The date is written on the official site as 2027年4月24日(土), which is a Saturday. From this update on November 6, 2026, that is 169 days away. Everything on this page about PEB-01 comes from the official product page on the ONE PIECE Card Game site. The English name used here is the one our editor assigns to the Japanese product name, since the official page is written in Japanese.
If you want a Japanese One Piece box in your hands before April, three other sets are available now. You can look at the OP-13 Carrying on His Will Japanese One Piece Booster Box (update: uitverkocht — vraag restock aan via Quick Order) as a separate set. That set is not PEB-01 and does not contain PEB-01 cards. The section “Which Other Sets Are Available Now While You Wait?” below covers all three.
What Is Premium Extra Booster Dream Card?
Premium Extra Booster Dream Card is the English name this guide uses for the first Premium Extra Booster in the ONE PIECE Card Game, product code PEB-01.
The official page opens with a line that explains the idea: the “Dream Card” becomes a card in your hand. The page then calls it a luxurious pack made entirely of foil cards, and says it is the first entry of a new series of Premium Extra Boosters. The wording “new series” matters because it tells you PEB-01 is the opening product of a line, not a one-off.
This article uses the English name “Dream Card” every time after the first mention. The Japanese name appears once, in the key facts table above.
The official page describes the theme through its tagline only. It gives the release date, the pack price, the pack size, the card-type counts and the nearby products the official site lists. This guide stays on exactly those points, so every number you read here can be checked against the official page.
How Much Does a PEB-01 Pack Cost?
A PEB-01 pack has a suggested retail price of 440 yen including tax, as stated on the official product page.
That price is the manufacturer’s suggested price in Japan for one pack. The official page lists the price per pack, so the price is stated for the single-pack unit and nothing else.
A simple division helps you judge a single pack. With 8 cards in a 440 yen pack, the suggested price works out to 55 yen per card on average. This is arithmetic from the official numbers and nothing more: it says nothing about which cards you will open, and a pack is a random draw.
| Number | Value | How it is derived |
|---|---|---|
| Price per pack | 440 yen, tax included | Official suggested retail price |
| Cards per pack | 8 | Official pack contents |
| Average price per card | 55 yen | 440 divided by 8 |
| Days from November 6, 2026 to release | 169 | Counting to April 24, 2027 |
Treat the 440 yen figure as the reference. Shipping for orders from our shop is calculated at checkout, and all payments are made in Japanese yen. Both rules are explained in the shipping and payment sections below.
What Is Inside a PEB-01 Pack?
Each PEB-01 pack contains 8 cards, and the official page lists the card pool as “88 types + 30 types”.
The official content line reads: 1 pack, 8 cards (all 88 types + 30 types). Right under it the page adds that cards are randomly inserted. Three notes sit near the content line:
- Cards are randomly inserted into packs, so you cannot choose which cards you get.
- The photo and the actual product may differ slightly.
- The specifications of the product may change.
The page does not explain in prose what the second group of 30 types is, so read the figure as given: 88 types plus 30 types.
What the page does say plainly is the foil promise. Its summary line describes a pack where every card is a foil card. For collectors that is the point of the product. The official copy puts the luxury of the pack in the foil finish on all cards. The page does not name foil patterns, so no specific treatment is stated.
Two facts follow directly from the numbers. First, a pack holds 8 cards and costs 440 yen. Second, the page lists a pack as the unit, with the price and the card count given per pack.
How Is a Premium Extra Booster Different From a Regular Booster?
A Premium Extra Booster is a special product, and the official site groups special booster types apart from ordinary boosters.
The official page explains booster packs in general. Boosters contain cards of various rarities inserted at random. Besides ordinary boosters, the page says special products also exist, naming “Premium Booster” and “Extra Booster” as examples. PEB-01 carries both words in its name, Premium and Extra, and the official copy calls it the first of a new series of Premium Extra Boosters.
The page also states what boosters are for: the cards you get from them can be added to your deck to make it stronger, or simply collected. That dual purpose is the reason release information is useful to both groups: players who want cards for decks, and collectors who want sealed Japanese products.
The official PEB-01 page shows these code types in its related products and in its own name:
| Code type | Example on the official PEB-01 page | Product type |
|---|---|---|
| OP | OP-19 (listed as a related booster) | Booster |
| EB | EB-06 EAST BLUE (listed as a related booster) | Booster |
| ST | ST-37 and ST-38 (listed as related decks) | Starter decks |
| PEB | PEB-01 Dream Card | Premium Extra Booster, first in a new series |
On the official page, OP-19 and EB-06 are tagged as boosters and ST-37 and ST-38 as decks. PEB-01 is the product the page is about.
Which Products Does the Official Page List Next to PEB-01?
The official PEB-01 page lists four related products: OP-19, EB-06, ST-37 and ST-38.
Under the heading for related products, the page shows these four. They are not part of PEB-01, but the official site places them next to it.
| Code | Name on the official page | Type listed |
|---|---|---|
| OP-19 | 応答せよ、世界 | Booster |
| EB-06 | EAST BLUE | Booster |
| ST-37 | 砂漠の王女と海賊たち | Deck |
| ST-38 | バロックワークス (Baroque Works) | Deck |
The code is the safest label for each of these products. EB-06 is named EAST BLUE on the page, and ST-38 is Baroque Works.
If you are following the starter deck side, our guide ONE PIECE ST-37 vs ST-38: Release Date, Contents & Deck Guide compares the two decks the official page lists.
What does a starter deck contain? The official page describes a typical starter deck as a pre-built 50-card deck, 1 leader card, 10 DON!! cards and 3 basic rule index cards. The page uses Starter Deck EX Gear 5 (ST-21) as its illustration and notes that images are for reference and may differ from the real product. It also says that, besides the normal starter decks, there are deluxe versions such as “Starter Deck EX” and “Ultimate Deck”, and a Family Deck Set for playing right away with friends.
How Should Collectors Prepare Before April 24, 2027?
Prepare by deciding whether you want packs to open or cards to keep, and by getting accessories ready, because the official page itself points to sleeves and playmats.
The ONE PIECE Card Game page lists accessories alongside boosters. Its notes are practical and worth repeating:
- Card sleeves. The page says cards are made of paper and can be scratched or bent. Sleeves are protector film that guard against scratches, stains and dust. The page also says sleeves are required when you play in official tournaments.
- Playmats. The page says a playmat marks the play area and keeps a game moving. Some official playmats print the places for the leader card, character cards, DON!! cards, life and hand, which the page recommends for players still learning the game.
- Starter decks. The page says cards from boosters can be added to a starter deck to make it stronger, so a booster product pairs naturally with one.
Because the official description stresses that PEB-01 is an all-foil pack, sleeving the cards you keep is the obvious protection step, and the official page is the source for the advice that paper cards can scratch or bend. The page names the Official Card Sleeves 2 Monkey D. Luffy (ONE PIECE FILM RED) and the Official Playmat Limited Edition vol.3 only as examples of what those accessories look like.
A short plan for the months before release:
- Save the date, April 24, 2027, and treat it as the Japanese release date.
- Re-read the official PEB-01 page near the date, because the page itself says specifications may change.
- Decide how many packs you want, using the 440 yen per pack figure as your reference.
- Choose sleeves for the cards you want to keep.
Which Other Sets Are Available Now While You Wait?
Three Japanese One Piece sets are available now from our shop: OP-13, EB-02 and OP-11, each listed as a regular box and a Damaged Box option. None of them is PEB-01.
These are different sets with their own cards and their own contents. The pages below are the regular boxes and the Damaged Box listings. Read each product page for its details before you order.
| Set | Product | Link |

For OP-13, our Carrying On His Will Booster Box: Japanese Box Guide explains the box in full.

The Damaged Box versions appear in the table under that name on the product pages. Each product page is the place to read what a listing includes.

How Do Shipping and Payment Work for Japanese Sets From Tokyo?
For sets we sell, standard shipping is FedEx International Connect Plus with tracking, usually 3-7 business days after dispatch, and expedited shipping is FedEx International Priority, usually 2-5 business days after dispatch.
These facts come from our shipping policy, and they apply to the sets in the table above. The policy states the following:
- Transit times are estimates only.
- Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
- There is no minimum order amount or quantity.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared. That window is an estimate, and business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays.
- FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so provide a physical address.
- After handoff to FedEx, customs inspections, import procedures and carrier events can delay delivery and are outside our control.
| Shipping option | Carrier service | Estimated transit after dispatch |
|---|---|---|
| Standaard | FedEx International Connect Plus, with tracking number | Usually 3-7 business days |
| Expedited | FedEx International Priority, with tracking number | Usually 2-5 business days |
For payment, the payment methods page says all payments are made in Japanese yen. We accept Wise bank transfer, PayPal, and credit and debit cards through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB, with the option offered decided by PayPal). Wise bank transfer is the only method without the 5% payment processing fee, which applies to PayPal and card payments. Your bank or card issuer decides any exchange-rate difference on your statement.
Because the retail price of PEB-01 is quoted in yen, the yen rule is the one to remember. A 440 yen pack price is a Japanese retail figure, and your own statement will show whatever your provider converts it to.
What Happens If Dispatch Is Delayed or the Address Is Wrong?
If dispatch is delayed, our policy says we contact you by email as soon as practical with a revised estimate, and for significant delays before handoff to FedEx we may offer the option to wait or to cancel with a full refund.
The shipping policy lists the situations that can slow dispatch: supplier allocation changes, pre-order releases later than announced, inventory arriving later than expected, or a unit reserved for your order failing quality inspection. It adds that delivery dates shown on the website, at checkout or in carrier tools are estimates and do not include handling time, weekends, Japanese national holidays, customs processing, carrier congestion, weather or destination-country conditions.
| Situation | What the policy says |
|---|---|
| Order paid, shipment not yet scheduled | You can update the shipping address yourself from My Account > Orders > the order |
| Destination country | Cannot be changed; carrier, method and FedEx service level stay as selected at checkout |
| New address costs more to ship to | You pay the difference before dispatch, and the order is held until it is settled |
| New address costs less | The shipping charge is not recalculated and no refund is made |
| Shipment already scheduled, before dispatch | The self-service change is closed; only a minor correction that changes no shipping condition may be considered |
| After handoff to FedEx | Timing is controlled by the carrier and destination-country authorities |
Check your address before you pay. The policy makes the customer responsible for a complete and accurate shipping address. A change takes effect only once it is shown on the order in My Account. You can also update the billing name, company, address and phone number on the same screen, but the billing country and the order email address cannot be changed there.
After an order is dispatched, you can check the tracking number and the carrier’s latest delivery estimate from your account or the shipping confirmation email. The policy also says you can check order status through your customer account.
How Do the Wise and PayPal Payment Deadlines Work?
Wise bank transfer has the longest set of rules: without a screenshot your order is cancelled automatically if payment has not arrived within 12 hours, and with a screenshot you have 5 days to upload it and a total of 10 days of price hold.
The payment methods page gives these details for each method:
| Method | Processing fee | Key rule from the payment page |
|---|---|---|
| Wise (bank transfer) | None | 12-hour payment window without a screenshot; 5 days to upload a screenshot, with the order price held for a total of 10 days; the screenshot option needs an account |
| PayPal | 5% | Payment completes immediately at checkout, using your balance or the funding sources linked to your PayPal account |
| Credit and debit cards through PayPal | 5% | Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB; which brand is offered is decided by PayPal; a PayPal account is usually not required |
| PayPal Pay Later | See the payment methods page | Offered and operated by PayPal; availability depends on your country and is decided by PayPal |
For Wise, enter the payment reference issued with your order, SST-{order number}, in the transfer reference field exactly as issued. If you pay by SWIFT, a receiving fee of JPY 611 is deducted before the funds reach us, so add JPY 611 to your order total. The page also asks you to select the OUR charge option on SWIFT transfers so that correspondent bank fees are covered on your side. If the amount received is short, order processing is paused until the shortfall is paid and confirmed.
For orders that contain a pre-order item, the Wise window without a screenshot is 3 hours instead of 12 hours. Card details are entered in PayPal’s own window, and we never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code. Your card issuer may apply 3-D Secure authentication, which is handled between PayPal and your issuer.
What Does the Official Tagline of Dream Card Say?
The official tagline says the “Dream Card” becomes a card in your hands.
The Japanese tagline translates as “Your ‘Dream Card’ becomes a card in your hands!” The second line says the pack is an all-foil luxury pack and the first of the new series. These two lines are the whole marketing message on the page. They describe the foil finish and the series position, and they leave the individual cards to the pack itself.
The same product carries several labels across this guide: Dream Card, PEB-01, PEB01 and Premium Extra Booster. Each of those points to the one product with the April 24, 2027 date, the 440 yen pack price and the 8-card pack.
What Does the Official PEB-01 Page Confirm?
The official page confirms the date, the price, the pack size, the card-type counts, the foil description, the series position and four related products.
Here is the full set of confirmed points in one place, so you can note it down and compare it with the official page again closer to release:
- Use April 24, 2027 as the anchor date.
- Use 440 yen per pack as the price reference.
- Use “8 cards, 88 types + 30 types” to describe the contents.
- Describe it as an all-foil pack and the first of a new Premium Extra Booster series.
- Remember the official notes: cards are randomly inserted, photos may differ, and specifications may change.
If you are tracking several Japanese products at once, the official page shows OP-19, EB-06, ST-37 and ST-38 as related products. Noting each product’s code, its date and its pack price in one place makes a dated product like PEB-01 easy to follow.
