What Is Salamence ex SAR 133/103?
The official card list for 30th CELEBRATION (M6a) was published on 9 September 2026 and covers the main set 001–103, the Classic Collection 136–165 and the eight Basic Energy. Salamence ex’s regular print, 088/103, is inside that officially listed main set. Its SAR, 133/103, is not — the AR/SAR/FUR block spanning 104–135 is compiled from official promotional images and PokeBeach’s set-list article, and Salamence ex was one of the AR/SAR cards PokeBeach’s 4 September 2026 coverage revealed, ahead of the 9 September full-list publication.
As with every AR/SAR/FUR card in this set, the SAR illustrator is not published — only the regular 088/103 print carries a credited illustrator (5ban Graphics, per the official database).

At 330 HP, Salamence ex is one of the tankiest attackers in the set, and Dragon Pulse’s 240 damage is enough to knock out most non-ex Pokémon in one hit for just two Energy types. Booming Call also lets a Dragon-heavy deck refill its Bench from the discard pile, which matters because Salamence ex is a Stage 2 — it needs Bagon and Shelgon in play first.

30th CELEBRATION’s SAR tier runs 124–133, one card per each of the set’s ten Pokémon ex — and Salamence ex, at 133, is the highest number in that block. Seven SAR cards are shown as of 11 September 2026; three (128 Mewtwo ex, 129 Mew ex, 131 Gengar ex) are expected but not yet shown anywhere.

The No-Weakness Attacker
Salamence ex is notable within this main set for having neither a Weakness nor a Resistance listed — most Pokémon ex in 30th CELEBRATION carry at least a Weakness that doubles incoming damage from a specific type. That makes Salamence ex more consistent to keep on the field across different match-ups, though it doesn’t change what’s on the card itself: same stats and text apply to both the regular 088/103 print and the SAR 133/103, rarity aside.
The only difference between the two printings is presentational: the SAR trades the regular print’s standard card-frame artwork for a full-bleed illustration extending past the card’s usual borders. Either copy plays identically in a constructed deck.
What Graded Salamence Prints Are Listed At Today
M6a hasn’t released, so there’s no real sale or graded population to cite for Salamence ex 133/103 yet. Our own PSA10 collection currently lists graded Salamence prints, both from the Japanese SV9 Battle Partners set:
Separately, SNKRDUNK — a Japanese resale marketplace — showed a lowest live asking price of ¥4,000 for that same SV9 129/100 SAR (49 listings) and ¥1,000 for the SR (11 listings) as of 11 September 2026. Asking prices are seller listings, not sales, and none of that data tells you anything about 133/103’s price after the set releases — it’s a different card from a different set, and there’s no comparable data for an unreleased Japanese secret rare.
M6a 30th CELEBRATION: Release Format

- Worldwide simultaneous release: Wednesday, 16 September 2026.
- Pack price: ¥360 tax-in, 6 foil Karten pro Pack.
- Box configuration: 20 packs for ¥7,200 tax-in.
- The compiled card list runs 165 numbered cards plus eight Basic Energy (173 in all; PokeBeach’s headline figure is 176).
PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown before release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate. No pull rate for any single SAR card, including Salamence ex, has been published.
