If you want a sealed One Piece booster box today, the related-sets section below lists other sets available now, such as the OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors booster box. That is a different set from OP-19.

What is OP-19 in the One Piece Card Game?
OP-19 is the 19th main booster pack of the One Piece Card Game, and its theme is Egghead. The official English page states that the 19th Booster Pack is themed around Egghead, and the official Japanese page adds that the set features the genius scientist Vegapunk.
The English name on the official site is BOOSTER PACK -COME IN, WORLD- [OP-19]. The Japanese title uses the same code. The code OP-19 and the unhyphenated OP19 are the same set code, and Come In, World is the English subtitle of the pack.
It belongs to the main numbered line. Each OP-number is the next main booster, while extra boosters and starter decks use their own codes such as EB, PEB and ST. The set before it is OP-18 The Dominance of God, which the official English OP-18 page lists as the 18th Booster Pack.
The Japanese page names one highlight: a new Leader introduced in the Egghead theme. The English page also says new Leaders are introduced.
What is the Egghead theme and who is Vegapunk?
Egghead is the theme of the whole set, and the Japanese page says the set features the genius scientist Vegapunk. Those two details are the anchor for everything else written about OP-19.
The English page states the Egghead theme. The Japanese page adds the Vegapunk line and calls a new Leader a highlight. For comparison, OP-18’s page states two themes, Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God, so OP-19 is described at a higher level, with one theme and one featured scientist.
The set title is also official. The English subtitle is COME IN, WORLD, and the Japanese title is its counterpart. Read the theme as Egghead and the featured character as Vegapunk.
For a collector, the official wording gives two anchors: the Egghead theme and the featured scientist Vegapunk. If you collect by character, those are the names to watch as the card list is published.
What is in an OP-19 pack and box?
A Japanese OP-19 pack holds 6 cards, and the full set has 126+1 card types. The Japanese page says cards are randomly inserted into packs, so every pack is a different mix.
The English page adds a practical warning: multiples of one card may appear, and a full set may be hard to assemble.
The “126+1” figure is the total number of types in the set, written as 126 plus one more. The Japanese page writes it as 126 types plus 1 type, and the English page writes it as 126+1 types in total. OP-18 uses the same style with 127+1 types, and its page lists a DON!! Card among its rarities, but the OP-19 pages do not state what the extra one is.
Neither official OP-19 page gives a pack count per box. The OP-18 English page does not either. If you compare box value, work from the product page of the box you are buying.
The Japanese page says photos may differ somewhat from the actual product and that specifications are subject to change. The English page says illustrations may differ from the final product.

Which cards and Leaders are known for OP-19 so far?
The official pages say new Leaders are introduced in OP-19 and list 126+1 card types, but they publish no individual card names yet. The English page lists no set-specific rarities either, only cards of varying rarities.
That is the official card picture so far. A card number, rarity or alt art attached to OP-19 that does not come from the official pages is not confirmed. Our OP-19 revealed cards article tracks new reveals as they appear.
The OP-18 page shows what a fuller set page looks like. The official OP-18 page names its new Leaders, including OP18-060 Saint Gunko and OP18-022 Monkey.D.Luffy, and calls out a Super Alt Art for OP18-031 Nico Robin.
| What readers ask | What the official OP-19 pages say |
|---|---|
| Are there new Leaders? | Yes. New Leaders are introduced in Egghead (English page); a new Leader is a highlight (Japanese page). |
| Which rarities? | The English page refers to cards of varying rarities. |
| Total card types? | 126+1 on both pages. |
| Is Vegapunk in the set? | The Japanese page says the set features the genius scientist Vegapunk. |
| Can I get every card from packs alone? | The English page warns that multiples of one card may appear and a full set may be hard to assemble. |
How does OP-19 compare with OP-18?
OP-19 has one fewer card type than OP-18 (126+1 against 127+1) and a different theme, Egghead instead of Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God. Both carry a $4.99 English MSRP per pack.
| Articolo | OP-18 The Dominance of God | OP-19 Come In, World |
|---|---|---|
| Position in the line | 18th Booster Pack | 19th Booster Pack |
| English release date | November 20, 2026 | March 5, 2027 |
| English MSRP per pack | USD $4.99 | USD $4.99 |
| Card types | 127+1 | 126+1 |
| Theme | Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God | Egghead |
| Leaders on official page | OP18-001 Karoo, OP18-022 Monkey.D.Luffy, OP18-041 Ms. All Sunday, OP18-021 Franky, OP18-060 Saint Gunko, OP18-079 Spandam | New Leaders introduced; none named |
| Rarities listed | Commons, Uncommons, Rares, Super Rares, Secret Rares, Leaders, Specials, Treasure Rare, DON!! Card | Cards of varying rarities |
| Tournament legality (English) | 7 days after release | 7 days after release |
Our OP-18 complete guide shows what a full guide looks like once the Leaders, Alt Arts and rarities are published.
The OP-18 page also names a Super Leader Alt Art (OP18-060 Saint Gunko) and a Yoshitaka Amano alt art (OP18-119 Saint Shamrock). The OP-19 pages name no special treatments of this kind, so any comparison of chase cards between the two sets has to wait for official reveals.
Which dates matter for the Japanese and English editions?
The Japanese edition releases on Saturday, February 27, 2027, and the English edition releases on March 5, 2027, with an English pre-release on February 26, 2027. Which date matters depends on the edition you plan to use.
| Edition | Data | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| English edition pre-release | February 26, 2027 (Friday) | Cards are legal from the pre-release date at a local game store, per the official English page |
| Japanese edition release | February 27, 2027 (Saturday) | Date from the official Japanese page |
| English edition release | March 5, 2027 (Friday) | Six days after the Japanese release date |
| English edition tournament legality | 7 days after the release date in your region | Counting from March 5, 2027, that is March 12, 2027, if your region releases on the listed date |
For a recent comparison of how far apart the editions can be, the OP-16 release date guide covers Japan on May 30, 2026 and the English version on June 12. For a page that tracks only dates and price, see our OP-19 release date, price and details article.
What does an OP-19 pack cost?
A Japanese OP-19 pack has a suggested price of 240 yen including tax, and an English pack has a US MSRP of $4.99. Both are manufacturer’s suggested retail prices.
Dividing 240 yen by 6 cards gives 40 yen per card at MSRP in Japan. That is plain arithmetic from two official numbers, and it describes only the suggested price of a pack, not the worth of any single card. Because the Japanese MSRP is in yen, its dollar equivalent moves with the exchange rate.
The English page lists the price per pack only. It gives no price per box and no pack count per box, so a box price cannot be derived from the official pages.
Which products are listed as related to OP-19 on the official site?
The official Japanese OP-19 page lists four related products: EAST BLUE [EB-06], PEB-01 and the starter decks ST-37 and ST-38. They are separate products with their own codes, not parts of OP-19.
| Code | Official listing on the OP-19 page | Type |
|---|---|---|
| EB-06 | EAST BLUE | Extra booster |
| PEB-01 | Listed as a related product | Premium extra booster |
| ST-37 | Desert Princess and Pirates | Starter deck |
| ST-38 | Baroque Works | Starter deck |
The source is the official Japanese OP-19 page, which shows them in its related products area. The page does not describe how they connect to OP-19 beyond appearing alongside it.
We have separate pages for these: the EB-06 EAST BLUE guide, the EB-06 release date, price and details article and the PEB-01 release date, price and details article.

Which One Piece sets can you buy now while you wait for OP-19?
Three earlier main sets are available now as Japanese booster boxes: OP-17, OP-16 and OP-15. They are different sets from OP-19 and contain none of its cards.
| Set | Prodotto | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| OP-17 | OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors Japanese booster box | Sealed booster box; pricing and availability are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout |
| OP-17 | OP-17 booster box, Damaged Box | Outer-box damage; sold as-is at a discount |
| OP-16 | OP-16 The Time of Battle booster box, Damaged Box | Damaged Box listing |
| OP-15 | OP-15 Island of God booster box, Damaged Box | Damaged Box listing |

A Damaged Box has outer-box damage and is sold as-is at a discount, as the OP-17 product description states. Read each product page before you order, because pricing and availability are shown there.
A plain rule helps when choosing. Pick the standard OP-17 box if you want the newest of these sets and an undamaged outer box. Pick a Damaged Box if the outer-box condition does not matter to you, for example because you plan to open the packs rather than display the box.

How do orders from Tokyo ship and get paid for?
Orders ship from Japan by FedEx with a tracking number, and you pay in Japanese yen. The shipping policy lists two services, and the payment methods page lists the payment options.
| Topic | What the policy says |
|---|---|
| Standard shipping | FedEx International Connect Plus with tracking; usually 3-7 business days after dispatch (an estimate, not a guarantee) |
| Expedited shipping | FedEx International Priority with tracking; usually 2-5 business days after dispatch (an estimate, not a guarantee) |
| Shipping cost | Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address |
| Handling time | Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared (an estimate) |
| Minimum order | No minimum order amount or quantity |
| Delivery address | FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; provide a physical address |
| Payment methods | Wise bank transfer, PayPal, and credit or debit cards through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB); all in JPY |
| Processing fee | 5% on PayPal and card payments; Wise bank transfer carries no processing fee |
After handoff to FedEx, the policy says customs and import procedures are handled by the carrier and destination-country authorities and may delay delivery. Delivery dates shown anywhere are estimates only. Any gap between the amount charged and your statement comes from your payment provider’s exchange rates and fees, which is outside our control, as the payment methods page states.
How should collectors outside Japan approach OP-19?
Decide first which edition you want, because the Japanese and English editions have different release dates and prices. The Japanese edition is February 27, 2027 at 240 yen per pack; the English edition is March 5, 2027 at $4.99 per pack.
- You collect Japanese cards: your date is February 27, 2027. Follow the official Japanese page for the card list as it is published.
- You play in English-language events: your dates are the pre-release on February 26, 2027 and the release on March 5, 2027. Cards are legal from the pre-release at a local game store, and in tournaments 7 days after your region’s release date.
- You want to open packs now: OP-17, OP-16 and OP-15 are the sets available today. They are not previews of OP-19.
- You build the whole line: EB-06, PEB-01, ST-37 and ST-38 are listed alongside OP-19 on the official Japanese page and have their own codes.
Check the official pages again close to release, since the Japanese page states that specifications are subject to change and both pages say photos or illustrations may differ from the final product.
For a worked example of how a whole Japanese main set is documented once it is out, our OP-13 complete guide is the model, and the OP-13 release date article shows the Japanese and English dates side by side (Japanese August 23, 2025, English November 7, 2025).
