Fuecoco’s TCG Debut: SVAL Starter and SV1a Triplet Beat (2023)

The earliest print we have verified is the cover starter of the SVAL ex Starter Set Fuecoco & Ampharos ex (20 January 2023), and Fuecoco reappeared seven weeks later across the mainline SV1a Triplet Beat expansion, which also features Sprigatito and Quaxly.

SV1a Triplet Beat Art Rare (078/073)

Triplet Beat also carries two regular Common prints of Fuecoco alongside the AR. All three verified SV1a prints, plus the SVAL starter card, are listed below.

Promos and Recent Prints

Outside the mainline sets, Fuecoco has picked up two promo-lane prints, one Common print from the SV8 Super Electric Breaker set, and one 2025 starter-deck reprint. The SV8 print and the MC 142 Starter Decks reprint have confirmed release dates here; the SV-P campaign card and the McDonald’s Happy Set 2025 promo round out the list below.

Scarlet & Violet Promotional Cards (SVP 214/SV-P)

Super Electric Breaker (SV8 017/106)

The 018/M-P promo below is the McDonald’s Happy Set 2025 campaign card — the one we currently list a PSA 10 listing for — and 142 is the late-2025 Starter Decks 100 Battle Collection print.

Chase Prints and What Makes Them Collectible

Fuecoco’s rarity spread runs from ordinary Common slots up to a single Art Rare and a single Shiny Rare, plus promo-lane prints tied to specific campaigns:

• Common — the two SV1a Triplet Beat base prints (017/073, 018/073) and the SV8 Super Electric Breaker print (017/106). These come out of regular booster packs.
• Art Rare (AR) — the SV1a Triplet Beat print at 078/073 is the only print among those we have verified that carries this tier.
• Shiny Rare — the SV4a Shiny Treasure ex print at 215/190.
• Promo — the SVP campaign card (214/SV-P) and the MP McDonald’s Happy Set 2025 card (018/M-P) both come from promotional distribution rather than booster packs.
• Foil full-art promo — the incoming 30th CELEBRATION print (126/M-P) is the newest print we have verified in this category, distributed inside the 30th CELEBRATION Card Set bundles rather than through packs.

Starter-deck and Terastal starter prints (SVAL 002/021, SVEL 005/020) and the late-2025 Starter Decks reprint (MC 142) sit outside the pack-pull system — they come packaged with a themed deck rather than as chase pulls.
