Product Condition Guide

If any translated version of this page differs from the English version, the English version prevails.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

We specialize in collectible trading card products. This page defines the condition standards for the product categories we sell. By placing an order, you agree to these standards.

1. Sealed Boxes and Shrink-Wrapped Products

  • A sealed box means a product whose manufacturer shrink wrap or factory seal remains intact as shipped by the manufacturer.
  • The following occur normally in manufacturing and distribution and are not defects and not grounds for a return, refund, or discount: minor wrinkles, air bubbles, or looseness in the shrink wrap; minor corner wear, pressure marks, or printing variations on the outer box; and labels or sticker residue applied during official distribution in Japan.
  • We do not guarantee that box packaging is in “mint” condition. The condition of the shrink wrap does not guarantee collectible value.
  • Card contents follow the manufacturer’s randomized packaging specifications. No specific card is guaranteed to be included.

2. PSA Graded Cards

  • A PSA grade is an assessment of the card itself, not of the slab (case) it is sealed in.
  • Light surface scratches on the slab, minor whitening or cloudiness, and molding variations are commonly present from the time PSA ships the slab and are not defects.
  • Except where the slab is cracked open or has been tampered with, we do not accept returns or refunds based on the external condition of the case.
  • The certification number on each slab can be verified on PSA’s official website.

3. Product Images

Images of mass-produced products such as sealed boxes are representative. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, the image is not a photograph of the exact unit you will receive, and the unit shipped may differ in minor cosmetic details within the normal ranges described on this page.

4. Relationship to Our Return and Refund Policy

Condities within the normal ranges described on this page do not constitute “defective products” under Section 4 of our Return and Refund Policy. For damage occurring during transit — which is not covered — please also see Section 4 of the same policy.
