Seven images tagged as MEGA x MEGA Parade leaks are circulating on X as of October 1, 2026, and none of them is an official product image.
The Pokémon Company’s own record of the set, as of October 1, 2026, has three parts: its YouTube video of August 31, 2026, which showed four Mega Attack Rare cards; the Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y pages on pokemon.co.jp; and, as the nearest precedent, the MEGA Dream ex (M2a) product page and card database on pokemon-card.com. No official MEGA x MEGA Parade product page had been published as of October 1, 2026.
Each image is placed in one of three groups — official, reported or circulating — with the visible detail that decides its group, followed by a seven-point check you can reuse on the next image that appears. We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.
- Official: four Mega Attack Rare cards in the Pokémon Company’s video of August 31, 2026; the Mega Raichu X and Y pages on pokemon.co.jp; the MEGA Dream ex page as precedent.
- Reported: Pokébeach reported on August 25, 2026 a Japanese release on Friday, February 19, 2027, ¥550 per pack, 10 cartas por sobre and Mega Raichu X and Y as featured Pokémon. The official site had not listed the product as of October 1, 2026.
- Circulating: the seven X images; the seventh is a retailer listing screenshot with a placeholder date. Four carry the 2025 code M2a or a 2024 copyright line, which rules them out as MEGA x MEGA Parade product art.
- Not shown officially: any Mega Raichu card. The gold Mega Raichu X card with HP 370 is a fan-made mock-up.
The seven images are classified against the official record as of October 1, 2026. When an official product page appears, the status table and the update log are the two places that change first.
MEGA x MEGA Parade: Official, Reported and Circulating, in Brief
The Japanese name the trade press uses is ハイクラスパック「MEGA×MEGA パレード」, and the English working name is MEGA x MEGA Parade. Gamepedia (page updated October 1, 2026) reported that the name was registered as a trademark on July 7, 2026, and Pokébeach used the English name in its August 25, 2026 thread. Neither is an official product page. The table sorts every claim that appears around the set into the four status words: official, reported, circulating and not confirmed.

The Seven Images on X, One by One
Each image below is hosted on our site so the details can be read at full size. The caption under each one states what it is. None comes from pokemon-card.com, pokemon.co.jp, pokemon.com or the Pokémon Company’s video or X account.

| 7 | Yahoo! Shopping Japan listing | Release date 2026/12/15 beside the note 画像はイメージです | retailer placeholder |
1. The Mega Raichu X and Y render

This is the image closest to the official record. Mega Raichu X on the left has two lightning-bolt tails and black-tipped ears in a boxing stance; Mega Raichu Y on the right is orange with bolt-shaped ears and a long tail. Both match the descriptions on the official Mega Dimension pages quoted under the official record, and the artwork reads as game-style CG rather than card art. The post it came from was not identified, so it stays in the circulating group: it shows the two Pokémon and says nothing about a card.
2. The gold Mega Raichu X card with HP 370

The card text on the image reads HP 370, an ability named メガエレキブースト, an attack named メガボルトストリーム printed with 330, the credit Illus. 5ban Graphics and the copyright year 2025. The collector number printed in the corner is «m2a 250/193 MUR». In the official MEGA Dream ex database, number 250 of 193 is メガカイリューex, a MUR credited to aky CG Works. The 250/193 check sets the whole comparison out. No official source has printed text for a Mega Raichu card, so every word on this image is the image author’s.
3. The pack with Mega Raichu X and Y, Mewtwo and Charizard

The pack art shows Mega Raichu X and Y with Mewtwo, Charizard, Arceus, Ho-Oh and Solgaleo, and a video caption reading メガライチュウex判明 ("Mega Raichu ex revealed"). Two details undercut it. The set code printed on the pack is M2a, the code of the November 2025 MEGA Dream ex pack. And the pack carries two copy lines that disagree: one reads ポケモンex またはメガシンカex, the other ポケモンex またはメガパレードex, each followed by 1枚確定 (one card per pack). The official MEGA Dream ex page, for comparison, prints only that cards are inserted at random.
4 and 5. The gold box and the gold pack

The gold box shows ランダム10枚入り, 第2弾 and the line ポケモンex 全8種 キラ・ex確定!!. Its art features Mega Lucario, Mega Rayquaza, Mega Gardevoir, Mega Charizard Y, Mega Greninja and Mega Ampharos. The copyright line reads 2024, and neither the second-edition wording nor the eight-ex line appears on any official page for this set. The gold pack in the second image uses the same art and wording. The same gold pack also appears as the listing picture in the Yahoo! screenshot (image 7), where the retailer itself adds that the picture is an image only.
6. The dark starry box

This is the most polished of the seven, and the hardest to place. It shows Mew, Mega Rayquaza, Mega Charizard X, Pikachu and Umbreon over a starry background, a ランダム10枚入り badge, and a side panel with five card thumbnails. It has no set code and no copyright line to test. It also has no Mega Raichu on it, although Pokébeach reported on August 25, 2026 that Mega Raichu X and Y are featured in the set. A box render with neither a code nor a credit can be neither confirmed nor ruled out by its own print, so the only fair status is circulating.
7. The Yahoo! Shopping Japan listing

The screenshot shows a 5-pack bundle (バラパック 5パック) with the line 発売予定日:2026/12/15 and a 予約注文する button. The listing picture is the gold pack mock, with the note 画像はイメージです beneath it. Pokébeach reported a different date, Friday, February 19, 2027, on August 25, 2026. December 15, 2026 is a Tuesday, while the official pages of five earlier high class packs, listed in the mock-up checklist, all give a Friday release. A retailer placeholder is the retailer’s own field, not a Pokémon Company announcement.
What the Official Record Contains
Three official items exist as of October 1, 2026. Everything else about MEGA x MEGA Parade is reported or circulating.
The August 31, 2026 video: four Mega Attack Rare cards
The Pokémon Company posted a video on its YouTube channel on August 31, 2026, following the 2026 Pokémon World Championships. It showed four Mega Attack Rare (MA) cards: Mega Greninja ex, Mega Zygarde ex, Mega Darkrai ex and Mega Rayquaza ex. That video is the only official look at any card tied to the set. The set placement is not stated in the video: Pokébeach and other outlets connect the four cards to MEGA x MEGA Parade, while Wargamer wrote on September 6, 2026 that the placement was not confirmed and called the cards restyled reprints of rares from earlier sets. The collector numbers 208/165, 214/165, 217/165 and 218/165 are printed on the card renders Pokébeach published on August 31, 2026, which the official caption describes as under development, so they are reported rather than official. Our separate piece, MEGA x MEGA Parade Mega Attack Rares, covers the four cards.
The Mega Raichu X and Y pages on pokemon.co.jp
The official Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A Mega Dimension site (『Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A M次元ラッシュ』) introduces both forms under the headline 「ライチュウがメガシンカしたすがた、「メガライチュウX」「メガライチュウY」を発見!」. It says the two forms evolve with separate Mega Stones, Raichunite X and Raichunite Y, and that they can be met in the game once certain conditions are met.

| Item (official page) | Mega Raichu X | Mega Raichu Y |
|---|---|---|
| Classification and type | ねずみポケモン / でんき | ねずみポケモン / でんき |
| Height and weight | 1.2 m / 38.0 kg | 1.0 m / 26.0 kg |
| Mega Stone | ライチュウナイトX | ライチュウナイトY |
| Page tagline | 電磁力により浮遊し、電気を拳に集中させて強烈な一撃を打ち込む | 優れた瞬発力を持ち、全身を駆け巡って数倍に増幅した電撃を浴びせる |
These pages describe a video game Pokémon. They print no card, no card number and no mention of a trading card product, so they support the existence of the two forms and nothing else. Compare the render in image 1 with the two official PNGs above: the poses and details agree, which is why that image is classed as circulating rather than as an outright mock-up. The full Raichu write-ups are in Mega Raichu X and Y Pokemon Cards.
The MEGA Dream ex (M2a) page as precedent

The official page for ハイクラスパック「MEGAドリームex」 states a retail price of ¥550 (tax included), 10 cartas por sobre and a release date of Friday, November 28, 2025. It introduces a new rarity, MA (メガアタックレア, Mega Attack Rare), and prints one line about inserts: カードはランダムに封入されています (cards are inserted at random). The official database for the set lists 250 cards: 193 numbered cards plus 57 above the 193 line, made up of 20 AR, 9 SR, 10 MA, 17 SAR and 1 MUR. This is the structure against which any image claiming to be the next high class pack is measured. Our MEGA Dream ex complete guide and MEGA Dream ex card list cover that set in detail.
Why a Card Labelled 250/193 Cannot Be a MEGA x MEGA Parade Card
Of the seven images, the gold Mega Raichu X card is the only one that looks like a finished card. Its printed corner code is the quickest way to test it, because the official MEGA Dream ex database lists every number from 1 to 250. The ten MA cards occupy numbers 223 to 232, and 250 is the set’s single MUR.
| No. (of 193) | Official database entry | Illustrator credit | Our PSA 10 back order |
|---|---|---|---|
| 223 MA | メガリザードンXex (MEGA Charizard X ex) | Saboteri | ¥11,291 (~$73) |
Each card in the table is offered as a PSA 10 back order — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. The back-order process is explained in Back Order a PSA 10 Card from Japan.
Read against that list, the mock-up fails three tests at once. The collector number 250 belongs to Mega Dragonite ex, not to a Raichu. The illustrator credit on the mock-up reads 5ban Graphics, while the official database credits number 250 to aky CG Works; among the secret rares numbered 194 to 250, 5ban Graphics is credited only on Mega Lucario ex at number 228. And the set code m2a with ©2025 places the card in the 2025 set, whose cards are all in the official database. A MEGA x MEGA Parade card would carry its own set code and numbering; the «/165» denominator printed on the four Mega Attack Rare renders points to a different list from the one printed on the mock-up.
There is a useful positive side to this check. The official database is searchable by number, so any card image that shows a number and a code can be tested quickly: if the number exists in the database under a different Pokémon, the image is not what it claims to be. If the code is not in the database at all, the card belongs to a set that has no official list, and nothing on the image can be verified against one.
Reported Details and Where They Come From
Beyond the official items, a short list of details is reported by named outlets. They are useful context, but none has an official page behind it, and they are the details most likely to be revised when a product page appears.
| Detail | Reported figure | Source and status |
|---|---|---|
| Japanese release date | Friday, February 19, 2027 | Pokébeach, August 25, 2026 — reported; also repeated by Wargamer (August 26, 2026) and TechTimes (August 27, 2026) |
| Retailer date | December 15, 2026 | Yahoo! Shopping Japan listing — retailer placeholder |
| Price per pack | ¥550 (tax included) | Pokébeach, August 25, 2026 — reported; the same as the official MEGA Dream ex price |
| Cards per pack | 10 | Pokébeach, August 25, 2026 — reported |
| Main-list size | Denominator of 165 on the four Mega Attack Rare cards | Printed on the under-development renders published by Pokébeach, August 31, 2026 — reported |
| Featured Pokémon | Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y | Pokébeach, August 25, 2026 — reported, with the remark that the set name may refer to the pair |
| Trademark | 「MEGA×MEGA パレード」 registered July 7, 2026 | Gamepedia (page updated October 1, 2026) — reported |
| English release | No official statement | Press guesses differ (Wargamer, August 26, 2026; TechTimes, August 27, 2026) — not confirmed |
| Pull rates and box contents | None published | Not confirmed |
One point from the price row matters for images. A reported price of ¥550 per pack matches the official MEGA Dream ex price, so an image that prints a pack price needs to be checked against an official page, not against the other images. Seven images that agree with each other are still seven images with the same missing source.
How to Tell a Mock-Up from an Official Reveal
«Fan-made mock-up» is the right term for the images above that fail a check, and it is not a judgement of whoever posted them: mock-ups of unreleased sets are a long-standing part of the hobby and are usually posted as art. The trouble starts when they are re-shared without the original caption. Seven checks separate the two groups.
- Find the official page. A real reveal has a page on pokemon-card.com (product pages sit at addresses of the form pokemon-card.com/ex/<set code>/), pokemon.co.jp or pokemon.com, or a post on the Pokémon Company’s own YouTube channel or X account. A screenshot of an X post is not a source; the source is whatever the post links to.
- Read the set code. The code on the pack or card must belong to the set being claimed. M2a is the 2025 MEGA Dream ex code, so a MEGA x MEGA Parade image carrying M2a is a recycled template.
- Read the copyright year. A ©2024 line on a product reported for 2027 is a sign that the base image was built from something older.
- Search the number in the official database. If 250/193 returns Mega Dragonite ex, the card is not a Mega Raichu. This works for any published set.
- Compare the illustrator credit. The database lists the credit for every number; a mismatch is a second independent signal.
- Check the weekday of the date. Five earlier high class packs have official pages that list a release date, and all five fall on a Friday: December 3, 2021 (VMAX Climax), December 2, 2022 (VSTAR Universe), December 1, 2023 (Shiny Treasure ex), December 6, 2024 (Terastal Festival ex) and November 28, 2025 (MEGA Dream ex). A retailer date that falls on a Tuesday is a placeholder.
- Look for contradictions inside the image. A pack whose title line says High Class Pack while its top corner says Expansion Pack, and whose copy lines name two different kinds of ex, is inconsistent with itself.
An image can pass all seven checks and still be wrong, because a careful mock-up avoids the visible tells. That is why the status words above never change on the strength of an image alone. They change when an official page, an official video or an official post carries the detail.
What an Official Page Would Settle
The precedent pages show what an official MEGA x MEGA Parade product page would print, so they also show which open questions would close at once. The official page for MEGA Dream ex states the release date, the price, the pack size, the rarity news and the random-insert line. It does not state packs per box or pull rates.
| Open question | Where it stands as of October 1, 2026 | What would settle it |
|---|---|---|
| Release date | Reported: February 19, 2027 (Pokébeach); placeholder December 15, 2026 | A product page on pokemon-card.com |
| Pack price and size | Reported: ¥550, 10 cards (Pokébeach) | The same product page |
| Mega Raichu card art | Not confirmed | An official video, post or card database entry |
| The four Mega Attack Rares’ set | Reported: MEGA x MEGA Parade | Official card database entries or the product page |
| Card list and count | Not confirmed; «/165» reported | The official card database |
| Pull rates, packs per box | Not confirmed | Neither was printed for MEGA Dream ex, so a product page may not settle them |
The Released Precedent You Can Buy: MEGA Dream ex
MEGA x MEGA Parade has no product page, so there is nothing of it to order. The product it is most often compared with, ハイクラスパック「MEGAドリームex」, is a released set, and it is the way to see a MEGA-era high class pack in hand. The box below is the Damaged Box (No Shrink) option of that set. The product page describes its condition and current terms.
For the cards rather than the box, a graded MEGA Dream ex single shows what a top card of the precedent looks like. The PSA 10 Mega Gengar ex 240/193 SAR is currently listed at ¥59,899 (~$389). PSA 10 designates Gem Mint condition per PSA’s published grading standards.

Preguntas frecuentes
Are the MEGA x MEGA Parade leak images on X official?
No. As of October 1, 2026, none of the seven images comes from pokemon-card.com, pokemon.co.jp, pokemon.com or the Pokémon Company’s video or X account. Four carry the 2025 set code M2a or a 2024 copyright line, and the rest have no verifiable origin. They are circulating images, not official reveals.
Is the gold Mega Raichu X card with HP 370 a real card?
No. It is a fan-made mock-up. Its printed code m2a 250/193 is Mega Dragonite ex MUR in the official MEGA Dream ex list, credited to aky CG Works, and no official source has shown any Mega Raichu card as of October 1, 2026. The card text on the image has no official origin.
When does MEGA x MEGA Parade release in Japan?
Pokébeach reported on August 25, 2026 that it releases on Friday, February 19, 2027. The official site had not listed the product as of October 1, 2026. A Yahoo! Shopping Japan listing shows 2026/12/15, which is a retailer placeholder and falls on a Tuesday, unlike the Friday releases of earlier high class packs.
What has the Pokémon Company officially shown?
Three official items exist as of October 1, 2026: the August 31, 2026 YouTube video showing four Mega Attack Rare cards, the Mega Raichu X and Y pages on pokemon.co.jp, and the MEGA Dream ex page as precedent. No official product page for MEGA x MEGA Parade has been published.
How can I tell a fan-made pack or box from an official reveal?
Find the official page first. Then check that the set code and copyright year fit the claimed set, search the card number in the official database, compare the illustrator credit, check that the release weekday is a Friday, and look for contradicting copy inside the image. M2a and a 2024 copyright line are clear warning signs.
How much does a MEGA x MEGA Parade pack cost?
Pokébeach reported on August 25, 2026 a price of ¥550 per pack with 10 cartas por sobre. No official page has printed it as of October 1, 2026. The official MEGA Dream ex page, the precedent, states ¥550 tax included for 10 cards. Packs per box and any box price are not confirmed.
