« Chase card » doesn’t mean the same thing in every One Piece Card Game set. There’s no single top rarity running through the whole game — each Booster Pack and Extra Booster tops out with its own mix of Secret Rare (SEC), Special Rare (SP), Manga Rare, Comic Parallel or Leader Parallel treatments, and the specific card carrying that title changes set to set.
This guide covers all 22 Japanese sets released so far — OP-01 through OP-17, the three Extra Boosters (EB-01/02/03), and both « THE BEST » volumes (PRB-01/02) — naming the confirmed highest-rarity chase card(s) for each. Ranking basis: the tier the store’s own per-set pull-rate guides have confirmed, cross-checked against the official card database, plus whether we currently carry that set’s box or a PSA 10. No third-party prices or pull-rate percentages here — follow the per-set links for that. For a rarity-tier explainer instead, see our rarity guide or the rarest One Piece cards hub, ranked by tier rather than release order. Prices below convert at ¥159/USD (September 2026).
The sets below each carry at least one confirmed SEC/SP/Manga Rare/Comic Parallel chase card. Several currently have a live box listed at samuraiswordtokyo.com — including the OP-16 The Time of Battle Japanese Booster Box (¥12,000, ~$75) and the OP-11 A Fist of Divine Speed Damaged Box (¥35,720, ~$225) — alongside PSA 10 singles currently listed across several other sets.
OP-01 to OP-04: The Founding Sets (2022–2023)
The first four Packs booster set the game’s rarity structure before Manga Rare and Comic Parallel settled into the patterns later sets would repeat.
OP-01 Romance Dawn (July 22, 2022)

Romance Dawn introduced Manga Rare, and its Shanks (OP01-120) is still the reference point. See our Manga Rare explainer and OP-01 pull-rates guide. Two Leader Parallels — Luffy (OP01-003) and Trafalgar Law (OP01-002) — sit just behind it. No sealed OP-01 box is listed; a PSA 10 Mihawk SR (OP01-070) is at ¥129,118 (~$812).
OP-02 Paramount War (November 4, 2022)
Paramount War’s headline chase is Portgas D. Ace (OP02-013), a Comic Parallel — the set’s top rarity tier by the same Manga Rare/Comic Parallel-first basis used across this guide. Uta’s Secret Rare (OP02-120) and Edward Newgate’s Leader Parallel (OP02-001) sit alongside it — see the OP-02 pull-rates guide. No live box; sourcing via Commande rapide.
OP-03 Pillars of Strength (February 11, 2023)

Pillars of Strength’s top chase is Sogeking (OP03-122), a Comic Parallel — see our Comic Parallel explainer. Nami’s Leader Parallel (OP03-040) and the ST01-012 Luffy SP « WANTED poster » print sit alongside it, per the OP-03 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is currently listed at ¥17,860 (~$112).
OP-04 Kingdoms of Intrigue (May 27, 2023)
Kingdoms of Intrigue’s chase is Sabo « Flame Emperor » (OP04-083), a Manga Rare, alongside Rebecca’s Leader Parallel (OP04-039); it also ties to a cross-set SP lottery Boa Hancock (OP01-078 (mise à jour : épuisé — demande de réassort via Quick Order)). Details in the OP-04 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is ¥20,140 (~$127); a PSA 10 Yamato SR is ¥28,336 (~$178).
OP-05 to OP-08: The Manga Rare Era (2023–2024)
These four sets are where Manga Rare and Comic Parallel became the two rarities collectors chase hardest.
OP-05 Awakening of the New Era (August 2023)

Awakening of the New Era’s chase is Luffy « Gear 5 Nika » (OP05-119), a Comic Parallel later reused as an anniversary insert twice (see OP-11 below). Trafalgar Law (OP05-069) carries the Manga Rare, and an Eustass Kid SR-SP Manga Rare rounds it out — see the OP-05 pull-rates guide. Exact release day isn’t published. A Damaged Box is ¥61,750 (~$388).
OP-06 Wings of the Captain (November 25, 2023)
Wings of the Captain’s top card is Roronoa Zoro (OP06-118), a Manga Rare, with O-Nami (OP06-101) and Yamato (OP06-022) as SP chases — see the Manga Rare guide and OP-06 pull-rates guide. OP06-118 was later reissued as a PRB-01 Comic Parallel (below), same number. No live OP-06 box is listed; a PSA 10 Reiju SR is ¥96,360 (~$606).
OP-07 500 Years in the Future (February 24, 2024)

500 Years in the Future’s Boa Hancock (OP07-051) was the game’s first female Comic Parallel. O-Nami’s SP (OP07-109) and Hancock’s own Leader Parallel (OP07-019) round out the chases — see the OP-07 pull-rates guide. No live box; sourcing via Commande rapide.
OP-08 Two Legends (May 25, 2024)
Two Legends’ chase is Silvers Rayleigh (OP08-118), a Manga Rare, with Nami’s festival SP (OP08-106) and the Kaido & Linlin Secret Rare (OP08-119) close behind — see the OP-08 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is ¥9,970 (~$63).
OP-09 to OP-12: The Anniversary Years (2024–2025)
OP-11 and OP-12 each shipped with a 3rd Anniversary Gold/Silver SP insert. Both reuse an earlier set’s card number — anniversary foil reprints, not fresh chase cards.
OP-09 Emperors in the New World (August 31, 2024)

Gol D. Roger (OP09-118) is a Gold Super Parallel Secret Rare, with Luffy (OP09-119) and Buggy (OP09-051) as Manga Rares — see the OP-09 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is ¥20,900 (~$131); a PSA 10 Buggy R-SP is ¥205,040 (~$1,290).
OP-10 Royal Blood (November 30, 2024)
Royal Blood’s chase is Trafalgar Law (OP10-119), a Manga Rare, alongside the Secret Rare Divine Departure (OP10-019 (mise à jour : épuisé — demande de réassort via Quick Order)) and Eustass Kid’s Leader Parallel (OP10-099) — see the OP-10 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is ¥12,350 (~$78).
OP-11 A Fist of Divine Speed (March 1, 2025)

A Fist of Divine Speed’s own chase is Luffy « Snakeman » (OP11-118). The set also carries a 3rd Anniversary Gold SP insert reusing the OP05-119 number from Awakening of the New Era — an anniversary reprint, not a new card. See the OP-11 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is ¥35,720 (~$225).
OP-12 Legacy of the Master (May 31, 2025)
Legacy of the Master’s chase is Jewelry Bonney (OP12-118), a Comic Parallel. Like OP-11, it carries a 3rd Anniversary Gold SP insert — Teach, reusing the OP09-093 number from Emperors in the New World. See the OP-12 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is ¥17,570 (~$110).
OP-13 to OP-17: The Current Run (2025–2026)
The most recent five sets carry the deepest chase lists and the widest live-listing coverage in our own catalogue.
OP-13 Carrying On His Will (August 23, 2025)

Carrying On His Will’s chase list is a trio — Luffy (OP13-118), Ace (OP13-119) and Sabo (OP13-120), all SEC-SP Comic Parallels, the « Three Brothers » set (Luffy’s has a red SEC-RSP variant too). Full list in the OP-13 pull-rates guide. No live box; sourcing via Commande rapide.
OP-14 The Azure Sea’s Seven (November 22, 2025)
The Azure Sea’s Seven centres on Dracule Mihawk (OP14-119), a Secret Rare Comic Parallel, with Crocodile (OP14-120) as the set’s other Secret Rare — see the OP-14 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is ¥13,300 (~$84).
OP-15 Adventure on KAMI’s Island (February 28, 2026)

Adventure on KAMI’s Island pairs its chases as a panoramic set: Enel (OP15-118) and Luffy (OP15-119), both SEC Comic Parallels. See the OP-15 pull-rates guide. A Damaged Box is ¥10,920 (~$69).
OP-16 The Time of Battle (May 30, 2026)

The Time of Battle has two confirmed Secret Rares: Portgas D. Ace (OP16-118) and Marshall D. Teach (OP16-119). See the OP-16 pull-rates guide. This is the one set with a regular sealed box currently listed — the OP-16 booster box, ¥12,000 (~$75) — plus a Damaged Box at ¥11,400 (~$72).
OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors (August 22, 2026)

The newest set carries two Secret Rares — Loki (OP17-119) and Rocks D. Xebec (OP17-118) — plus a manga-treatment SR pair, Edward Newgate (OP17-005) and Shanks (OP17-022). See our dedicated OP-17 chase cards guide and source OP-17 pull-rates guide. No live OP-17 box is listed; sourcing goes through Commande rapide.
Extra Boosters & Premium Collections: EB-01/02/03, PRB-01/02
Extra Boosters and the two « THE BEST » volumes sit outside the main numbering, and the PRB volumes reprint earlier chase cards rather than introducing new numbers.
EB-01 Memorial Collection (January 27, 2024)

Memorial Collection’s chase is Tony Tony Chopper (EB01-006), a Manga Rare, with alt-art Secret Rare Mr. 2 Bon Kurei/Bentham (EB01-061) and SP Charlotte Flampe (EB01-056) close behind — see the EB-01 pull-rates guide. No live product; sourcing via Commande rapide.
EB-02 Anime 25th Collection (January 25, 2025)
Anime 25th Collection’s chase is Luffy (EB02-061), a Secret Rare Manga Rare also existing as a Comic Parallel on the same number. A gold-foil Leader reprint of Boa Hancock (OP07-038 SPR) and an alt-art Leader Parallel Luffy (EB02-010) round it out — see the EB-02 pull-rates guide.
EB-03 Heroines Edition (October 25, 2025)

Heroines Edition headlines with Uta (EB03-061), a Super Parallel Secret Rare and the set’s God Pack card — see our God Pack explainer. Boa Hancock (EB03-054) and Nami (EB03-053), both SPs, sit alongside it, per the EB-03 pull-rates and God Pack guide. A PSA 10 on that exact number is listed: PSA 10 Uta SEC-SP, ¥184,800 (~$1,162).
PRB-01 ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST (July 27, 2024)
THE BEST reprints three earlier Comic Parallels as its premium pulls, keeping their original numbers: Luffy « Gear 5 » (OP05-119), Nami (OP01-016 (mise à jour : épuisé — demande de réassort via Quick Order), her only Comic Parallel) and Roronoa Zoro (OP06-118). Confirmed in the PRB-01 pull-rates guide.
PRB-02 ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST Vol.2 (July 26, 2025)
Vol.2 follows the same format with one reprint: Sanji (OP06-119), his first-ever Comic Parallel, on its original OP-06 number — see the PRB-02 pull-rates guide.

Foire aux questions
What does « chase card » mean in the One Piece Card Game?
The highest confirmed rarity in a given set — usually a Secret Rare (SEC), Special Rare (SP), Manga Rare, or Comic Parallel. The tier that tops a set varies by release; there’s no single chase rarity across the whole game.
Which One Piece sets currently have a live sealed box at samuraiswordtokyo.com?
OP-03, OP-04, OP-05, OP-08 through OP-12, OP-14, OP-15 and OP-16 currently have a Damaged Box listed, and OP-16 also has a regular sealed box currently listed. Any set not listed here has no live box; requests go through Quick Order.
What’s the difference between a Manga Rare and a Comic Parallel?
Both reuse manga-panel artwork instead of standard illustrations, but they’re separate rarities with different print treatments — see our dedicated Manga Rare and Comic Parallel guides.
Are the OP-11 and OP-12 anniversary SP inserts new cards?
No. Both reuse an earlier set’s card number — OP-11’s Luffy insert reuses OP05-119 and OP-12’s Teach insert reuses OP09-093 — as anniversary foil reprints, not new prints.
Are any Japanese One Piece PSA 10 singles currently available?
Yes — currently listed across OP-01, OP-04, OP-06, OP-09 and EB-03, including a PSA 10 Uta SEC-SP on the exact EB-03 chase card number.
Where can I buy Japanese One Piece boxes and singles from Tokyo?
Through the product links above, our One Piece boxes collection, or the Quick Order page for anything not currently listed.
