Both Japanese prints and both English prints carry the credit Keisuke Azuma. Limitless TCG shows the same illustrator on each side of each pair, which is a credit match only. No source states that the English and Japanese prints show identical art.

In both rows the English number is two higher than the Japanese one. The “/084” denominator is Bulbapedia’s. The official English Pitch Black page states only “Over 115” cards, and Limitless prints no denominator. On the Japanese side the official database prints “/081” on every row.
The Japanese name in the database is メガドリュウズex. Both Japanese prints share the same 340 HP, the same two attacks and the same weakness, resistance and retreat values, so the RR and the SR differ in number and rarity rather than in game text.
The English Prints: Pitch Black 65 and 103
Pitch Black is the English Mega Evolution Series expansion released on July 17, 2026 according to the official English page, which gives a size of “Over 115” cards. Limitless TCG lists 120 cards: 84 main-set numbers, then 11 Art Rare, 18 Ultra Rare, 6 Special Art Rare and 1 Secret Rare. Mega Excadrill ex holds number 65 in the main set and number 103 among the Ultra Rare cards.

The mark J is Limitless’s value. The official database does not print a regulation mark, and the official English page does not confirm one. Limitless lists Abyss Eye #63 and #101 as the Japanese counterparts of these pages, the same two rows the official database holds. There is no third English print: Limitless shows no Special Art Rare for the card.
The Japanese Prints in the Official Database
The official database on pokemon-card.com lists two cards named メガドリュウズex. Both belong to Abyss Eye (M5), and both are Stage 1 Steel Pokémon ex with 340 HP.
M5 063/081 — RR
The RR is numbered inside the 081 of the main set. Limitless pairs it with English Pitch Black 65, and Bulbapedia calls the English print the Regular card. The database credits Keisuke Azuma.
M5 101/081 — SR
The SR is numbered above 081, in the block of 37 cards the database places beyond the main set: 12 AR, 18 SR, 6 SAR and 1 MUR. Bulbapedia calls the English counterpart, Pitch Black 103, a Full Art Ultra Rare. The credit is Keisuke Azuma again.

Why There Is No SAR of Mega Excadrill ex
Mega Excadrill ex has no SAR print, in Japanese or in English. Three sources agree on that.

Bulbapedia’s release note for the card reads that it was included as a Regular card and a Full Art ultra rare card in Pitch Black, first released in the Japanese Abyss Eye expansion, and that both prints feature artwork by Keisuke Azuma. Where a SAR of a Mega ex does exist in the set, as with Mega Chandelure ex, it is a separate print with its own number; Mega Excadrill ex simply has none.

Limitless prints the English side as Metal, 340 HP, Stage 1, evolving from Drilbur, with Fire weakness, Grass resistance and a retreat cost of 4. That matches the Japanese values on both English pages. Limitless labels the type Metal where the database shows the Steel icon.
Pitch Black and Abyss Eye Side by Side
Bulbapedia’s Pitch Black page, as printed on September 30, 2026, says the expansion includes cards released in the Japanese Abyss Eye expansion, and gives 120 cards (84 plus 36 secret) and a July 17, 2026 release. The official pages describe two differently built products.

Since HP, attacks, weakness and retreat are identical, the number and the language of the text carry the identification. Inside Abyss Eye the two prints differ by number and rarity icon only, and there is no third Mega Excadrill ex print to confuse them with.
Drilbur and Excadrill ex in the Database
The database page for M5 063/081 links four names in its evolution block: モグリュー (Drilbur), ドリュウズ (Excadrill), ドリュウズex (Excadrill ex) and メガドリュウズex. Drilbur has an Abyss Eye print with a C rarity icon. The database also holds a ドリュウズex print in SV11B (049/086, RR, N-DESIGN Inc.).
