Tohoku’s Pikachu, No. 260/SV-P, Mirror Holofoil, illustrated by Kouki Saitou, came from the “Pokémon Center Tohoku Special Box,” tied to a relocation within the PARCO Sendai mall. It used the same application window as the other two, with results announced 20 June 2025 and a purchase window of 20–24 June 2025 — the earliest of the three — and shipping started earliest as well, in mid-August 2025.
