The highest-priced Mihawk card in our own stock isn’t a Secret Rare from a mainline booster box. It’s a tournament-only parallel that was never sold at retail — the Victory Souvenir handed to the winner of a single Flagship Battle event.
This guide maps every confirmed Dracule Mihawk printing, from his first starter-deck Common through the newest Leader card, and clears up a mix-up that comes up: Mihawk’s current Leader card is not from OP-13. This guide sources Japanese One Piece Card Game product directly out of Tokyo, so every card here ties back to a set we can point to, and the one price quoted is our own in-stock item — not a market estimate.
Mihawk has appeared across two starter decks, five mainline booster sets, and one Flagship Battle tournament prize, which is a wide spread for a supporting character rather than a Leader-first mainstay. Sorted by product, the picture is straightforward: one Leader card, a run of Character cards at Common through Super Rare, and one tournament parallel that is priced far above anything else we stock for the character.
Dracule Mihawk has eight confirmed printings, including one official Leader card (OP14-020, from OP14 The Azure Sea’s Seven — not OP-13) and the OP01-070 Flagship Battle Victory Souvenir, a tournament-only parallel from the 5th Flagship Battle. We currently have a graded copy, PSA10 Dracule Mihawk SR [OP01-070] Flagship Battle Victory Souvenir for Japan, currently listed at ¥125,660.
Card data is drawn from the official OP card list and the LimitlessTCG card database. The Flagship Battle winner detail is confirmed via One Piece’s official news portal. The only price in this guide is our own in-stock listing — we don’t quote outside market prices here.
Every Dracule Mihawk Card at a Glance
Eight Dracule Mihawk printings are confirmed across the official card list, spanning Common characters, Super Rares, one Leader card, and one tournament-only parallel:
| Code | Carta | Rarity | Set | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OP01-070 | Dracule Mihawk | SR | OP01 Romance Dawn | Character (+ Flagship Battle parallel) |
| ST03-005 | Dracule Mihawk | Common | ST03 The Seven Warlords of the Sea | Character |
| OP02-055 | Dracule Mihawk | Common | OP02 Paramount War | Character |
| OP07-044 | Dracule Mihawk | Common | OP07 500 Years in the Future | Character |
| OP12-030 | Dracule Mihawk | SR | OP12 Legacy of the Master | Character (Blocker) |
| OP14-020 | Dracule Mihawk | Leader | OP14 The Azure Sea’s Seven | Leader |
| OP16-089 | Dracule Mihawk | Common | OP16 The Time of Battle | Character (Rush) |
| ST32-003 | Dracule Mihawk | SR | ST32 (Zoro starter deck) | Character |
Mihawk’s color identity shifts across the lineup — blue in his early Warlords-era prints, green in his Leader card and OP12-030, black in the newest OP16-089 — which tracks with how his card design has been reworked release over release rather than locked to one archetype. The sections below cover each printing in more detail, starting with the one that carries the most weight.
The Victory Souvenir: OP01-070 Flagship Battle Parallel
OP01 Romance Dawn’s Super Rare Dracule Mihawk (OP01-070) is a Blue, 9-cost, 9000-power Character with an on-play bounce effect. In its standard printing it’s a booster-pull card like any other SR. The version that matters here is different: a parallel handed out only as a tournament prize, printed with its own decorative frame and a «NOT FOR SALE» mark along the edge.
According to One Piece’s official news portal, the 5th Flagship Battle — held in January 2024 — awarded the winner a new-illustration Dracule Mihawk as its Victory Souvenir, while the event’s Top 8 finishers received a Perona parallel (OP06-093). That’s a first-party confirmation of who won which prize at that event, which is more solid ground than most tournament-prize attributions in this hobby.
Flagship Battle is One Piece Card Game’s official competitive tournament series, run at authorized retailers under Standard regulation, and its prize cards are redesigned for nearly every event — so a Victory Souvenir like this one was never part of a booster box print run. Our own listing carries a «for Japan» distribution mark, matching the regional split this promo is known to have been issued under.
We currently have one graded copy in stock: PSA10 Dracule Mihawk SR [OP01-070] Flagship Battle Victory Souvenir for Japan, currently listed at ¥125,660; availability is as shown on the product page.

Mihawk’s Leader Card: OP14-020 (Not OP-13)
Mihawk’s only official Leader card is OP14-020, printed in OP14 The Azure Sea’s Seven — a Green Leader with a 5000 base and a Life value of 5. Its ability gives it a stat boost when the opponent’s Leader is a slash-type character, a direct nod to Mihawk’s own sword-focused identity in the source material.
Mihawk’s Leader card is sometimes attributed to OP-13; based on the official card list, that’s not accurate — his Leader printing is OP14-020, from OP14 The Azure Sea’s Seven. We found no evidence of a Mihawk Leader card in OP-13.
If you’re deckbuilding around him specifically, OP14-020 is the only Leader slot to look for. Everything else in this guide is a supporting Character card built to go into other decks, not a Leader in its own right.
Early Prints: ST03-005, OP02-055 and OP07-044
ST03-005 is Mihawk’s first starter-deck appearance, a Common Character in ST03 The Seven Warlords of the Sea — a Blue, 4-cost, 5000-power card with an attack-triggered draw-and-discard effect. It’s a supporting piece here, not the deck’s Leader.
OP02-055, from OP02 Paramount War, is a Blue, 6-cost, 8000-power Common with no listed ability — a straightforward high-stat body rather than an effect-driven card. OP07-044, from OP07 500 Years in the Future, is an 8-cost, 10000-power Common with an on-play draw effect, and has also appeared in a Seven Warlords-themed binder release alongside the rest of that group.
None of these three carry a Leader role or a tournament-prize parallel — they’re the bread-and-butter Character slots that show up across a run of mainline sets whenever Mihawk gets included in a given release’s cast.
The Blocker Build: OP12-030
OP12-030, from OP12 Legacy of the Master, is the one Super Rare Mihawk built around defense rather than tempo: a Green, 8-cost, 8000-power Blocker with an on-play ability that activates up to four rested DON!! cards, at the cost of not being able to play a card of cost 7 or higher that same turn. A special version tied to a «The Azure Sea’s Seven» release has also been documented for this card.
It’s a card that trades immediate board pressure for a resource swing, which fits its role as a defensive top-end piece rather than a curve-filler.
New for OP-16: OP16-089
OP16 The Time of Battle, the most recently released mainline set at the time of writing, added a new Mihawk card in a different color again: OP16-089 is a Black, 6-cost, 8000-power Character with Rush, an on-play draw-two-discard-two effect, and a cost reduction on an opposing character. It’s the most aggressive Mihawk printing on this list — Rush lets it attack the turn it’s played, which none of his earlier Character cards offer.
Both OP16-089 and OP12-030 come out of OP16 and OP12 booster boxes respectively, so if you’re chasing a specific Mihawk printing for a deck rather than a display piece, sealed product from the matching set is the direct route.
Still Getting New Slots: ST32-003
Mihawk isn’t limited to the mainline booster line. ST32-003, a Green, 6-cost, 7000-power Super Rare, is part of the newest Zoro-themed starter deck, which released on July 11, 2026. Getting an SR slot in a brand-new starter deck — rather than being confined to reprints of older art — is a sign that Mihawk continues to get fresh treatment in current-era product, not just legacy sets.
Is Dracule Mihawk in OP-17? What We Know
OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors is officially scheduled for release on August 22, 2026. As of our most recent review of the card database, we could not confirm a new Dracule Mihawk card in the OP-17 set — the card list was still working through a pre-release spoiler period at review time, so this is an open question rather than a confirmed «no.»
What is confirmed is the release date itself, and that OP-17 booster boxes are available to pre-order ahead of it.
Orders for the OP-17 booster box ship on or after August 24, 2026. Whether or not a Mihawk card is confirmed in the remaining spoilers before release, it will be part of whatever box you pre-order — there’s no separate allocation by character.

Is Dracule Mihawk’s Leader card from OP-13?

How many Dracule Mihawk cards are there?
Eight confirmed printings across the official card list: one Leader card (OP14-020), one tournament-only parallel (the OP01-070 Flagship Battle Victory Souvenir), and six Character cards spanning starter decks and mainline booster sets from OP01 through OP16, plus a Super Rare in the newest ST32 starter deck.

Unconfirmed as of our most recent review. OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors releases August 22, 2026, and its card list was still in a pre-release spoiler period at the time this guide was written, so a new Mihawk card has not been ruled in or out.
