PRB-02 Booster Box Buying Guide: ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST vol.2 (Japan)

The PRB-02 Rarity Ladder

The Japanese page prints one rarity line, and the line has no Leader entry. The official card database prints a row for every variant, so the row totals exceed the page counts.

The six counted rarities add up to 173 numbers in both the page line and the database, and the six Special Cards bring the page total to 179. The page counts of 46, 29, 15, 41, 34 and 8 for Common, Uncommon, Promotion Card, Rare, Super Rare and Secret Rare are the six counted rarities. The database prints ten SPカード rows rather than six. The 30 DON!! cards are not database rows, so they have no number and no image in the official list.

The Secret Rare and Special Card Rows

The Secret Rare tier has eight numbers and nine database rows, because OP06-119 Sanji has two SEC rows, OP06-119_p3 and OP06-119_r1. The Japanese page names Sanji as the super parallel of the set but prints no card number, and the database flags the suffix only. SNKRDUNK lists its Sanji SEC print as SEC-SP (コミパラ), and that label is SNKRDUNK’s own.

The Special Card tier is where the page and the database disagree. The page prints 6 Special Cards, and the database prints ten rows with the SPカード rarity: six Character rows and four Event rows. The Event rows have numbers that are Rare events within the 41 Rares. The page also prints foil-stamped event parallels, and the arithmetic fits those four Event rows, but the database does not label them, so the match stays unconfirmed.

The database prints no label for the Sanji super parallel, the event parallels or the DON!! parallels, so each such name belongs to Bandai’s feature copy or a retailer, not to a database field.

The Banned Reprint: OP06-047 シャーロット・プリン

PRB-02 reprints OP06-047 シャーロット・プリン (Charlotte Pudding), and the database holds two rows for it: OP06-047_r1 with the rarity R and OP06-047_p3 with the rarity SPカード. The official notice 「2026.09.24 [木] ルール 禁止・制限カード追加のお知らせ」 prints OP06-047 in its list of banned cards already in force, defined there as cards that cannot be put in a deck at all (「デッキに1枚も入れることができないカード」). The same list also names OP03-040, OP06-086, ST10-001 and OP06-116. The restricted-card list on the notice reads 「該当カード無し」.

OP06-047 is the only PRB-02 number printed on the notice’s banned-card list. SNKRDUNK lists the SP print as R-SPC at a lowest ask of ¥4,788 on October 2, 2026. Our banned and restricted list explainer covers how the lists work.

Box Prices: Our Listing and the SNKRDUNK Box Ask

The PRB-02 Booster Box product has a Box option. On the store page, as of October 2, 2026, the Box option is currently listed at ¥10,975 (~$71) (mise à jour : épuisé — demande de réassort via Quick Order).

SNKRDUNK’s search row for the same box showed ¥8,899 at 14:46 JST on October 2, and its product page showed ¥8,999 at 15:59 JST. All SNKRDUNK rows are asks on one marketplace, not sales. Against the product-page ask of ¥8,999, the Box option listing of ¥10,975 is the higher figure, and the September 30 ask of ¥9,690 was also higher than the October 2 product-page ask of ¥8,999. The Box option is a store listing with its own page and terms.

PSA 10 Cards from PRB-02

PSA 10 Sanji SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) OP06-119 is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥198,559 (~$1,289) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. Our PSA 10 back order guide describes the process. PSA 10 Cross Guild R-P OP09-057 is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥35,326 (~$229), and PSA 10 “Come on…!!! We’ll take you on!!!” R-P OP09-020 at ¥29,539 (~$192).

The store labels (SEC-SP, Comic Parallel, R-P) are the store’s and SNKRDUNK’s names. In the database the R-P labels on OP09-057 and OP09-020 correspond to rows OP09-057_p2 and OP09-020_p2, which carry the SPカード rarity and the Event type, and the Sanji label corresponds to the SEC row OP06-119_p3; the database itself flags only the suffix. More graded cards are on the PSA 10 card list.
