The card text, per PokeBeach’s 9 September 2026 translation of the official database entry, is a single attack:
- [L][C] Slight Intrusion — 40 damage. This Pokémon also does 10 damage to itself.
Weakness is Fighting (×2), there’s no listed Resistance, and retreat cost is 2 Energy. At 40 damage for a two-Energy attack, it’s one of the harder-hitting single-attack Pikachu in this subset, with the self-damage as its trade-off — a fair bit more aggressive than 017/103’s Thunder Shock thirteen places earlier in the roster.
OKACHEKE’s Illustrator Credit
The official card database credits OKACHEKE as the illustrator of 030/103. As career background, per Bulbapedia, OKACHEKE was a semifinalist in the Pokémon Card Game Illustration Grand Prix with a Slowpoke submission, and his official TCG debut was Shuppet, Skwovet, and Ice Rider Calyrex V in Chilling Reign; four years after that submission, he went on to illustrate the Slowpoke included in the 151 expansion. He has illustrated 76 TCG cards plus 21 Pokémon TCG Pocket cards, and has also done visual-development work on Pokémon: Twilight Wings.

Every pack of 30th CELEBRATION is guaranteed 1 of the 30 Pikachu and 1 YOSHIROTTEN Basic Energy card, among six foil cards total, at ¥360 per pack. A box holds 20 packs for ¥7,200 tax-in MSRP.
PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown ahead of release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate. The Pokémon Company has not published pull rates for this set, and we’re not converting that single opening into a percentage.
On the secondary market, SNKRDUNK’s lowest sealed-box asks (dated 11 September 2026) have moved sharply since the card list went public: the sealed box ask ran ¥47,200 on 1 September, ¥28,200 on 10 September and ¥23,599 on 11 September; the no-shrink box ask moved from ¥25,800 to ¥21,399 over the same window.
