Enel has two Leader cards released about two and a half years apart — and the newer one runs on a special rule no other Leader in this guide shares: a six-card DON!! deck instead of the usual ten. He also has exactly one manga-panel print among his seven confirmed cards, and it sits inside the same set that gave him the rest of his current power spike.
This guide sorts every confirmed Enel printing by set, flags which one is the comic-panel version, and lays out what’s actually known — and not known — about whether he shows up again in OP-17. We source Japanese One Piece Card Game product directly out of Tokyo, so every card discussed here ties back to a set we can point to rather than a loose description.
Enel’s card pool is small compared to most Straw Hat-adjacent characters — seven printings across four sets, with no launch-era starter deck appearance at all. He first showed up in OP05, got one Rare with an unusual game-crossover feature in OP10, picked up a reprint via the EB02 anime-anniversary set, and then got the bulk of his current lineup — a new Leader and two Character cards, one of them Secret Rare — in OP15 Adventure on Kami’s Island, a set built around the Skypiea arc.
Enel has seven confirmed printings across OP05, OP10, EB02, and OP15, including two Leader cards (OP05-098 and OP15-058) and a Secret Rare with a confirmed manga-panel print (OP15-118). No new Enel card has turned up in our OP-17 review so far. If you’re chasing OP15 or OP-17 product, the OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors booster box is currently listed at ¥28,000 and pre-ordering now, shipping on or after August 24, 2026.
Card data is drawn from the official OP card list and the LimitlessTCG card database, checked against each card’s confirmed print history as of August 2026.
Every Enel Card at a Glance
Seven Enel printings are confirmed across the official card list, spanning two Leader cards, three rarities of Character card, and one Secret Rare with a manga-panel version:
| Code | Carta | Rarity | Set | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OP05-098 | Enel | Leader | OP05 Awakening of the New Era | Leader (Yellow, Sky Island) |
| OP05-100 | Enel | SR | OP05 Awakening of the New Era | Character (Yellow, 7 cost, 7000 power) |
| EB02-052 | Enel | SR | EB02 Anime 25th Collection | Character (Yellow, 10 cost, 11000 power) |
| OP10-025 | Enel | Rare | OP10 Royal Blood | Character (Green, 5 cost, 6000 power, ODYSSEY/Sky Island) |
| OP15-058 | Enel | Leader | OP15 Adventure on Kami’s Island | Leader (Purple, 6-card DON!! deck rule) |
| OP15-060 | Enel | SR | OP15 Adventure on Kami’s Island | Character (Purple, 6 cost, 8000 power) |
| OP15-118 | Enel | SEG | OP15 Adventure on Kami’s Island | Character (Purple, 6 cost, 8000 power + Manga Parallel) |
The pattern is easy to see once it’s laid out: OP05 introduced Enel with a Leader and one Character card, OP10 gave him a single Rare tied to a game crossover, EB02 added a new high-cost Enel Character and reprinted his OP05 Leader for the anime’s 25th anniversary, and OP15 — a set built specifically around the Skypiea arc — is where most of his current card pool actually lives.
The sections below go through each printing in more detail, starting with the one that carries a confirmed alternate-panel print.
The Manga-Panel Print: OP15-118 Secret Rare
OP15’s Secret Rare Enel (OP15-118) is a Character card — Purple, 6 cost, 8000 power, with a removal-resistance effect and a search ability, part of the same low-DON!! theme that runs through Enel’s OP15 cards. According to the official print list, this card also has a manga-panel parallel print alongside its standard alternate-art version — the same style of comic-panel background used across the wider OP Card Game. We haven’t visually confirmed which specific print number corresponds to that manga panel, so we’re not showing it here as a separate image until that’s verified.
For more on how manga-panel parallels work as a category across the wider One Piece Card Game — not just for Enel — our manga rare cards guide covers the format in depth.
OP15-118 shares its cost, color, and power line with OP15-060 below — the difference between the two comes down to rarity and the exact wording of their abilities, both built around the same DON!!-count mechanic.
Enel’s Two Leader Cards: OP05-098 and OP15-058
Enel’s first Leader card, OP05-098, is Yellow with 4 Life and carries the Sky Island feature. Its notable ability triggers when its Life total hits zero, refilling it instead of ending the game outright. According to the print list, this Leader also has an alternate-art version, a Misc. Promos printing, and a reprint in EB02 Anime 25th Collection.
About two and a half years later, OP15-058 introduced Enel’s second Leader card — Purple, 5 Life, and built around a rule none of his other cards share: the deck runs only 6 DON!! cards instead of the standard 10. That single rule change is also the mechanic that OP15-060 and OP15-118 key off of, so this Leader effectively sets the terms for the rest of his OP15 lineup rather than existing on its own.
Both Leaders also share something outside the cards themselves worth a hedge: Enel is written as a self-proclaimed god in the source material, and «god pack» is a term collectors use for special all-parallel booster packs in this game. We can confirm OP05-098’s EB02 reprint exists in the official print list, but we cannot confirm any Enel product was ever distributed as a god pack specifically — that framing shows up in community discussion, not official set information, so treat it as unofficial. Our god pack guide explains what the term actually refers to and where the confirmed information starts and stops.
Before OP15: OP05-100 and EB02-052
OP05-100 is the Character-card half of Enel’s OP05 debut — Yellow, 7 cost, 7000 power, with a Rush ability that trashes a Life card instead of leaving play, an effect that’s negated if Luffy is on the field. The print list also shows an alternate-art version and a second print within OP05 itself.
EB02-052 arrived roughly a year and a half later in EB02 Anime 25th Collection, a set built around reprinting popular characters in new frames for the anime’s anniversary. It’s Enel’s biggest Character card by cost — Yellow, 10 cost, 11000 power — and gains Rush when a Sky Island Leader is in play, tying it back to OP05-098. The print list also shows an alternate-art version and a later reprint that surfaces again in OP15.
The ODYSSEY Crossover Card: OP10-025
OP10-025 is the odd card out in Enel’s lineup: a Green, 5-cost, 6000-power Character from OP10 Royal Blood that carries both the Sky Island feature and an «ODYSSEY» feature — a tag tied to the ODYSSEY video game rather than the manga or anime. It’s the only Enel card in this guide built around a game-crossover feature instead of a straight reprint or power-tier upgrade, and the only Green-colored Enel card in the pool. The print list shows no additional parallel for this one.
Is Enel in OP-17? What We Know
OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors releases in Japan on August 22, 2026. As of our most recent review of the card database, we could not confirm a new Enel card in the OP-17 set — unlike Kaido, Sanji, and Tony Tony Chopper, all of whom do have newly confirmed cards in OP-17, Enel didn’t turn up in our search of the available OP-17 card list. That’s a gap in our review rather than a confirmed «no,» since OP-17’s card list was still being revealed at the time of research. If a new Enel card surfaces before or after release, we’ll update this guide.
What is confirmed is the release date itself, and that OP-17 booster boxes are available to pre-order ahead of it. If you’re building out a Sky Island-themed collection or just tracking the current set regardless of which characters land in it, our OP-15 best cards guide covers the set where most of Enel’s current lineup actually comes from.
OP-17 orders ship on or after August 24, 2026. Allocation isn’t broken out by character, so a box ships with whatever the pack gives you.
