Rayquaza GX HR 109/096 belongs to Sky-Splitting Charisma (SM7), which Bulbapedia’s list of Japanese expansions pairs with the English Celestial Storm card list, and the official database does not list that number.
The pokemon-card.com card database, as printed on September 30, 2026, returns five レックウザGX rows and none is 109/096. Rarity, illustrator and the English pairing for the HR come from Bulbapedia; Limitless TCG lists the paired English print. Our PSA 10 listing and the dated SNKRDUNK asks sit beside those prints below.
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.

The PSA 10 is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥183,600 (~$1,192) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. Rayquaza GX HR 109/096: What the Official Database Shows

The official pokemon-card.com database does not list SM7 109/096. The official database lists five exact-name レックウザGX rows, from SM7, SM8b and SM12a, and none is numbered 109/096. Limitless TCG’s Japanese page for SM7 stops at card number 104, so it has no card page for 109/096 either, and the HR print has no official image to show.
| Field | SM7 068/096 (regular print, DB id 34991) | SM7 109/096 |
|---|---|---|
| Name | レックウザGX | No database row |
| Rarity icon | RR | HR per Bulbapedia; no database icon |
| Illustrator | 5ban Graphics | 5ban Graphics per Bulbapedia |
| Stage / type / HP | たね (Basic) / dragon / 180 | Not shown by the database |
| Weakness / resistance / retreat | Fairy ×2 / none / 3 | Not shown by the database |
| Database page | 34991 | None |
The HR’s rarity and illustrator therefore come from Bulbapedia, which files three Sky-Splitting Charisma prints on one Rayquaza-GX card page and credits 5ban Graphics for each. The number 109/096 sits above the printed total of 096, outside the 96-card main numbering.
The Regular Print’s Card Text (SM7 068/096)
The database page for the RR print, DB id 34991, shows a Basic Dragon Pokémon with 180 HP. Its ability, しっぷうどとう, can be used once when the card is played from the hand to the Bench: discard the top 3 cards of your deck, then attach a Basic Energy from the discard pile to this Pokémon. The attack ドラゴンブレイク (grass, lightning and one colorless, 30×) deals 30 damage for each Grass and Lightning Basic Energy attached to your Pokémon in play. The GX attack テンペストGX (one grass) reads 「自分の手札をすべてトラッシュし、山札を10枚引く。」 — discard your hand and draw 10 cards — and can be used once per game. The special rule gives the opponent 2 Prize cards when a Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out. Weakness is Fairy ×2 and the retreat cost is three.
This is the text of the RR print. The database does not show the HR, so the HR is not stated to carry identical text; Bulbapedia lists the RR, the SR and the HR under one Rayquaza-GX page. For other Rayquaza cards, see the Rayquaza VMAX and modern Rayquaza page and the Mega Rayquaza value page.
The Set: Sky-Splitting Charisma (SM7)
SM7 is 裂空のカリスマ (Sky-Splitting Charisma), an expansion pack released in Japan on June 1, 2018, with 96 cards in the main numbering. Bulbapedia’s list of Japanese expansions (as of September 15, 2026) pairs it with the English Celestial Storm. Bulbapedia’s card page gives the English numbers of the three Rayquaza-GX prints as 109/168, 160/168 and 177/168.
The cards of the set are covered on the Charisma of the Wrecked Sky (SM7) card list, and the Celestial Storm card list lists the English set. The Japanese UR and HR page explains the HR rarity that the 109/096 carries.

Domande frequenti
Is Rayquaza GX HR 109/096 in the official database?
No. The official pokemon-card.com database returns five exact-name レックウザGX rows on September 30, 2026, and none is numbered 109/096. Rarity and illustrator for the HR come from Bulbapedia, which lists it with the RR and SR prints of Sky-Splitting Charisma and credits 5ban Graphics.
How many cards are in Sky-Splitting Charisma (SM7)?
The main numbering has 96 cards. Rayquaza GX HR is numbered 109/096, above that printed total, so it sits outside the 96-card main numbering. Limitless TCG’s Japanese SM7 page lists card numbers only up to 104, so it has no page for the HR.
When did Sky-Splitting Charisma release in Japan?
Sky-Splitting Charisma released in Japan on June 1, 2018. Bulbapedia’s list of Japanese expansions, as of September 15, 2026, pairs SM7 with the English Celestial Storm, where Bulbapedia numbers the HR Rayquaza-GX 177/168. The Japanese set has 96 cards in its main numbering.
How much does Rayquaza GX HR 109/096 PSA 10 cost?
The card is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥183,600 (~$1,192). SNKRDUNK’s lowest asks on September 30, 2026 were ¥70,000 (~$455) for the product row and ¥189,000 (~$1,227) for PSA 10; both are asking prices, not sold prices.
What is the difference between Rayquaza GX 101/096 and 109/096?
Both are Rayquaza-GX prints of Sky-Splitting Charisma. The 101/096 is the SR with an official database row; the 109/096 is an HR that Bulbapedia lists and the database does not. Bulbapedia pairs them with English 160/168 and 177/168. Confirm the number printed on the slab.
Which English print matches Rayquaza GX HR 109/096?
Bulbapedia pairs it with Celestial Storm 177/168 (Rare Rainbow), and Limitless TCG lists that print with the illustrator 5ban Graphics. Both are third-party sources; the official database covers Japanese cards only and does not list the HR. Limitless shows no regulation mark for it.
Who illustrated Rayquaza GX HR 109/096?
Bulbapedia credits 5ban Graphics for the Regular, Full Art and Secret Rainbow Rare prints. The official database credits 5ban Graphics on all five Rayquaza-GX rows it returns, but it has no row for the HR itself, so the credit for the HR is attributed to Bulbapedia.
