A free-shipping coupon for affected customers
As an apology, we have added a free-shipping coupon to the accounts of the affected customers whose orders were scheduled for dispatch on October 27 and were still awaiting shipment when the affected group was confirmed. Coupon details are available in each affected customer’s account.
The coupon is for the next eligible order with a product subtotal of JPY 30,000 or more, once per account, and is valid for one calendar month from issue. It cannot be combined with another manual coupon, and orders containing pre-order or SALE products are excluded. Existing shipping destinations and service availability apply. The exact expiry is shown in the customer’s account and email.
