The Start Deck 100 secret cards in the MEGA スタートデッキ100 バトルコレクション (set code MC, released Friday, December 19, 2025) are the cards numbered above the base list of 742: 743/742 up to 766/742. A reported 24 cards sit in that band, and sellers label them „AR Style“, „SAR Style“ and „MUR Style“. This guide ranks the cards named in our PSA 10 listings by the price shown on October 29, 2026, and shows what the official Japanese card database does and does not say about each.
We sell Japanese sealed product and PSA 10 graded singles from Tokyo. The ranking uses our own listed prices only, not marketplace figures, and it is a snapshot of a single date, not a forecast. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD and are approximate.
- Ranking date: October 29, 2026. The top entry is MEGA Charizard Y ex 766/742 and the lowest is Banette 749/742; every figure is in the table below.
- Labels are market labels: the official database prints no rarity field. We write AR Style, SAR Style and MUR Style as our listings and reports name them.
- Verified versus reported: the official database confirms six cards in the band (743, 749, 755, 764, 765, 766). The count of 24 comes from premium.gamepedia.jp.
- Buying the deck itself: the sealed MEGA Start Deck 100 Battle Collection is a separate listing from these graded singles.
The Ranking: Our PSA 10 Listings from 766 to 749
Prices are our listed prices on October 29, 2026. Where a card is offered as a PSA 10 back order, it is sourced to order and the product page shows the current terms; those rows are marked. The other rows are visible PSA 10 listings.
| # | Number | Card (our listing name) | Listing type | Listed price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 766/742 | MEGA Charizard Y ex MUR Style | PSA 10 back order | ¥997,109 (~$6,475) |
| 2 | 764/742 | Pikachu ex SAR Style | PSA 10 back order | ¥212,853 (~$1,382) |
| 3 | 765/742 | Lillie’s Clefairy ex SAR Style | Visible PSA 10 | ¥78,182 (~$508) (Update: derzeit ausverkauft — Nachschub über Quick Order anfragen) |
| 4 | 755/742 | Eevee AR Style | PSA 10 back order | ¥39,590 (~$257) |
| 5 | 761/742 | MEGA Meganium ex SAR Style | PSA 10 back order | ¥33,506 (~$218) |
| 6 | 763/742 | MEGA Feraligatr ex SAR Style | PSA 10 back order | ¥32,045 (~$208) |
| 7 | 747/742 | Vikavolt AR Style | PSA 10 back order | ¥20,999 (~$136) |
| 8 | 762/742 | MEGA Emboar ex SAR Style | PSA 10 back order | ¥20,658 (~$134) |
| 9 | 760/742 | Boss’s Orders (Karasuba) SR Style | PSA 10 back order | ¥17,500 (~$114) |
| 10 | 743/742 | Erika’s Tangela AR Style | Visible PSA 10 | ¥16,566 (~$108) |
| 11 | 749/742 | Banette AR Style | Visible PSA 10 | ¥13,850 (~$90) |
The order is not strictly by label: the SAR Style Emboar (762) sits below the AR Style Eevee (755) and the AR Style Vikavolt (747) sits just above it. The table names no cause for the order; it only sorts the listed prices.

What „Style“ Means Here
On the official detail pages the cards in this band show a name, a number, an HP value, card text and an illustrator. They do not print a rarity. The letters in our listing names (AR, SR, SAR, MUR, followed by „Style“) are market labels; the one place they are collected for the whole band is the list on premium.gamepedia.jp, page updated October 29, 2026. The table below sorts that reported list by number. Numbers 747 and 757 to 759 were not captured on that list.
| Numbers | Reported label (gamepedia) | Cards named on the list |
|---|---|---|
Yex |
One listing name needs a note: our 747/742 card is titled „Vikavolt AR Style“, and 747 is one of the numbers the gamepedia list did not capture. We quote the label as our listing names it. Our guide to the same labelling on a different card is the Pikachu ex SAR Style 764/742 guide.
The Top Three: 766, 764 and 765
766/742: MEGA Charizard Y ex, the MUR Style card
The official database lists メガリザードンYex 766/742 as a Stage 2 Pokémon with HP 360, illustrated by aky CG Works. Its attack プロージョンY (rendering) asks the player to discard 3 Energy and deals 280 damage to one of the opponent’s Pokémon; knocking it out gives the opponent 3 Prize cards. The regular print of the same Pokémon is a different number (085/742, as our listing names it; the official database entry id 48801 shows no number in our sources). Our listing of the 085/742 number is titled „MEGA Charizard Y ex :Mirror“ and is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥16,379 (~$106), sourced to order. The 766/742 card is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥997,109 (~$6,475), sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms.

A dedicated write-up of this card is in our MEGA Charizard Y ex MUR Style guide.
764/742: Pikachu ex, the SAR Style card
ピカチュウex 764/742 is a Basic Pokémon with HP 200 and the attack 10まんボルト (rendering: 100,000 Volts) at 120 damage, illustrated by booota. Its regular print, 227/742, is illustrated by takuyoa, so the two are different artworks of the same card name. Our listing of the regular print is „Pikachu ex Normal Style [MC 227/742]“, offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥7,550 (~$49), sourced to order. The 764/742 card is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥212,853 (~$1,382), sourced to order.

765/742: Lillie’s Clefairy ex, the SAR Style card
The official name is リーリエのピッピex (our listing calls it Lillie’s Clefairy ex). The database shows HP 190, a Basic Pokémon with the ability フェアリーゾーン (rendering) and the attack フルムーンロンド (rendering) at 20+ damage, illustrated by Naoki Saito. The regular print is a separate database entry. This card is a visible PSA 10 listing, currently listed at ¥78,182 (~$508) (Update: derzeit ausverkauft — Nachschub über Quick Order anfragen).

The Middle of the List: Eevee 755 and the Other Style Cards
Eevee 755/742 is the one card in the middle band with an official database page. It is a Basic Pokémon with HP 50, the ability ブーストしんか (rendering: Boost Evolution) and the attack とつげき (rendering: Charge) at 30 damage with 10 damage to itself, illustrated by Makura Tami. The database lists other MC Eevee entries too (ids 49280 and 49281, plus イーブイex id 49282), so the 755/742 number is what separates this print. It is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥39,590 (~$257), sourced to order.

The other five cards in the table have no official database page in our sources, so their card text is not stated here:
- 761/742 MEGA Meganium ex SAR Style, offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥33,506 (~$218).
- 763/742 MEGA Feraligatr ex SAR Style, offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥32,045 (~$208).
- 747/742 Vikavolt AR Style, offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥20,999 (~$136).
- 762/742 MEGA Emboar ex SAR Style, offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥20,658 (~$134).
- 760/742 Boss’s Orders (Karasuba) SR Style, offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥17,500 (~$114).
All five are sourced to order, and the product pages show the current terms. The Japanese names of 761 to 763 in gamepedia’s list are メガメガニウムex, メガエンブオーex and メガオーダイルex; that naming is reported, not verified on the official database.
The Lower End: Tangela 743 and Banette 749
The two lowest entries in the table are both visible PSA 10 listings, and both have official database pages, so the card data below is verified.
| Karte | Number | Type and HP | Card text (rendering) | Illustrator | Listed price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| エリカのモンジャラ (Erika’s Tangela) | 743/742 | Basic, HP 80 | Ability ひゃっかりょうらん searches the deck for Erika’s Pokémon; attack しめつける 50 damage, then a coin flip for Paralysis | buchi | ¥16,566 (~$108) |
| ジュペッタ (Banette) | 749/742 | Stage 1, HP 90 | the text のろいのことば (as printed on the official page) makes the opponent return 3 cards from their hand; attack ホロウショット 70 damage; resistance −30 | YASHIRO Nanaco | ¥13,850 (~$90) |
Ability and attack names above are renderings of the Japanese text, not official English names, and the rules summary of each card applies only to that card. Tangela’s regular print is a separate database entry (id 48730).

For the Tangela on its own, see our Erika’s Tangela AR Style guide.
Telling a Style Card From Its Regular Print
Several of the Pokémon in the Style band also have a regular print in the base list, and the two are easy to confuse in a listing photo. The official database separates them by number and by illustrator, which makes it the cleanest check. The table sets the pairs we can verify side by side.
| Pokémon | Regular print | Style-band print | Illustrator of the Style-band print |
|---|---|---|---|
| ピカチュウex | 227/742 (illustrator takuyoa) | 764/742 (official page) | booota |
| メガリザードンYex | 085/742 as our listing names it; database entry id 48801 | 766/742 (official page) | aky CG Works |
| リーリエのピッピex | Separate database entry, id 49003 | 765/742 (official page) | Naoki Saito |
| エリカのモンジャラ | Separate database entry, id 48730 | 743/742 (official page) | buchi |
| イーブイ | Other MC entries, ids 49280 and 49281 | 755/742 (official page) | Makura Tami |
| ジュペッタ | Not stated in our sources | 749/742 (official page) | YASHIRO Nanaco |
Three checks follow from the table. First, read the number under the card: anything above 742 is in the band. Second, read the illustrator credit; for Pikachu ex it is the quickest way to separate 764/742 from 227/742. Third, read the listing title, because our titles carry the number and the Style label together, as in „Pikachu ex SAR Style [MC 764/742]“ and „Pikachu ex Normal Style [MC 227/742]“. A graded slab shows the same number on its label, so the number is the field to compare.
One more official detail applies to every card in this product: the debut of the J regulation mark. The official rotation notice of November 7, 2025 says J first appears in MEGA スタートデッキ100 バトルコレクション, and that from Friday, January 23, 2026 the Standard format is H, I and J. The database shows only the set logo for each card, so we do not assign a mark letter to a specific Style card, and a card’s legality should be confirmed on the official regulation page before it goes in a Standard deck.
How to Read a Price Ranking Like This
- It is a list of our prices. Each figure is the price shown on our product page on October 29, 2026. It is not a marketplace price, a sale record or a forecast.
- Two listing types sit in one table. A visible PSA 10 listing is a graded card shown on the site. A back order is a PSA 10 copy sourced to order at the shown price; the product page shows the current terms. Do not read the two types as the same kind of offer.
- The band is wider than the table. The table holds the cards named in our PSA 10 listings. The other numbers in the reported 24 have no listing named in this article.
- The labels can differ between sellers. Because the database has no rarity field, a different seller may use a different label for the same number. Use the number and the illustrator, not the letters, to identify a card.
For the deck these cards come from, our Start Deck 100 Battle Collection guide covers the product, and the regular versus white box guide covers the two sealed listings. The comparison with the 2021 product is in Start Deck 100 (2021) versus MEGA Start Deck 100 (2025).

Where the Reported Battle Start Deck Mark Fits
On October 29, 2026 fan sites reported a Japanese trademark filing for 「バトルスタートデッキ」 (working English translation: Battle Start Deck; no official English name exists), which collectors read as a possible starter-deck product; nothing is announced. Our Battle Start Deck trademark guide explains what is confirmed and what is not, and the ex★ 2027 round-up covers the other three names reported the same day.
