Pokemon TCG: Mega Evolution — Chaos Rising is the English release, but the card pool inside it isn’t new. It’s Japan’s M4 Ninja Spinner set, reprinted almost card-for-card in a different language — and the Japanese version reached shelves first.
Chaos Rising launched 22 May 2026 with 122 cards: 86 base cards plus 36 secret rares. Ninja Spinner (M4) reached Japan on 13 March 2026 — roughly ten weeks earlier — with 120 entries: 083 base cards plus 37 secret-tier cards. Chaos Rising’s chase cards all trace back to Japan’s M4 Ninja Spinner, released almost two months earlier. Our graded listing from this set is the Cinccino ex Special Art Rare PSA 10 at ¥19,800 — plus sealed M4 Ninja Spinner booster boxes from ¥8,526 (No Shrink) / ¥9,800 (Sealed).

We rank this list in two passes, in a fixed order. First, our own PSA 10 listings: any card we currently list a PSA 10 for goes to the top, sorted by price. Second, everything else is ordered by print rarity tier — MUR first, then Special Art Rare (SAR), then Secret/Super Rare (SR), then Art Rare (AR) — which mirrors how Limitless TCG tiers the Japanese M4 Ninja Spinner set.
