OKACHEKE Pikachu 030/103: 30th Celebration Card Guide

OKACHEKE Pikachu 030/103: 30th Celebration Card Guide

Card 030/103 is the fourteenth of thirty Pikachu in Pokémon’s 30th CELEBRATION set (M6a), illustrated by OKACHEKE, and it’s one of only two cards in this subset whose artwork is also on the 30th anniversary product site ahead of release.

30th CELEBRATION releases worldwide on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 — five days out from today, 11 September 2026 — so this guide is written pre-release throughout. Here’s what’s confirmed about 030/103: its official artwork, its attack text from the official database, where it sits in the 30-card Pikachu run, and what comparable graded Pikachu prints are listed at on our site today.

Key Takeaways

Pikachu 030/103 is 14/30 in 30th CELEBRATION’s Pikachu subset, illustrated by OKACHEKE, with an official card image already published. Its attack is Slight Intrusion, 40 damage with 10 recoil to itself. The set has no live secondary-market asks yet since it hasn’t released; our M6a 30th CELEBRATION Booster Box is currently listed as a pre-order at ¥25,000 (~$162) sealed, and graded Pikachu prints are browsable in our PSA10 collection.

What Is Pikachu 030/103 in 30th Celebration?

Pikachu 030/103 is a main-set card in M6a 30th CELEBRATION, confirmed in the official card database with its JP name (ピカチュウ) and illustrator credit, and it already has an official image published on the 30th anniversary product site. It’s part of the set’s dedicated 30-card Pikachu subset (017–046), where every card carries a different illustrator and a different attack, and every pack of the set guarantees exactly one of them.

030 sits fourteenth in the illustrator sequence, one place ahead of card 031/103, covered in its own Pikachu 031/103 guide. For the full roster of all thirty illustrators and where each one lands in the sequence, see our 30 Pikachu illustrators guide.

The card text, per PokeBeach’s 9 September 2026 translation of the official database entry, is a single attack:

  • [L][C] Slight Intrusion — 40 damage. This Pokémon also does 10 damage to itself.

Weakness is Fighting (×2), there’s no listed Resistance, and retreat cost is 2 Energy. At 40 damage for a two-Energy attack, it’s one of the harder-hitting single-attack Pikachu in this subset, with the self-damage as its trade-off — a fair bit more aggressive than 017/103’s Thunder Shock thirteen places earlier in the roster.

OKACHEKE’s Illustrator Credit

The official card database credits OKACHEKE as the illustrator of 030/103. As career background, per Bulbapedia, OKACHEKE was a semifinalist in the Pokémon Card Game Illustration Grand Prix with a Slowpoke submission, and his official TCG debut was Shuppet, Skwovet, and Ice Rider Calyrex V in Chilling Reign; four years after that submission, he went on to illustrate the Slowpoke included in the 151 expansion. He has illustrated 76 TCG cards plus 21 Pokémon TCG Pocket cards, and has also done visual-development work on Pokémon: Twilight Wings.

As noted above, 030 is one of only two cards in the subset with a dedicated image on the 30th anniversary product site (see the “What Is” section).

Where 030 Sits in the 30-Pikachu Subset

At 14/30, 030/103 sits just before the midpoint of the illustrator sequence, which runs 01/30 (card 017) through 30/30 (card 046). Two companion guides published alongside this one cover other numbers in the same run:

How 30th Celebration’s Full Numbering Breaks Down

030/103 sits inside the main set, the block of 30th CELEBRATION that’s fully confirmed today. The official card list published on 9 September covers the main set 001–103, the Classic Collection 136–165 and the eight Basic Energy; the AR/SAR/FUR block 104–135 is compiled from official images and PokeBeach’s list and is not yet in the official database.

Box Structure and What the Market Shows Today

Every pack of 30th CELEBRATION is guaranteed 1 of the 30 Pikachu and 1 YOSHIROTTEN Basic Energy card, among six foil cards total, at ¥360 per pack. A box holds 20 packs for ¥7,200 tax-in MSRP.

PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown ahead of release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate. The Pokémon Company has not published pull rates for this set, and we’re not converting that single opening into a percentage.

On the secondary market, SNKRDUNK’s lowest sealed-box asks (dated 11 September 2026) have moved sharply since the card list went public: the sealed box ask ran ¥47,200 on 1 September, ¥28,200 on 10 September and ¥23,599 on 11 September; the no-shrink box ask moved from ¥25,800 to ¥21,399 over the same window. Single cards from the set, including 030/103, have no live asks yet since nothing has been pulled from a released pack.
