderer) with “Shrouded Fable” as the closest English equivalent.
• Card level: Limitless TCG (as of September 30, 2026) lists Japanese prints on each English card page. Each match below carries the corresponding Japanese rarity and credits the same illustrator on both prints.

The comparison covers 38 English cards: the three main-set Ultra Rare cards (58, 60, 62) and the 35 cards of the secret subset (65–99). Of those 38, 33 have a same-illustrator Japanese print. Thirty of the 33 sit in SV6a. The other three, the Art Rares of the Loyal Three (Munkidori, Fezandipiti, Okidogi; English 72–74), have their matches in SV6 変幻の仮面 (Transformation Mask), which Bulbapedia’s list gives a release date of April 26, 2024 and pairs with two thirds of Twilight Masquerade. Five cards have no match.

The Five Special Illustration Cards and Their SAR Prints

Five English cards numbered 90–94 are the special illustration cards Limitless labels “Special Art Rare”. Each has an SV6a print that the official pokemon-card.com database lists as SAR, printed as NNN/064, with the same illustrator. English cards 65–79 are the fifteen Art Rare cards in Limitless’s count, and all fifteen have a same-illustrator Japanese Art Rare print. Twelve sit in SV6a; English 72–74 (Munkidori, Fezandipiti, Okidogi) sit in SV6 at 107, 108 and 110.

PSA 10 listings for these Art Rares: Houndoom AR 066/064 (English No. 66) is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥5,626 (~$37). Zorua AR 072/064 (English No. 75) is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥5,214 (~$34). Persian AR 075/064 (English No. 78) is currently listed as a physical PSA 10 at ¥7,129 (~$46) and offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥6,992 (~$45).

The Japanese SV6a Box: Options and Asking Price

The Japanese SV6a Night Wanderer box is a variable product with a Sealed option and a No Shrink option, plus a separate Damaged Box product. Each price below belongs to the named option only.

For a market reference, the lowest ask on SNKRDUNK, September 30, 2026, is ¥9,900 (~$64) for the sealed SV6a Night Wanderer box listing and ¥8,500 (~$55) for the separate shrink-less listing. These are asking prices, not sold prices.
